Amx Engamesment, specifically its founder, Stephanus Vermeulen, terminated our business contract without my consent and refused to return my initial $6000 I paid them to start the project.
My company hired the services of AMX Engamesment to develop a game app for iOS and Android. I paid them $6000 to start the project, with a contract agreement, in writing, to split the profits when the game was finished and released. Stephanus Vermeulen, AMX founder, and now friend, broke personal agreements we had regarding paying back a personal loan and compensation for damages he caused to my boat whilst he was renting it. Stephanus then proceeded to terminate our business contract without my consent and refused to pay back my investment of $6000. He sent back the incomplete game files which were unusable. I lost the $6000 and have an outstanding small claims judgement for $8300 against him which he also refuses to pay. A total of $14300.
