Don't have the product in inventory anymore, bomber I used this product before, and it worked great... IDK why demand wasn't high, my friend shared her tube with me and I love it she mentioned their free trial, but that was about 2years ago I have been trying to get supply from them ever since then...

Review

Terrible help and never resolved the issue of hidden charge in relation to a subcription that was hidden in terms of use via the company's manufacture. Apex is a third party seller and claims to hold no responsiblity unless you have an account. No account is needed to order the 14 day trial for Vitality pills yet they enroll you in a subcription.

Refund

I have physically spoken to 2 of the workers at that company as well as the manager herself. They already know my situation. I have been paying for something I didn't want! I ordered from an Instagram account that says it was for $6 and as soon as I ordered it, it took 84 dollars from my account which the company has been taking for 4 months! I wanted a refund for AT LEAST the last 3 months! Because I had no idea in the first place you have been taking money from me every month!!!! The manager told me she would refund SOME money back! And I haven't even received THAT yet! What's wrong with this company I NEED ALL of MY MONEY BACK! I'm not even using the product!!!????!!! It's completely useless! I NEED AT LEAST 300 dollars back! Not less at all! And I need that refund as soon as possible!!

FRAUD!! They charge you without consent!

DO NOT get anything from this company! I signed up for a plan that stated "I agree to pay the initial fee of $1.99, I am additionally consenting to be billed $23.95 after seven (7) days of the purchase and then again every 30 days thereafter on the credit card provided to continue having access, unless I cancel the service prior to the subsequent billing. I am additionally signing up and consenting to be billed for the following membership programs: 30 day free membership trial to us.madisonfitnesslife.com. At the end of the free trial, I consent to be billed$23.95 every 30 days on the credit card provided to continue having access, unless I cancel the service prior to the next billing, I also consent to sign up for the 75 dat free membership trial to us.saltpluspepper.com.msap.mobi At the ned of the free trial, I consent to be billed $9.81 every 30 dayson the credit card provided to continue having access, unless I cancel the service prior to the next billing" THAT is straight from their Important Sales Terms! Well after I received what I paid for, I realized it wasn't AT ALL what was advertised. I called and cancelled withing 20 minutes of signing up. Well today I got a charge on my credit card for $23.95. I called them and they tried to tell me it was because I only cancelled the initial service. I didn't cancel the usmadisonfitnesslife.com. I told them, that I did call and cancel, and per THEIR terms usmadisonfitnesslife.com was to be FREE for 30 days. If that is what they are billing me for - they billed me withing 7 days, not the 30. The idiot I talked to said, no you agreed to be billed the money for that as you didn't cancel within the 30 days and that with "their good faith" they could give me back $12.00." Seriously, I have read and re-read these terms of service. If that is what they charged me for, it stated in their own documents 30 day free. I received emails today stating that they cancelled the other two programs they offered. I don't trust this company at all not to charge my card again so I will be calling my bank to cancel the card and issue another one. This company is FRAUDULENT! Under no circumstances should anyone sign up for anything form this company. You will just be out money if you do!

Never ordered the bottle at all

They took money off my card.

They took a little over 20 euros off my card when i agreed to pay ONLY for free trial booty cream. It was about 5 dollars. And I unsubscribed it and i thought i wouldnt have to pay anymore. How can i solve this?

I WANT YOU TO STOP CHARGING ME $75 AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK

I ordered the cream and it didn’t come. I looked at my bank statement and i saw that i got 75 dollars taken out of my account for something i didn’t know about. So I want them shut down immediately. They should not be in business at all taking someone’s money like that because they wouldn’t want that done to them. So i want my money back and to cancel that dumb *** subscription i knew nothing about.

Tricked and robbed by Apex

I ordered Apex booty pop after seeing an ad on Facebook. I am usually really cautious about free trials so that is how I know that this was overly misleading. I don't deny that there is probably fine print somewhere that warns of the time to cancel and what the charge will be etc. But the company is obviously aiming to trick consumers into entering into this "agreement" so they can charge their credit card an ungodly amount of money.. After my order arrived, well after placing it (7-10 days later),I saw a charge of $70+ on my bank statement. I called and once I finally reached someone, I was told that I had 2 options. I could get a partial refund of $22, or I could return the product unopened and sealed for a 50% refund. I I refused either option and they wanted to charge me $.99 for canceling. I argued for a while with them and told them I would call them back. Still haven't been able to resolve the issue. I was told that I agreed to a 14day trial which started the day I placed the order. I didn't receive the product until 7-10 days after placing the order plus I had no idea that I was getting a reoccurring product.
