Read AMR double dips

Theyre double dipping. Once your insurance company pays them. Thats all they get. They cant ask the customer for the remaining balance. Your insurance company negotiated a price to pay. They accept it. Your insurance pays it. Its illegal for them to come after you for the remaining. Only is you have Government insurance from your State

Terrible processing and false information

I was sent in a bill stating that my insurance company didn't pay, however when I called my insurance company asking if the bill was paid, they stated it was. I called back, telling the person on the phone that the bill was incorrect and that my insurance company paid their part. They kept saying that I need to pay my part plus the insurance part. They didn't give me a reason for why the bill was extremely high, nor did they state why the wrong bill was kept sent to me.

Last December before Christmas husband was sent to the emergency room at Abrazo hospital in Arizona for Covid. AMR provided emergency transport to Abrazo hospital in Arizona. I received a bill in January of this year for $25. I sent them that $25 then I received another bill for $25. I sent in another $25 then last week I received another bill for $25 so I contacted them sent and told him I sent in two payments. They keep saying that they have not received any payments for that account, so where did my money go? My bank states the payments have cleared $ is tracing them.

Non response from team nor team leads nor supervisor

On several occasions I have reached out and team members were rude or felt like they didnt want to help or didnt respond. When I go over my personal time it seems like everyone can reach out but when I reach out for help or a response it seems like the company is not willing to help. I have not been told that I was doing anything wrong and I wouldnt know if I dont ask so most of the time when I do reach out and ask I get these responses like they dont want to help and so I usually reach out to my sup or team lead and most of the time the team lead will respond if shes not on a call. I literally reached out to my sup because I saw that she was in the available status and I saw that she looked at it then her status changed to unavailable and she also never responded. I have enough going on in my life and I am trying to keep my job but its like the company wants me to lose my job and I really cant afford to do that and so I am reaching out for additional help before it does come to that. I hope you can help. Thank you

I paid AMR 200.00 on February 28. It was supposed to go to AT&T mobility but I hit the wrong name. Can some one help me locate this payment so I can give it to AT&T.

Horrible billing service. Need help

I am still waiting on a resolution with your compassionate care dept. I have never experienced such a poorly ran company. I am trying to do the right thing and have been waiting since end of November for a resolution!!! I sure would appreciate a call from someone that can help. Charged $57.72 a mile in a bill that totaled $1909.31 for a 9 mile transport.

The emts were great, but the charges for the transport are outrageous. Mileage and night fee added $789.44 for a 9 mile drive.

Billing problems

Keep getting billing for service even when having paperwork that shows they're being paid. They tell me that insurance has been denied, but my paperwork shows different. This has happened before and was corrected after contacting them numerous times. Their answer is insurance has denied claim. Looks like their billing system has a problem.b

Complaint

I am writing you this way because I can better explain myself. And plus Im still upset from a situation yesterday. On 7-7-2022 I had to call the ambulance to my mom, @ 904 Bridgewood Drive Lagrange ga 30240. They came out and came inside and asked questions and said we will be back in a few. Well while they was gone the door was still open for them to come back in. Remind you it was 99 degrees and all the hot air came into her apartment because of the door being open. Now Lynn Henry came inside and said its hot! She asked if my moms air was working we said yes. She said it shouldnt be that hot in here. I told her that the door was open for yall and common sense will let you know that all the hot air came in. Well with an attitude she said she was going to report that to my moms landlord! Now thats when I got an attitude. I told her to do her job and get my mom to the ER! I dont know the guys name that was with her but she said it was her supervisor. Well he called the police on me after I said I was going to report them. The police was confused to why he called them. And both officers seen that air was coming out my moms vent and the door was open and hot air was coming in. The officer told me to report them both and thats what Im doing. They made my mom upset! And we both do not want Lynn Henry and that guy back out to her home. Lynn needs to understand that she is not going to come in someones home being rude and not expect to get it right back. And I will go further with this. Thanks. And soon as my mom gets out of the hospital she will also be making a report. Again those 2 are not to come back at all. One more thing the guy was being rude himself. And they way he asked if my mom could walk was rude, like he didnt want to pick up on her. But I myself helped transfer her they couldnt put any effort at all.

My husband is dead

My husband who was a liver transplant patient been very sick we had lost our home to a forest fire and were living in a hotel that has a lot of drug activity but kitchens 1st time these *** came my husband was unconscious in the bath tub the head guy comes in yelling why is he naked I asked DO U BATHE WITH YOUR CLOTHES ON I thought he was going to pill my husband arms out of socket then he yelled at him again that he was walking down the 3 flights of stairs 2nd time AGAIN TELL THEM MY HUSBAND DOESN'T USE DRUGS THE GUY JERKED MY UNCONSCIOUS HUSBAND UP I THOUGHT THEY WOULD RUSH HIM TO THE HOSPITAL 4 min away NO they sat in parking lot for 10 min no sirens I find out 45 min later he is dead asked what happened they say they dont know he was called on ambulance Coroner said it was a heart attack HOW DO THEY CALL HIM 4 min from hospital A nurse calls tells me I need to find out what drugs ambulance gave him and hung up then coroner said the doctor that told me he was dead worked on him 30 min funny he didnt remember 5 min later I WANT TO KNOW WHAT THE *** DID U DO TO MY HUSBAND

American Medical RIPOFF

The ABSOLUTE WORST ambulance company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with, and that is saying something. $900+ for a 6-mile ambulance ride, at least two instances of balance billing after my insurance company paid out, and they REFUSED TO ALLOW payment on my behalf from the medical facility I was at when an emergent health situation made ambulance transport necessary. Before this happened, I spent months attempting to work with them to get some kind of relief for the bill they assessed me for this ride. They initially demanded payments that were approximately 5% of my entire monthly disposable income. I then tried applying for their Compassionate Care program, which turned out to be a total farce: despite sending in EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF INFORMATION they required, they denied my application, and then after I submitted even MORE documentation, they gave me a Scrooge-worthy 20% discount on my bill, a real slap in the face for someone living on a very low income due to multiple disabilities. Oh, and then they claimed that a second payment on my account from my insurance company was actually the 20% discount they had given me, which still left me with a bill of almost $600. Welp, Ive given up. If thats all the assistance a corporation with estimated revenues of $2.1 BILLION is willing to offer someone in a situation like mine, they can just forget it. They wont be squeezing any more blood from this turnip!

Continuous Billing Despite Paying Bill

I get contacted by AMR (via email, texts, phone) 2 or 3 times a week to pay a bill I have confirmation of already paying 8 weeks ago. Despite numerous replies and proof of payment, it never ends.
