Payoff completed

Terrible customer service.A letter was sent out for demand and intent to pay off loan or surrender your vehicle. The letter started by stating we are sorry for your loss of the lessee. Im alive not dead yet.

Approval of vehicle delivery from 8-3-23

I was approved on 8-3 for a new 2024 Lease, since my 2020 Lease was being extended until the new crv ex awd came in. My sales rep called to set up the delivery today. Then Zimbrick FinanceMike called and said Honda didnt approve me.same day I received a letter say my lease wasnt approved.The letter has wrong credit score. Its 664 no 619. I have a perfect payment record with Honda and Honda isnt included with the bankruptcy. I need this lease to be approved. Especially, since I wasnt told anything until today and was simply waiting on my vehicle 2024 lease CRV EX AWD. Its at the dealership and its poor customer service to be denied with wrong credit information. Thank you, Kay Dreyer

Complaint

disrespectful costumer service when financing my vehicle. I signed my paperwork at Honda of Plymouth on July 19 was told I would have my car by the first. I hadnt heard anything from the dealership I called four days in a row left messages. Nobody called me back Kayla Cadogan messaged me on Facebook telling me she hadnt heard from the DMV about my registration and license plate. On 14 August Kayla again messaged me on Facebook telling me to go to the registry and say that I am from Honda to pick up my plates when I went there they told me my plates and registration have been ready since August 1 and that Kayla had not put a phone number or extension number on the paper so because of that they had no one to contact. I got my car 30 days after I signed my paperwork instead of getting the 45 days that youre supposed to have before making a payment. There is also a lot more to the story that I would be more than happy to talk to somebody about.

Permission to register letter in NC

Honda Fin.Services has not sent me a permission to register letter with the correct name. I have called numerous times and each time I am directed to another representative.My mother passed in September of 2021.I sent the death certificate to Honda.My father was paying for the vehicle but has had a few health problems and can no longer afford it. I have been approved thru my bank to purchase the vehicle from him but my mothers name needs to be removed from the registration.Honda sent me a notorized letter but it still has my mothers name present and all requests to get this resolved has fallen on deaf ears.

Owe four wheeler payment

You guys were supposed to have my checking account for automatic monthly payments and blew me up while I was working. If you guys want you money you guys shouldve applied the same bank account that I was paying for my previous civic that I had. Its literally the same bank account. Then I call you guys at work while Im busy and you guys almost leave me to a live agent and the automated system hangs up on me.

GoodWill Adjustment

I made a mistake and missed my June 2023 payment. I'm writing to request a goodwill adjustment to remove the late payment mark from my credit report. I assure there will never be anymore late payments and I am desiring a new lease in December when my current 36 month lease expires. I made the payment on July 1st thinking there was 31 days in the month and I sincerely apologize and want to maintain my perfect credit history before this error. I went in for Zack tech in oil change and I was there for 4 1/2 hours

I had an appointment for 11 AM and got there for Zak Tek and an oil change I was there for 4 1/2 hours. I thought if I had a reservation or an appointment that it wouldnt take very long but I was very upset that it took 4 1/2 hours for that service.

Setup automatic pay

The financial agent, Marie, was very helpful in setting up an automatic draft account to pay my monthly bill. Mr Andrew Gomes, salesperson assisted me in understanding how to operate the navigation system ,cruise control and braking automatic system. They were very professional and patient with me, senior citizens.

Stop payments

Stopped the mays payment. This is the banks problem. I had the bank to release the stop payment. All my other accounts were auto debited. Ive been calling Honda and it turns out the didnt fix the stop payment. Which is why I was late. It affected my credit report so I need to be able to pay you. Pls call me so we can work it out Thank you

Stolen ATV

Called customer service, since my Homeowners will cover a lawnmower but not an ATV. Spoke to them and told them i had filed a police report, gave them the report number.. the next thing they service associate told me was, be sure to not get behind on your payments!i thought that weas pretty bad since i am out the balance of the loan 6500.00 US, not them cause if i do not pay my credit will suffer.

if you buy from them better get insurance outside, because they do not offer it, and unless the cops find your atv, Honda does not care if it was stolen, long as you pay the note. Otherwise what ever credit rating you do have will suffer.

Avoid these crooks!!

AvoMy most recent complaint to the regulators. I just filed a complaint with you against American Honda Financial Services less than a month ago, as I am a State of Illinois IDES employee off work on unpaid FMLA medical leave and have been off six months and my doctor has not released me to RTW yet, though he said it may be the end of April 2023!! I have explained this to Honda and paid them every penny I had to pay them just two weeks ago and am now 1/2 payment due for Dec 2022 $252 payment and Jan (599.98), Feb (599.98) and now Mar 202* (***.98), and I told them as soon as I got some money I would call them and make another payment!! The loan is going to be paid off in October 2023, and I have always paid my payments on time. I have read online many customers are complaining about them also doing the same to them, they try to repo the cars right before you get them paid off and block you from making your payments online or by phone, making you talk to them to do so, which is what they are now doing to me. They took the last payment and said all was fine, and I did not need to worry that I could just reach out and make payments as I could but claimed there was no note on the account to cease and desist all calls, as American Honda Financial told you they had put on it when I filed the last complaint to you. They also told you all was fine, I had a payment arrangement set up and all was good. Now I am getting these harassing calls daily from Millie who is not even stating who it is she just says her first name and asks me to call her so of course I had no idea who it was and some online said the number was spam while others said it was Honda Financial, so I finally called today to find out if it was them calling after you and I clearly told them to stop, and their corporate office lied to you and said they had stopped the calls and all was fine when you closed the last complaint just a couple of weeks ago!!! The call took me to Mark and would not allow me to access my account, I then had to explain all to him AGAIN after talking to yet another person, five or more so far just in the last couple of months!!! He then tried to tell me the car is in repo status, so now they have to have two full payments to get it out, and that the case manager had tried to call me. I told him NO ONE is supposed to be calling me, that the corporate office told you and I both they would stop the calls and also lied to you and said they were working with me, which they are not, they are continuing to call and harass me and no demanding I pay two months of payments to keep my car that will be paid off in a couple of months!!! Contact them again and make to tell American Honda Financial to stop harassing me, and to make it CLEAR to their employees to NOT CALL ME, they can only mail me and to allow me to make the payments as I can until I get back to work!!! I also want them investigated for what is being reported online about them setting up repos and not allowing people to make their payments and taking people's vehicles!!! I also want my account fixed, so I can make my payments online on my account again!!! The number Mile called me from today was 866-950-**** she only left her first name and told me to call her at 877--535-**** neither she nor Mark would give me their last names or their employer numbers either, both need to be fired!
