Hard contact with customer service

Usually I cant pay my Apple Card payment online . So I was like to pay it as minimum payment trough phone contacting. So nobody could help me.

App Store

I have a year subscription for individual Duolingo. I had a pop up for a 14 day free trial for the family version. I signed up for the 14 day free trial to see if my boyfriend would really focus on it. Within minutes, my credit union fraud department texted then called regarding suspicious charges. Apple billed me instantly for another year subscription before 5 minutes of my 14 day free trial had passed! I have contacted every venue they provide and even contacted the app developer legal department. They responded and agree I should be refunded, but say that Apple has to do it. Apple has denied me twice without a reason. There is no legal department I can locate for Apple. Its $134.99, so Im not just giving it to them. I dont even want my individual subscription now. I see that many other people have had this same issue with no resolution. Actually, Im considering dumping everything Apple. Any thoughts?

Defective of product

PlHi, I purchased my phone in June 2022 and its not working properly since July 2022 till date. I gone to service centre for help and even my phone was sent to Bangalore but still issues like heating of phone, phone mike and volume etc issue were facing which were harmful. I done all things asked by Apple support team . I connected with customer support they taking all evidence required on link sent on mail but asking further evidences and am providing since 3 months but at last they go on holiday and say we again need new so what mental harassment they doing since 9 months with such phone. I gave all single evidence on time and he not available so what to do and further he give condition if I not provide will not escalate so what *** they will do what I provided? I only wasted my time in customer support and no resolution.

Needed to reset password for a new device

Absolutely nothing got accomplished. I simply needed to reset my password, and it has turned into a circus. I have a recovery contact person who sent me the recovery code. The code did not work and I am on Safari responding because I cannot download anything on my brand new iPhone. This phone that costs $500. And I cant download a *** app.

Very Poor Customer Service

Wanted to change my ID on my iPad Mini to download an app I had purchased with another ID. When I went to switch ID's on the phone I couldn't get in so I selected Forgot Password. After moving through the screens I am now locked out of that ID. It now says it's in Account Recovery just by trying to change the password. How stupid is that it has now gone on for 5 days of me calling these people at Apple to fix the problem. I was told they can't take my account out of Account Recovery. Then after getting daily emails from these clowns, I go through explaining the problem and getting moved up to supervisors. The supervisors can't even fix the problem. You now have to wait for the an email after 24 hours to tell how to change your password. Every time I use that function and provide them with my information, I get some stupid screen message that they'll email within 24 hours to be able to change the password. It's like some loop from *** that I can't get out of. This is with a supervisor on the phone moving me through what to select, etc. So now two of my iPads are useless because they are using the locked up ID and I still can't get the app to my phone. I was told by one person they could move the app I paid for over to the other ID. Then when I was connected to that department I get told they can't move the app to the other ID. I hope this company goes in the toilet. Wake up people and quit giving them your money for their overpriced garbage products and service.

Poor Service

Hi, I am Hitesh Sharma a Chartered Accountant by profession. My submission are as follows for your immediate action:- 1) I went to Apple service Center in Defence Colony for getting my I phone 12 pro to be checked there as I was not able to listen voice from my phone; 2) I was told by the executive over there that this problem was there in apple 12 and 12 pro and let me check whether you are eligible for getting it repaired or not and after that I have to take approval for its repair; 3) Executive told me that my device was eligible for repair and will get the front side of my phone replaced with the new one in about 2 hours from now; 4) Executive took my phone and concerned engineer start replacing it but he wont be able to take out the screw and instead he half taken out the screw and damaged the lower panel of my phone as it look too oukward to carry as screw was out of the whole; 5) Engineer further denied to take any further action on my case and asked me to take back my phone as it is and I had left with no option but to take my phone back as it is; 6) Then I called the apple customer care to help me out of this situation and Ravi was your senior personal who guide me that you will go to Saket service Center to get it repaired and he also agrees that the action taken at Defence Colony Center was totally unacceptable and will be a matter of concern in future; 7) I went to the Saket service Center same day in the evening for getting my screen replaced and there I had met with another engineer Elisa and I told her my story and she supported me and help me out to take out the screw of my phone and replaced them with the new one and ask me to submit my phone for replacing my screen but she told me that it will take 7-10 days as my phone have to go yo Bangalore for screen replacement; 8) I requested her to return my phone so that I will get the screen replaced from Defence Colony branch as they will do the same in two hours. So she return my phone and send a job sheet on my mail id that my phone now be taken for screen replacement; 9) thereafter I called shahir engineer in Defence Colony Center so that I will go there and get my phone screen replaced now and shahir told me that now at 5.00 pm please dont come and request me to visit the Center on Monday ie today for screen replacement and I accepted his request and went today for my phone screen replacement; 10) Executive told me when I submitted my phone that now voice is coming so we wont submit it for screen replacement and now when you face problem you again visit our store and then we will see what all we can do and they further said that if we get a call from customer Center then only we will get your phone screen replaced; 11) I again called your customer care executive Ravi but I was unfortunate that till now he did not called me up and so I called your customer service number and I was able to connect Ibrahim and he made all excuses of the world to tell that you please go and we dont be able to help you instead he told me if you want to get your screen replaced then pay INR 27,000/- and get your screen replaced; 12) I decided to take up the matter to the utmost level as I told Ibrahim that I would like to complain against you people and he had no worries to it and he told you do what you want to do; 13) this is the first time I had such a bad experience to a brand like I phone; 14) Request you to please consider my case and connect with me at the earliest and my mail id and contact number are as below for the needful. Disappointed

Camera is broken and would not be fixed because its been over a year. With a phone that cost almost $2000 you will think you would be covered better. Also this is not a physical damage or water damage . Its something I feel was done remotely by apple to make me pay more to upgrade. I am so pissed because when I called too they said there was no way to help except I paid. Thats criminal. I see others are also having similar issues. Samething happened to my Apple Watch. Someone needs to stop them from being able to rip us off in this way. I am beyond upset.

My iPhone is *** and my document all are stolen , someone use my iClode !

My phone is *** from 2018 and 2019 they use my iPhone and not legally, stole my all document and identity, do on my Name fraud in England and another country, my all medical document was lick and all password, i catch red hands' police woman from Yorkshire police Anna Haigh when she stole my data breach and my fingerprints, i report it, but police dint want to do nothing because is government official involve, is huge corruption, and they brake lord by doing Me wrong ! My Son was killed last year and I don't have access to my e-mail, NHS account and all my privet things, my post is stolen by post Man and give to someone else, i wait for Court hearing and don't have any information about it, people pay to block me and not receive inheritance after my son !

Apple let the person that stole the money off my gift card cash it out with out proof of purchase? It was used in another country most likely !

I bought my apple gift card at 1037am from the store a circle K store left the store went home it took 7-10mins to get home wen I got home I went to use my $450 card I put it into the apple system and to my surprise the card didn't work? I was shocked ! So I called apple and apple told me the card was used! But I didn't get to used it and my money was stolen !! I'm very upset and won't buy apple products again!! That was the last straw for me ! I stilll have the card and recipte! I wanna know why the card doesn't say the time in witch it was used or the date ? Or where it was used?? That would make things better so that wen the person that stole it maybe can't use it in there country ?? They shouldn't be able to use a canadain card in China? Or USA card in Canada ? Every country should have a code with there cards to help protect the ppls money who buys them!! So u can't get hacked! Cos that would b the only solution to what happened to my money! And I think apple should pay for the cards or give me a new one? Cos the card went from the store to my home then to apple system! And it wasn't used by me?? Who used the money I loaded on to the card??? I called the police

Because I have a watch I can’t use

I bought I watch, used it for a while. Wasn't allowed to have a phone or watch at work or on the job. So I left it at home, somehow it got linked up with my ex phone. Well, we broke up I started a new job went to link my watch to phone wouldn't let me because it was still in her find my search. Because it was a bad break up she refused to delete that I called Apple told them my story even have the watch, the box it came in and the purchase ticket. They told me they couldn't do anything. So I went got a police report stating this told Apple that they don't care. So I have a watch I can't use. Couple hundred down the drain

I spoke to Apple customer care four times didn’t get anywhere I will never buy iPhone again

I have never been so boggled over the fact that my privacy has been compromised, Ive also been sent off to the dark web my information stolen from my phone, a lot of evidence to prove it and I spoke to Apple four times changed my Apple ID, which didnt make a difference because now I just get threats. Using my own money to get the performance, high tact, *** devices and uses my phone number and my iCloud to steal all my information and I cant get anyone to cooperate or help me because they dont believe. I want an appt with apple to deal with this issue in person ,my says it will delete everything in s couple Id days today was the first day can I please be directed to someone who can help me
