Personal Experience

A worthless machine. 20 hours into use. Rear axle breaks and needs to be replaced. These machines have 6 month warranty but Landmaster wants to take 1.5 weeks to approve warranty to fix their *** product. Better buy Polaris or Can -AM. Much better product.

Warranty

I need someone to contact me. Cell Ph 210-475-**** Bought a brand new land master and about to make first payment. Wife & I went to ranch and Got stuck in a little bit of mud, we tried using 4x4 and 4x4 doesnt work. We took it to Cycle Plex in San Antonio tx. They are telling me that its at my expense to fix 4x4. Not sure how that works if its brand new and has never been used by us. We just purchased land master & shouldn't Already be having to put money into it?

One Tough Machine is completely FALSE

I have a 2011 LM700 with very few hours. I discovered *** in the casting of the rear differential caused by a broken screw that holds a bearing in place. The bearing cap has holes for a 1/4 inch screw. The screws that failed were 10/24, taped way off center, so that a very small part of the allen screw head touched the bearing cap. Little wonder they broke and got between a gear and the case punching *** in it. I contacted the manufacturer of the differential who said they corrected the screw problem in the early stages of production and have no parts available to correct the problem. Hilliard Corporation, New York. American Landmaster has no parts available either and has no solution for the problem. I am stuck with a non functional ONE TOUGH MACHINE as american landmaster describes it. A large waste of money. Not worth much as scrap.

Dissatisfied

Bought an L7 in august 2021. Has been in the shop twice for the same problem. Exhaust gets so hot cannot ride it. The place where I bought it is doing all they can but seems to me the company does not really care. The machine only has 50 hours on it. First time the exhaust busted, had a leaking rear axle, had to change belt and cover. Now the exhaust has broken again , and the heat from the engine is crazy. Never again will I by a landmaster.
