Wife ordered me shirt and hat. So WE PAID THEM THEIR MONEY AND NOW IT JUST SEEMS FIT FOR THEM TO CHARGE ME FOR THINGS I HAVENT ORDERED AND TO JUST TAKE MONEY OFF MY CARD WHEN THEY WANT.
Me Andy wife ordered nothing else or joined anything yet I have about $54:00 dollars more taken out of my account that was not authorized nothing else ordered. I would like to have my money refunded.

An order placed 8/6/21 that was never received.
On August 6th, 2021 I ordered a Gunmerica Hoodie in a size Large. I have tried contacting them probably close to 15 or 20 times. I still have not received it. Ive contacted support before, the first time someone responded telling me they were on back order, which is perfectly acceptable and understandable, that was back in 2021 I have contacted them at least once a month since then and have not gotten any response at all. Ive sent screen shots showing the money being debited from my account by the AGA. I have placed many orders w them before this and have not had any issues but I will never order anything from them again. They kept my money, never sent the product and refuse to talk to me about it. As far as Im concerned they stole that money from me and my next step is to contact my bank and press fraud charges.

Terrible customer service
I bought a vertical grip with flashlight. The switch was malfunctioning as soon as I put the batteries in. They advertise hassle free refunds, have made it impossible to return item. No correspondence except a sarcastic email.

I ordered an " outlaw " hat from them and never received it. No tracking numbers, and no response to emails. Total scam, do not send money to these people.

I am trying to cancel my reoccurring bill .. cancel my membership. The monthly thing that I am being billed for is worthless to me. The phone # provided gives me false information. I called at 10:30 AM Tuesday September 27, 2022 and got a voice recording saying they were closed and normal business hrs were at the time and day I called. Also said to press 1 and I could leave a VM.. false.. tried #1 just repeating the same crap
