Bad experience trying to get stove repaired

I am hereby filing a formal complaint against Appliance Rehab Center & More, Inc., (herein after “ARCM”) 3910 W Shedd Rd, Eloy, AZ 85123, based on the following facts: 1. I hired ARCM to repair one of the burners of my stove, for which I paid $75. Not only was the stove not repaired, but five of the twelve screws which hold the burners in place were unapologetically destroyed by their personnel. Moreover, I had to take time out of my busy schedule on four different occasions to accommodate their workmen. Had their personnel repaired the dysfunctional burner, I would have been glad to pay the fee, and take the time out of my schedule. Instead, I am out $75, still have a burner that does not work, have a further damaged stove, and wasted four afternoons. 2. I have never used more than two burners at a time, and sought to repair the broken burner only so as to increase the value of my property. As it turned out, ARCM personnel reduced the value of my property, because they broke off five of the twelve screws holding the burners in place. So, I have wasted four afternoons and $75, and now have a property of diminished value. 3. The incompetence, deceptiveness and/or nonfeasance of ARCM personnel is shown by the following facts: a. On the first visit, the stove was not repaired, nor could it have been repaired, according to David Dunne , who stated that he did not have the new igniter that needed to be installed. I had not asked for a diagnosis, but rather for a repair. David charged me $75 for “diagnosing” the problem with the burner, but did not actually diagnose the problem, because John, on the fourth appointment, stated that he could not gain access to said igniter, and further stated that he would have to replace the entire burner, but was unable to procure the replacement burner; b. At the first visit, David stated that he would return with the replacement igniter and install it for only the cost of the parts, but when I called back to schedule the installation of said igniter, I was told I would be charged $20 service fee in addition to the cost of igniter. I never did pay the $20 because the stove could not be repaired; c. At the second visit, I was told by David that they did not have the appropriate tools to gain access to the igniter, so another visit would be needed. After that visit, I observed that one of the screws had been broken off, a fact which had not been disclosed to me; d. As regards the third visit, I had an appointment for ARCM workman to come to my home to replace the igniter, but John telephoned me about a hour before the appointment time, stating he did not have the igniter, although they had them at the second visit. Therefore, we had to reschedule; e. At the fourth visit, I raised the issue of the broken screw, which John cavalierly explained away, while destroying four more such screws, after he already knew that they were likely to break. He then stated he could not access the igniter and could not procure the burner, which should have been determined at the first visit, before I wasted three more afternoons on subsequent visits. Every interaction that I had with any ARCM workmen was disappointing, damaging, incomplete, and/or not what was promised. Instead of a repaired stove, I received a stream of excuses.
