How do I have to pay over $240 every 6 months for subscriptions yet these guys are seeing my profile and messaging without a profile or DNA TEST? Ancestry get you stuff together. NO DNA test NO ACCESS to PROFiLE. ASHAMED YOU ARENT ON TOP OF THIS. I've had 6 people contact me in last month. I've had subscription over 2 years. WHAT HAPPENED?

I canceled my subscription and they charged me anyway!!!!

I got billed twice for 25.00 after I cancelled my membership.
I cancelled my membership on Sunday June eleventh and I billed 25.00 on eleventh and 25.00 on the thirteenth. Why is this?

To Whom It May Concern, Good evening, I hope you can help me. I recently ordered an Ancestry DNA + Trait kit last April, which I activated on Wednesday 19th April 2023. I then posted it on Thursday 20th April, and so far, the 'Ancestry DNA Test Status' section is marked as 'Kit activated April 19', but it's not marked as 'Sample received In Progress', which is quite worrying. Cancel your setup account
You erroneously setup an account with Ancestry.com for me. I did not wish to have an account setup. I backout their information, erased information input my another family member when they were unauthorized to establish an account. Three years ago I tried the program to and had erroneous information on my family line, and was unable to cancel it no matter how hard I tried. After you took over $140 on my credit card account, I never received funds back for attempting every way possible to cancel. I decided three years ago I will never have anything to do with Ancestry. Please do not try to establish an account, you will never receive a credit card number.

Have not received test kit results
submitted a test kit several months ago and the results were posted for my wife. I have tried several times to correct this, but have not received any help. My activation code was sent along with my outlook e-mail address. I have tried to contact you by e-mail and other ways without going to the BBB. Please help solve this problem. DNA results LOSS and put under an unknown email address
My husband s DNA results are back but the are showing y under some email address and we cannot access them. We have all the identifying information but for some reason his results did not show up under his email. Customer service has NOT been able to help, or refuse to problem solve this error
