This is a run down small mortgage company that pay's the lowest of the ladder in the mortgage indusrty. Not only is the ceiling literally falling down this working atmosphere is filfthy. The rest rooms are distusting The owner Mark Favalaro does not have a cleaning crew ever come in this office. Ocea shouls seriously take a look at this ru ndown atmosphere. He currently has only 2loan officers for the simply fact no one with experience in thi fiels would ever consisder excepting his non sense package he offer's. A new Hire get's 5% commsiion for the first 3 month's then after 3 months you go up to 15% for the first 3 deals closed, This salary pacakage is so way below the NYS prevailing wage for this profession . A Loan officer in the capitsl district should not consder a job offer for no less then $58 K a Year. I was an employye when I forst strated out and worked very hard and one year I closed 60 deals for this compny I made them a fortune I losed many big deals with big fees and I got a salary each week here also of $17K a yea so add that in and with the 60 deals I closed I made only 33K that's wth my 17K salary and closing 60 deals......I don't think anyone with a little common sense would ever consider working in such a filty office but for a crook for a boss. That's why he has only 2 loan officer's and both where never in this fiels before and this is the type he will attract becasue anyone else know's beeter and would laugh at is insulting pacakage especially for a successful LO with experience.
