Outstanding kitchen remodel. The work is way,way beyond my expectations. A A A A plus craftsmanship. The work was so,so beautiful. Tremendous work. Apple remodel seems to really care about the very very smallest items. As a result, you wind up getting a super,super job that o am so proud of. I love the quality materials ranging from the solid maple cabinets, the ceramic floor , the borders, the paper, the stellar trim work. I hope everyone can see the great pictures. It seems obvious how great the work is from the pictures. A A A A plus work from start to finish.

Apple Remodeling Kitchen Remodeling Review from Washington, District Of Columbia
Installed new kitchen and bathroom in my home. The jobs went smoothly and very quickly. I have taken detailed pictures of the progress for social media. I like the wide tiles and over lay pattern. I like taking the two walls out and opening up the rooms. I like the more space style. The cabinets are sturdy and very well constructed. Everything was done quite professionally. I like the color scheme derived for more home. The work looks great to this day. I was impressed with the low pricing,high skill level and all around great work. Thank you apple remodeling and home for great,great,great work man ship.

Room addition
I had a room addition built on my home by apple remodeling and home improvements. The object was to expand my kitchen out, and to install a larger room on the second floor of my laurel home. I met with something like 10 companies. However, Apple was willing to meet with me 8,9 times without mentioning a contract. They possessed true knowledge about design and drawing. They knew style,design, and color--they were able to get my ideas on paper, and eventually into reality. They were a lot less money than most of the other remodelers, but the work looks like a million dollars. They did a lot of extras that were simply not in my contract. The addition looks absolutely amazing in every way.

In 2013 I had windows and doors installed by apple. Apple installed windows and doors for my home. The doors were relatively in expensive, and the windows seem of high quality. Mr Bernie installed all the re place ment windows and doors in my home.All the windows and doors were replaced. All new certain teed windows and doors were taken out and re placed.The brand new doors and windows have seemed to really reduce my heating b g e bills. The new windows and doors look really nice.they completely improve the exterior appearance of my home. I am happy with my apple windows and doors-

Paul johnson asked me to write this on his behalf. Six months ago I met paul johnson. Paul renovated my entire home. He was polite,clran, and full of energy. He drew up some elaborate plans and met with me five times beforappy I choose e he went to contract. He speced every single selection,color, and detail. He took a lot ofbtime settling me down, and gather my jes and desires. We worked slowly room by room to develiop a detailed plan together. He then introduced me to his capable staff and crews. By now, I was very impressed. Then the outstanding work started, and it was AAMazing in every way. The work was really nice. I am so happy i chose to trust and work with paul johnson and apple remodelng and home improvements

Glenn and dave really were wonderful to dal with through my kitchen remodel. I used these men to remodel my Frederick house. It was a very wise decision because these are two very nice gentlemen . very clean cut and professional gents who are real darlings. They are easy to communicate with and caring to a fault. They tore out my old kitchen cabinets and installed some truly designer high end cabinets. They installed a very special flooring system. The look was chic. The walls were painted with designs that you could d for. The whole look was so unique. The windows were pella. And so cool to use.

My pikesville home was remodeled by apple remodel and home improvements. Glenn really did a nice job permitting,drawing,and supwervising my bath room project. THE KOHLER PRODUCTS INCLUDING the sink and toilet was very fine. THE light blue fixtures from ferguson were marvelous. THE bathrm turned out excellent thanks to glenn. THE FELLOWS were very good craft sman,, and deeply cared, they knocked out my bath rm project very quickly, the super vision was marvelous. THE pricing was very fair, and the design AND Lay out was brillant. The kohler [products are way beyond compare, and the trim work truly accen ed accented our bathroom

Job still not finished, 7 months and counting!
Contract was signed in August to have the kitchen remodeled by Apple. Work began (finally) in October after we were told '2 to 3 weeks.' The 'crew' was less than professional however, friendly. Series of starts and stops (manufacturer out of product, busy elsewhere) and on it went. They cut corners where ever possible so, even what was done was NOT to standard. Finally, after not seeing the crew for several weeks, a certified letter was sent to Apple on 2-12-15. They called to ask about a 'problem' as the 'office' mentioned there was a letter there. The original 'contact' came out, took pictures and promised we would hear from him in 2--3 days. On day 4, I called him and was given a name of a different 'crew' who would be calling. He also said that he had not been in the office to see the letter. The crew chief has not called and today 3-16-15, the letter was returned as 'unclaimed.'

Corporation move
My hardware business needed to re-planted and moved to another area. We could not have done this hard move without apple remodeling. We moved everything, and took all our stuff to our new location. The apple designers had a real hard task ahead figuring how to re- locate everything to our new corporate premises.The task was really,really difficult, but Stan Sirody was able to draw ever thing out to perfection. After many,many weeks of designs and lay outs, and all the structures we needed to deal with--stan sirody captured the crux of the issues and resolved all of our corporate problems. The business looks outstanding now, and I was really impressed.

Apple Remodeling - Review in Home Construction and Repair category from Greenbelt, Maryland
Apple remodeling designed and built out my dental office. They worked side by side with my dental supplier, schein, to design the entire office. Their communication and ability to work with my dental company, and the other teams allowed me to really bring my dental office to life. Thedental ffice looks amazing and both my employees and patients love the whole office from the opts to the waiting room and the recrea room for the staff. The office as worked out so well, and credit apple remodeling for leading us to great success.

Installed two side room additions for 1956 home. THE DESIGNS WERE DONE BY MR PAT ,WHO SPENT TONS OF TIME WORKING WITH US TO DEVELOP THESE SPECIAL DESIGNS.Pat was very willing to listen to our needs and preferences, he cares about my family.Any way the hard work and efforts really paid off--the end products were cool--two beautiful side room additions, appearing as if they had been there for life. pat's men were also very special and extremely detail oriented which was so important to this process. VERY SATISFIED WITH MY NEW ROOM ADDITIONS FROM APPLE REMODELING.THE WORK WAS QUALITY.

Apple Remodeling Sucks!!!
I was fooled by all the positive reviews about Apple. I found out that all these reviews were written by the 2 owners of Apple. They have no employees, they use all unskilled sub contractors. Luckily I filed with MHIC and recovered most of my money. Turns out that Apple has so many unethical complaints that they settled my claim quickly to avoid a court case. Find yourself a real contractor. Im sure the owners will read this and you should see an increase in reviews as they start their postings to try and bury this real review. Dishonest Contractor
Apple Remodeling is probably the most dishonest contractor in the Baltimore area. They used the old bait and switch on all the products promised and the crews were all subcontractors that had no supervision and I found out later no lisence or insurance. I should have done more research being jumping into signing a contract. The salesman was extremely agressive in wanting me to sign the contract that night. Big mistake, never sign a contract with a salesmen there no matter what the say or tell you. The crews were also very inexperienced. You could tell by the work they did, or tried to do. At this point I have spent a lot of money and got garbage. Apple wont return my calls and when I go to the office address, there is never anyone there. Dont be fooled by the BBB report either. Everyone has an A rating. I guess you can buy a good rating from the BBB. however, if you look at the details on complaints you will get the real story on these contractors. With so many choices available, save yourself the aggrevation and stay away from Apple Remodeling (they also use the name G&E Contracting)
