Horrible customer service. Still no phone call. All they want is get the Monet and want more even if the problem is their fault. There technician put the smoke alarm above the fireplace but I have to

The fire alarm continues to go off, I believe this is the eleventh time since having amp smart. We are sick of it age want to talk to somebody in upper management about this continuing problem

They are LIARS!!!!

YOU DO NOT WANT THIS COMPANY!!! Find another one, any other one but this company. LIES, LIES, LIES!!! They sell you on a one year agreement but it is really a 5 year agreement that you are stuck in. They don't care about you!! The only thing they do care about is getting your money from you each month, that's it!!!

My alarm is not working

Malísimo , te cobran caro y además cua do tú alarma se rompe los técnicos ni vienen a tu casa , no le recomiendo este servicio de alarma a NADIE ., sorry

Checking date of payoff

I dont believe I received a response on my payoff date on the equipment. If I can get an answer to my question, then I will make a recommendation. So far I havent had any problems with my system. I havent had to use it for an emergency, but now Im having problems getting an answer to a simple question.

Cancelation

We are no longer in business. It's already 2 months ago. But I didn't know that the company had changed at Titanium. And your current company did not reply to me by letter or phone or e-mail at all, and did not ask for my understanding at all. And today is the pay day, so I don't know why it doesn't cancel right away and why I have to pay.

Having issues with getting results from customer service in regards to contract which we had no idea when we purchased, existed.

Takes forever to get a tech to repair issues. Requested copy of supposed contract with no results for weeks. After working with yall I got immediate results

Test needed

When we leave and set the alarm get down the street in the alarm goes off. We only sit for stay because were afraid the alarm gonna go off when we leave so I would like it tested to make sure its working.

Installation issues

My installation was not completed. Technician left without trying to make sure cameras were online. My appointment for someone to come back was canceled without my knowledge. I had to call and reschedule. They refuse to give me credit on my bill since it was there fault. Not happy at all as a new customer.

Contract renewed without notice

Better coverage less cost with another company. just need to know the end of contract, that I am locked in. Contract renewed without notice in May. Tried to resolve but, person on the other end offered no solution,refused to connect me with anyone to resolve the issue.

Poor overall service

Cameras don't load or capture all activity; billing practices are deceptive and inaccurate; very poor customer service and no responses to communications. I do NOT recommend this company

I suggest you consult your legal counsel because Virginia does not allow contracts in perpetuity. You are hereby warned to stop your harrassment and move on to you next victim. you are paid in full. and blocked by our bank.

Poor dishonest service

I fulfilled my contract and these thieves decided to add another year. Thier no cameras don't work correctly and basically they are a dishonest company. I cancelled them and have no itention of paying them anymore moneydishonesty

AMP SMART COMPANY

Amp smart is the worst company I have had to deal with they do what ever they can to get money from you I tried for 2 weeks to get to talk to someone to cancel my account and by the time I did was august 1st they said there was a process I had to send customer service a email to cancel I owe for July and they told me I also had to pay for august because I should have contacted them before the 1st I feel like they have roped me off just because I was one day late I have to pay for the whole month

Customer Service and Contract Renewal Awful

I called for months trying to find out when my contract ended. Since customer service cannot give you the info, you have to take to the loyalty team. The loyalty team stated they tried to contact me, but they didn't. Long story short, my contract was renewed for another 5 years. I no longer use or have the system. I have not used the system for 2 years, continued to pay for the system, and I have moved. AMP will not let me cancel and the contract just renewed within the time I was trying to reach out to find out when it expired. Oh by the way, there was a pandemic.
