I need to speak to someone

It seems Anna has recently started asking for authorisation every time i make a transaction.this is inconvenient and downright annoying.please stop doing this..ot is.nt necessary.

Suspended account

I was waiting for last 6 for my money

i did not receive my payment from patel &son constraction company . i called them they told me we done process on 6jan2023 .i m receiver , i m waiting for what money can you provide me infomation regrading that . why i didnot receive my payment in my metro bank .

Transfer past files to Xero

I need to upload all files and transactions from March this year to date, I have tried to do this by date range and it does not do it, also I would like my accountant to have full access as this is important for our accounts. I have tried communicating this, however your chat room cannot solve this.

Being fobbed of by you

Your investigating a false alligation from a customer which we have given all supporting evidence supporting outside which clearly shows we are in the right. You have put me in alot of dept,you have taken our funds and wont pay it back and now your trying to say its gona take another 8 weeks after it already has taken 9 weeks .this is shambolic and I have been taken into hospital over it and we might loose our home because of arrears in rent all because of you .I've asked for one of the transfers to be paid back to me in a new account and you keep refusing

Final response was due 30th Dec 2022, they have now delayed it until end of January 2023.

This company has been sent two court orders for third party interim, which they have failed to produce information following the court order.

To make some changes in my business account

About the name of my company. Can I speak to someone. I opened the account as "Best African and Caribbean food store" but is supposed to be best African Food Store Ltd. Please can you correct this mistake as well as sending me an email where business account is written at the top of the letter.

SCAM DO NOT USE ANNA THEY HAVE TAKEN MONEY and I now face taking them to court

Account. closed no reason explanation or notice I now cannot get hold of anyone and am having to go to court and financial ombudsman PLEASE AVOID THEY ARE SCAMMERS
