Horrible Moving experience, I will never let this happen again

I called the moving company and was given an amount that I would be paying based on all the items I provided to them. Then when they finished moving my items they said I used more space than I was allotted and asked me for $500.00 more than I was told the move would cost. I provided specifics of all the items I was moving with dimensions and they they still tried to charge me more. They dropped my TV and broke it, dragged the box spring from my bed and destroyed one of the corners 4 months later I am waiting for the money they said I was entitled to which was $45.00 which is an insult for the damages they did to my property. The movers were mad because my boxes were too heavy, and the boxes when I recieved them were broken like they have been thrown. They took apart some of my smaller items like tables and when they arrived some of the parts were bent. When I submitted the claim it was a horrible experience of non - communication on their part I was continously sending them emails asking for status and would wait 2-3 days for a response that it was still pending. They clearly do not give out the correct estimates, the movers have total disregard for your property. It was a total nightmare, I will never trust anyone with my belongings ever just because of the experience I had with this company
