Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Company returned my phone call - refunded my money and cancelled my subscription going forward.

Based on my bank statement I was recently charged 99.00 for what I am assuming was an auto renewal. I did not approve this auto renewal and would like a refund. Also at the very least I need to cancel my membership for next year so that I am not charged again.

Tried to steal money
I made an account and I noticed that the site is not interesting, and I forgot about it. Then I received monthly email saying that I have to pay if not they will close my account, so I didn't did anything because they said that they will close the account. After many months with same issue I decided to try to close the account to avoid this spam. From account you can't close it, you need to update the payment first. I wrote to support and they said that they cancelled my account. And I checked on web and account was closed. Now I received another email that they are trying to take money from my account. Good that I used a virtual account and not a real account. Take care, they are just trying to take money legally or not from your account, there is no value in what they are selling.

I have cancelled this account several times and I am still getting charged. I have never been able to log in after the first time and no one has been there to assist!! Horrible service

I cannot get a hold of any support, and I am being charged but cannot get access to my product. There is no viable contact info, even with a web search and no number associated with the charges either.

I joined Apex4Kids last May (2019) After a month I decided it was not what I expected so asked for a refund. Was notified that I needed to fill out a form. I did. I just expected a refund and didn't really check on it. Now it is a year later and Apex4Kids has charged me for the yearly renewal. I am unable to find the form again (no longer supported) and I am really upset. I want a refund for the previous $59.00 AND a refund of the current $59.00 charged this year!

They Renewed Yearly subscription but wouldnt follow there own calcelation policy
They renewed my subscription, I tried to cancel but they said my 30 days are over. I have sent this email to them weeks before. They try to apologize saying that they have had an influx of emails. Not my problem they are getting too many emails. style="I want a refund but they are not . Scammers making money. Teach the kids that angle. Scamming always makes money!

Fraudulent charges
I canceled in August of last year, and they even sent me a cancellation conformation email back then and today my bank account was charged $59 by these con artists. I'm beyond mad! These people should be ashamed of themselves it was 100% on purpose no doubt in my mind. Times are tough right now for a lot of people, but they don't have to be this desperate as to steal from their prior customers. I'm sorry I ever signed up way back when.

Money came out of my account which I did not authorise for this year
Money came out of my account unauthorised. The money was to feed my children. I think it was very rude taking money from my account without my authority especially given there is a global crises at the moment. I have had to go to a food bank as that was my last hundred dollars until such time that I can get some money from either a job or the go government as with the covid I have not been able to find work and are waiting to get onto the centrelink assistance.

Refund not granted
This company is a big con. When I found a charge I had not authorized, I wasn't able to reply to any marketing email or find any way to contact them on their website. I had to track customer service down through their Facebook page. Having actually had responses they still refuse to refund the full amount that they have taken from my credit card without permission. These guys are fraudulent and I suggest you steer clear of them with a 10-foot pole.

Canceled subscription and still being charged each month
I signed up for Apex4Kids.com in July and cancelled through email within the first 7 day free trial period so I would not be billed. Received a confirmation email that my subscription was cancelled, but I just noticed that they have been taking out payments each month. Unable to reach company through the number listed.

Don't Do It!
I haven't been able to log in to their site for months because my filters and security on my computer warn me their site isn't safe for a variety of reasons. This means I can't get in to cancel my account and they don't have a customer service number nor do they respond to emails.

Supposedly joined then supposedly cancelled but money still being taken from credit card. No contact details anywhere. Just more people taking advantage of parents wanting the best for their children. Some people have no shame in stealing money rather than going and getting a legit job where you are ripping others off.

Don't subscribe
I got sucked in by the hype and stupidly joined which I immediately regretted knowing it was just not going to work for my son. So I cancelled and I still got billed $11.05 in August and $10.55 in December. I can't log in because I can't remember the username and the site doesn't recognize my email all of a sudden. Need to get in contact with these people to get my money back and get my card details removed.
