Toilet tanks leaking

Two toilets tank are leaking. I put the glue on but one of them is starting leaking again so I put the more glue. Leaking are starting from handle. I never seen toilet sink cracked. Please, help me!

Toilet constantly running…faulty fill valve

Will send me new valve. Customer service was very polite and helpful. I am however unhappy with the cheap plastic parts.should not have problems with a guest bathroom toilet which is rarely used within 3 years.

2 damaged toilets, no refund

1 toilet had crack in bowl out of the box, thought we could fix it then a few weeks later a large chunk broke off. Contacted them for replacement, which took them about 2 weeks to send, that toilet was even worse. Replacement toilet was in literal pieces, they shipped via FedEx and didn't bother to cushion it nor put "fragile" stickers on it. Contacted them again and was told a refund would be issued, that was on May 22nd and now they disappeared and not answering. Out $300.

Failure to sell complete products and repair shortages

bought from Home Depot and delivered offshore. Parts missing from unopened package. Impossible to contact -- never answer phone. US 800 number is long distance cost for offshore. 3 years later I still have no parts to install product. faucet has mini spout that drips water at low flow over the edge of the basin. Original instal holes for a normal sized AmStan widespread faucet. This one is for an RV sized sink. No info on mini size. Buying this AmStan ChatField Faucet is a total waste of money and needs to be replaced. Very disappointed. been buying AmStan for 40+ years and did not expect to be so poorly treated as a consumer.

Paid 16k for tub, crap service.

A part broke, called American Standard. They promptly shipped the replacement part, but I never got a service call. When I contacted the company, they told me their vendor refused to service our area unless they had other jobs in the area. Three months later, tub still broken. What total crap service.

American Standard toilet seat made in CHINA!

Toilet seats made in USA? Oh yes, I bought a Bemis brand seat made in the USA. I will not buy China Standard products.

Product failure - impossible to contact a customer service representative. Horrible customer care.

parts failing under warranty period. Attempts to reach customer service reps are an absolute fail - cannot be done.

Shower redo no response

My shower was installed improperly we have called the company numerous times they are very polite very nice very sympathetic but nobody ever calls back or ever follows through.

Poor quality of parts

Furnace installed 06/20,,, Inducer motor seized up on 11/21. Humidifier had been turned off and tech turned it back on after install of inducer motor. 2 days later furnace stopped working. Found out humidifier was causing a fuse to blow in the furnace (same humidifier has been on furnaces for over 25 years through 2 other AmStd furnaces. Inducer motor once again seized up in 10/22. 2 inducer motors in 1 year and a humidifier that can't be used on this furnace. Company that installled furnace said they could replace humidifier for $300 (not sure of exact cost). I am living off Social Security and can't afford the cost. To me the humidifier should be able to work on this furnace since it worked on 2 other AmStd furnaces. NEEDLESS TO SAY THAT I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE FURNACE AND THE FACT THAT I CAN'T USE THE HUMIDIFIER. I WILL GIVE Go wi AmStd A LOW RATING AND IF I SEE ANY ADS FOR YOUR PRODUCT I WILL BE SURE TO LET PEOPLE KNOW WHAT A POOR QUALITY YOUR PRODUCT HAS BECOME... Model # S9V2C100U4PSBBA

AM0084240*-*** replacement part

Twin autistic ten year old boys removed the magnetic strip from the shower door and cut it into pieces. A replacement for said strip is unfortunately, not available. ( And Desiree in customer service declined to take the boys.)

Electronic Toilet and Customer Service Response

non6 years ago we purchased two of your electronic battery flush toilets. The idea was great but they never worked right. I I had to replace the actuator assembly and battery compartment four times. Each time your customer service rep was wonderful, sympathetic, and replaced the parts without charge. Then you came out with a new "waterproof" battery compartment that leaked! More replacements but great customer service support. We finally got fed up with you guys and decided to replace the toilets with a manual design. I could have bought Kohler, Lowes brand but wound up buying American Standard ASD clean EL. You scored F on product reliability but AA+ on customer service and got the next order. Customer care

Nothing but troubles with hvac system installed 10/2012. Because of disagreements over issue, the seller told me never to call again for repair or service even though they are obligated to take care of customer. IAQ Medics is a very poor representation of American Standard. Now I am faced with replacing system still under warranty.

My toilet broke

I don't know what happened, all I know is the bowl cracked spilling water all over. It just broke.!!! T have another American standard toilet and it also broke. The bowl also cracked, is there a problem with American standard.

Discriminatory Business

I had an appointment for someone to come out to provide a quote. They refused to come out unless my husband was there with me. I have not faced this type of discrimination since the 1970's. This tatic is a high pressure situation where they hope to make a decision on the spot with both spouses present. I will not use this company ever again. This is 2022 - and these tatics are not acceptable.

REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY

Takes 2 flushes every time.

I have replaced everything, and it still takes 2 flushes to flush. I'm going to replace it with another brand.
