Unable to make contact regarding a software problem.

When I list Common Ancestors, it only shows half of them. The other half are missing, but by accessing their profiles, shows they are in fact Common Ancestor. I have tried emailing yourselves to be advised you are in the throes of changing your email address. I am a long time member, finding contact with yourselves getting more and difficult each year. I await your prompt reply!

1921 British census records

Hi, is Ancestry. Com publishing the 1921 British census records. I heard that your not some other company has bought the right to publishing the 1921 census. Is that true? If so Ancestry. Com would be no good for me to use anymore. Regards Walter Volleamere Ancestry. Com member.

Dna results

I have not received my new dna sample kit. As youcan see my daughter was informed that it would take 8 weeks to get the DNA sample I need to confirm my parental hopes. They started the subscription straight away and after many BOT conversations . I finally had to call UTAH the USA for 45 minutes to be told they couldn't test my sample!!! Idhad no messages no communication from them at all . With my parental ( hoping that I've found my father after 35 years) problem , I can only hope that he's strong enough to still be with us Ed

Multiple reasons.

It's great if you're American, but worldwide membership barely touches the British Isles or much of Europe, for that matter. The computer isn't programmed to recognise mathematical impossibilities, and can't tell one name from another.

DNA TEST RESULT NOT RECEIVED

I purchased a dna kit for my husband inSeptember 2022. The kit arrived and the test was registered and posted back. We heard nothing until a Message says test results have been delivered to my address but they have not. I have asked all neighbours and looked in every part of the garden and cannot find it.

Why are you charging my wife?

I sent this message over 2 weeks ago to your Press Relations address as I could find no other means of getting in touch with your organisation. I have not had any response. On 8 December 2021, I bought my wife (Dinah Pamela Louise Treble; dinah.treble@***.com) an Ancestry DNA kit as a Christmas present so that we could trace her ancestry. The results eventually arrived a few months later, long after we had forgotten the reason for buying it. I am a member (on and off) of Ancestry.co.uk (stephen@***.net) and I occasionally update my family tree, but my wife is not. Nor has she any interest in pursuing her genealogy. She was willing to accept that it may be interesting to trace the sources of her family but that was it. On discovering that the results of her DNA Kit were eventually available, she did what she believed was required by Ancestry to view them and then filed the results. Since then she has discovered she has been billed at least twice through her PayPal account, and Ancestry has been paid $129.99 each time. Is this a scam? A silly question I realise, as you probably aren’t going to say ‘Yes’ if it is. But it sure looks like it. To take advantage of elderly people in this way appears reprehensible. She has never used your site, nor exercised whatever benefits you might claim to offer in return for regular payments of AUD$129.99. Please stop charging her and refund the amounts that have been debited to her account. All Dinah wanted to to know were her DNA results, and now she has them she neither wants nor needs a relationship with your company. I look forward to hearing from you. Soon. Thank you, _______________________ Stephen Treble saint3x@***.com stephen@***.net
