Refund

It took over a month to take care of my situation. I was told twice you had hard gift cards. You didn't. I wanted an e-card to send for a Christmas gift, but instead I received a store credit. It was very frustrating, especially being the holidays. I've learned my lesson and I won't be buying anymore.

Extra shipment

I was automatically enrolled in the seasonal blend program without my knowledge. I did not want to be enrolled. The representative removed me from that program.

Offer was 35% off $35 or more, plus free shipping with code AMORA20FB. Would not work. Called customer service would not honor promo.

No order made on 9/20/21

I ordered the initial $1. Order but did not okay an order for$68.75. I have never even chosen which one I would want so how could I have ordered. Im 72 y/o and in have all my faculties in great working order. Do not *** off an old lady!

Complaint

I bought the 1 cent bag of coffee and did not know there was a 14 day trial attached with it. I found out this fact after seeing a bill from Amora coffee on my bank statement. Total of 68.75 for 4 8oz bags of coffee and a silver plated coffee scoop. When I received the coffee there was no scoop! Please don't fall for it! It is not worth it. Please don't fall for this gimmick

The coffee is GROSS and I was charged 72.00 for coffee I didn't want and then they changed me 32.00 for cancellation!!!! I feel robbed!!!

Why did you take 78.00 from my account? And then charge me 32.00 to cancel a subscription. I'm contacting the better business bureau about this company!!!! I feel like you robbed me!!!!! I am so upset I want to be sick!!!! I can't afford this!!! Please help me

They refuse to get back to regarding my canceled shipment and my subscription cancelation

I'm truly upset with this online company because there refusing to get back to me regarding.my canceled order ( it's no longer on my account) however they still billed me for it and I canceled my membership online to and they refuse to get back to me. I'm thinking this is common practice now though after reading the reviews about them and I'm thinking that they're going to be a hassle getting anything done with. I suppose it was my own stupidity by allowing myself to get roped onto they're little scam of the 1 dollar shipping for 1 bag of coffee and the teeny tiny print of the subscription that would follow but know now that I am canceling I did cancel my subscription to them and I did cancel my order its not even on my account anymore and they just wont give my money back to me i know I sound like a broken record but dammit why cant they just comply you know

I am being robbed by this company.

Didn't read the fine print. I paid $1 for the "free sample" and was put under a subscription. They charged me $71 and sent me another package of coffee without me knowing. I have contacted them and they told me to send it back marked: "refused delivery" and they would refund me the purchase (minus shipping costs). A month later, the refund they said they would give me shows as another charge of $62. I am STILL in the process of getting my first refund and now they have taken another $62 dollars from me. The $1 free sample was given to my father for Father's day and if he liked the coffee he could subscribe.
