Dreadful food and way over priced.

Ordered buffalo chicken. Cold chicken covered in spiced sauce. 6oz. steak looked like a piece of shoe leather. Definitely not 6oz. Sent back. Second one looked better but was a lump of fat.Potatoes and broccoli cold. Place not very clean.Will not be going back to Applebees. Used to serve a decent meal.

Complaint

Tonight I came in to your restaurant Stratford Rd in Winston-Salem, NC. Staff took about about 30 minutes to approach me. On returning from the restroom another patron cursed at me, so I talked back to him. Your rude leader (a blonde lady) made me leave. This was one of my favorite places. I attended regularly and gave you much of my money over the years. Not anymore I'll never be back. Went to competitor. They seated me immediately and gave me courteous prompt service. So long Applebees

Bad service

bad service we sat at our table for 16 minutes after standing to be seated for 5 minutes when all the host were all sitting at the round tables at the bar on there phones we never got any service and ended up walking out of the resturant called to talk to a supervisor and was told that it's the dinner rush she cannot come to the phone there was ten tables and five staff member back by the pop machine drinking soda doing nothing but laughing and playing around

Inappropriate employee behavior

Ive spoken with Robyn, the manager at the Anold MO applebees, and since that discussion about a female emplyee having sex in a car in the parking lot before work, on break etc. Ive seen it happen 2 other times now. The employee is a female with brown hair (has been in a pony tail all 3 times) down past her shoulders. Glasses and a green and blue tattoo on her inner left forearm. Id like some kind of action to be taken. I haven't went the social media route to give you an opportunity to handle it first

The manager was very smart mouth to me. And wouldnt listen to what I was trying to explain.We got the 2 meals for 28$ and 0ne plate there were French fries and the other loaded broccoli. We were charged two on each one which made the bill extra 2.99 twice our bill was$42.31. This was not right and the manager was very rude.

About a rude worker and manager

The server, Rebecca was extremely unpleasant and disrespectful. One of our party members asked her for silverware, and she flipped out on them. All they asked was for some silverware. She did not bring silverware to the table prior to the meal being delivered. I am very surprised that Applebees would employ someone like this. Weve been going there since they open and this is the first time weve ever been treated this way. The other party members said they will never step foot in Applebees again because of her behavior . When my wife called to speak with the manager, she asked if we were the table that was there earlier. And then she hung up on my wife. This is an excusable.

What happened to my complain on file. We have an official complain about mistreatment at casselberry Florida restaurant dated 6/25/23 at 8:30 pm. Waitress and manager ( David). There were many boots available but no service. We left the restaurant hungry and end up eating a sandwich from Publix. We are charging the restaurant for refusal of service, respectable behavior, and mistreatment behavior resulting in discrimination. We are asking for justice. Bad food

Burnt ribs on father's day and manager didn't care horrible food and over priced and I called to complain and they act like they didn't even care which makes me think Applebee's is one another businesses that's falling down that's probably should be closed

They lied about happy hours and I was charge regular price for drinks when it was happy hour

We asked the waiter for the check and that's when we noticed that , they charge full price for happy hour, he stated his general manager had the happy change from 3 to 8 to just one hour and I believe he stated that it was from 3 to 4 but that was after we ask for the bill ,he informed us about the happy hour time , he didn't say anything when we were there, until we were leaving, that's unacceptable, the happy hour is from 3-8pm
