Pissed off !!!!!!!
Home improvement project, Tulsa Ok.. Been lied to, Too many no shows. Agreement to finish job =two weeks and has been two months and still not finished. latest promise was this week will finish---one day left and still no show. I am 86 years old and really pissed off. Cleaning my gun and looking for a good lawyer. don't ever use them ever.!!!!!!!!!

Requested measurement of 2" blinds, which I would have had them installed; leaking bathtub faucets. measuring for new storm door which i would had them install
The new owner does not seem knowledgeable about repairs. The previous owner, Chris always knew exactly what I wanted done. The new owner act as if they are doing me a favor that I am paying for. Not pleased.

Tottaly poor service
contacted firm, guy came out at an unscheduled time, gave a very etimate of the work to be done and said owner would be in touch. Heard nothing for a week. Followed up and owner said he's get back with me. Have not heard a word. How does this place stay in business??

Absolutely terrible company
They were hired to replace a chimney cap and some wood trim. The person caulked the hole in the chimney cap and charged for a replacement. He didn't replace the flashing around the chimney. I didn't know the roof was leaking because of this until the ceiling in the closet fell down. The new contractor showed me the "new" chimney cap which was actually the old one with the hole just plugged with caulk. I sent pictures to the "boss" at Andy on Call. Not only did nobody come over to see the damage but they didn't return my calls. It cost more than the original work to fix all of the damage. NEVER USE ANDY ON CALL

Avoid Using these Clowns: Overpriced & Green
I used Andy OnCall for a bathroom and shower tiling job in my basement. The installer was a nice guy, but, as it turned out, he must have been inexperienced. His bid indicated he'd complete the work in a week. It took him 2.5 weeks, and I still had to call him back to complete caulking. His delays set delays of other contractors in motion. Part of the problem was that he was working other jobs while on mine. There were a few days he only worked a couple hours. When it came time to grout the shower tiles, he must of failed to read the instructions on proper mixing quantities. He had to quit early because he mixed the entire contents and more than half of the product hardened up in his bucket! On the very first day of the job, he was over 2 hours late. The ladies in the office told me he'd be there around 8:30, but he didn't show up until around 10:30. Of course, he had an excuse. The real kicker was that I asked him not to park his truck in my driveway, as my wife and I needed to get in and out. He parked in the street the next day, but then a few days later he was back in the driveway. I had originally asked then to provide quotes on my bathroom as well as a separate project for my basement floor. I never did receive a quote for the floors, and so found a tiler using the Thumbtack app. This individual tiled a 300 sq. foot area for $4/per square foot. It cost me twice as much to use Andy OnCall! To be fair, the guy from Andy OnCall did an okay job, but not nearly as professional as my Thumbtack guy. The other red flag about AoC is theri terms of payment. My Thumbtack guy used PayPal, which saved me money. AoC charges you . 4% to run a credit card. I'll never use these guys for anything ever again. Overpriced, and relatively green workmanship.

Wonderful contractor
I needed a bathroom remodel for a small space,i was quoted a price and it was acceptable to me considering the other quotes I got.It took him a week and he did an EXCELLENT job.I have never been happier with a contracter than I am with them.This is not the first time they have done work around my house and satisfied each time.I will definitely call Andy On Call whenever I need work done.Kevin is a true craftsman.

BIG Charge for VERY SMALL JOB
I needed 4 FOUR outside flood lights replaced on the first floor of my home. I furnished the bulbs, the guy furnished a ladder, I WAS THEN CHARGED $120 FOR CHANGING OUT FOUR BULBS THAT TOOK HIM ABOUT 15 MINUTES AND THAT TIME WAS SPENT MOVING THE LADDER FROM ONE CORNER OF THE HOUSE TO THE OTHER!!!!! HE DID NOT SET THE CHARGE HIS OFFICE DID. I HONESTLY THING THE GUY FELT BAD ABOUT THE REDICULOUS CHARGE BUT HAD NO CONTROL!! THESE PEOPLE ARE A MAJOR RIPOFF AND PREY ON WOMEN AND THE ELDERLY!!

Good luck getting them to call you back
I called Andy OnCall twice after seeing their ad in a coupon mailer. Both times I was told to expect a call back within an hour or two but the call never came. That was in February. I contacted another home repair contractor who estimated and completed the job in a timely manner and as this was a water damage-related issue I was happy that this other contractor acted in a timely fashion to repair both the damage and the source of the leak. It is now April and I received a letter in the mail from Andy OnCall saying that the "should" have a craftsman available "soon" at which time they will contact me. For crying out loud!!! It has been a good month and a half since I first contacted them. I wrote and told them to forget it. If these people cannot handle the workload then they either need to expand or hire customer service coordinator.

Bad service
Spent 10 days trying to get hood fan installed. Tried to charge $200 for $100 job .Andy was unable to communicate properly by phone .cancelled and got service done in one day at correct price. Calling me back and at me was unprofessional. Probably as good as your service

My parents live in Whippany nj. They are in their late 80’s. 75.00 to put up a shower curtain. Really. You should be ashamed

88 quote comes out to over $200
Called Andy on call to do two simple things. He quoted me $88 dollars which was reasonable. He starts working and steps away saying he needs a screw that's broken which needs to be replaced. Ok, how much more is the screw going to cost me even if it's doubled in price. Little did I realize he had to go to home depot to go get the screw. 30 minutes later hes back and then tells me oh, the wax needs to be replaced as well. Another trip to home depot. Finishes the job and boom total is $210. Since he'd been here for two hours he double the 88 dollars and added $40 for the supplies, that cost him $10.

Just look at the pictures. Had a wall moved back 6 ft. Found out after Andy On Call left that no outlets worked in wall. Called an electrician from another company who found ground wire cut, loose wires inside drywall and said it was the worse job he had ever seen “gross negligence” and fire hazard. Contacted both Andy ON Call and the contractor they recommended and have heard nothing back from either party. Be very aware if you need to use them. I called the company in my area and not sure which franchise was used. I am unable to get any information from them

Terrible Customer Service
A few months ago I contacted Andy OnCall via internet search to have a TV hung over our fireplace. The guy arrived late and was in a foul mood. He didn't greet me at the door and was very moody. I showed him the location the TV would be hung, the TV and the box with the mount. He opened the box, took all the parts out and immediately started complaining that things were missing. I couldn't understand the issue because the box had all the items from prior to our move when it was hung before. I asked what was missing because I had a random box of parts so I could assist. He was huffy and annoyed. He finally responded with he couldn't do it and let's just part ways. I called their office, explained what happened, they were apologetic and said he was having a bad day but they would send someone else out. Next guy came and hung the same tv with same parts with no problem. Fast forward to 11/6/18, I call to have another tv hung with mount and cable cord to be put under carpet to reach other wall. Call rep states I would probably have to hire someone after they put cord under carpet to fix damage. I was unclear on my he thought there would be damage since I've had this done before and they literally lift the edge of the carpet and use a cable puller to bring it to the other end, I even mentioned the magnet puller I've seen used as well. His response was he has been doing this for 15 years and never heard of it and wasn't sure if they could do the cable but could hang the tv. I asked could he confirm with their handyman and contact me in advance just in case so I could be prepared to explore other options. He responded with go ahead and find other options to do the entire job. I was confused on why his attitude was as if they didn't want the business and why he couldn't confirm with his handyman. Gutted my bathroom and they did a *** snappy job, Florida flange leaked and they won’t replace my bathroom floor- even under warranty! Said I had t buy a new floor to replace the one we had already purchased that his unlicensed contractor put in!!!! Never trust them!!! Or pay up front, not honorable company- run they are no longer honoring our warranty and they will see me in court, Andy on call & shayne Jersey because he was employed there at that to.after repeated calls he actually started getting abrasive towards me- well guess what I didn’t hire that guy you did and represented him through your company and I have testimony from a current employers who informed me of a lot of things-

Worst Contractor Ever
Horrible. Claimed to have replaced my chimney cap and fladhing. Later after a few rains my ceiling caved in. Got another contractor'. Turns out Andy on Call never replaced the chimney cap but plugged *** Of course the cap continued to deteriorate. The flashing wasn't done. It became a costly repair. When i contacted Andy on Call they refused to take responsibility. They would not come to see the damage until it was convenient for them. In the meantime the rain continued to poor in. I had pictures if the damage. They refused to do anything about it again. Fixing Andy on Call's mess cost me over $8,000. Items in the closet were ruined. After all of this they still did not care to take responsibility. I WOULD NEVER EVER USE ANDY ON CALL

Lack of Professionalism
I had a good experience several years ago. Thought I would work with them again. However, this time, the contact number is "ALWAYS" an answering machine. It states business hours, yet nobody ever answers the phone during that time. It may take days, even weeks before a call is returned. They leave a message, called back each time and the same scenario "...nobody ever picks up the phone." After several attempts to try and do business with Andy on Call, I gave up and found a local contractor who did an excellent job. I would NEVER recommend the Andy on Call in Langhorne, PA...horrible, just horrible. Don't understand how they expect to have a successful business without even answering their phone!
