Guidelines for return of product need to be reviewed especially for like my case
I am ABO 731**** . Bought LecE A4253M on 12th July 2023 for my wife. She is unable consume it due to gastric problem. So I returned the product on 24th July 2023 without the product seal not opened. But the staff deducted 5% from refund amount. I demand a full refund of the product cost because the product seal is not opened. Daniel Williams 012318****

Bad customer service
Just now, i just visited amway store at klang. When i want to pay at counter, that cashier said that we only sell for members. Then, i tried to register twice then failed. So she ask for my mum ic and no phone, then she cannot find in record. But when i ask to used the id number shes rejected wth. Just because of need authorization letter? What for? still my mom what. Very stupid bad service ever. Wasting of my time.

Why amway products expensive price increase how aspects bye went u member in amway business how make my own I Don.t have other I depends amwsu to group but suddenly drop by my amway business canot make money very disappointed 56 age single I thought I can money .nobody join amway. Late shipping
Amway is using a very bad courier service - FMX which inconsistently delivered order to my customers. FMX's reason was wrong address info, so the order was returned to Shah Alam. Then FMX assigned PosLaju to deliver the order. Then PosLaju asked my customer to self collect the item, where the distant is 60km+. So ridiculous!

Misuse of account
Hi Amway I'm wondering why there are some activities in my account and i have receiving an alert regarding to the E-Bonus, Amway Order and etc. According to the E-Bonus statement in January 2022 there are total of RM217.78 and the mentioned amound are not credited into my account. i hope amway investigate my account activities and it can be misuse of account. Before i go further action i hope Amway will provide with the incident report of this case. All the unauthorized activities can be file as police case.

Complaint for the delivery standard
Complaint about the delivery standard, I have ordered the GNH lotion, when the delivery arrived, the bubble pack did not wrap the product but only randomly put on the product. This leads to the cap of the GNH lotion being cracked. It disappointed my customer. Could you please revise the packing SOP for delivery? We have given the delivery charge, but why still received the packaging in such this condition? I hope this matter is concerning.

Tapi beliau telah terima barang dari kurier FMX, dan setelah terima,beliau menerima barang yang salah (bukan barang beliau).
