Mad!!

I ordered furniture last week. It was supposed to be delivered today. They forgot about me and wont commit to getting it here by 6, or at all!! Im a crippled senior citizen and have nowhere to sit or lie down!!!

I am moving out of town trying to get them to come pick up their merchandise before I leave

I haven't finished paying for I'm moving out of state trying to get them to come and get picked the bed up I haven't made no payments because I'm moving I called them several times no feedback I would like with somebody to come pick up the bed

Could not place order

Could not place an order because my credit card address is different from the delivery address. I called the main number, but they said it was an automated process, so they could not do anything about it. He could offer no suggestions to rectify the issue. He just said, "Sorry, I can't help you."

Placed an order and went to pick it up and they sold it to somebody else

Very disappointed in the company called Saturday about the product confirmed that they have it and to confirm thats in good shape. The sales rep sent me pictures and told me its in great shape. Told me the option of purchasing it through him or through online. I told him Im gonna talk to my wife and Ill get back with them in 5 to 10 minutes called and got put on hold so I decided I just purchase it online. Went through the whole process got an email confirming they pulled out the money out of my account. The following day I got up early canceled all my plans.Drove 2 1/2 hours to pick up the product so I can be there right when the store opened. When I got there the employee told me that its already been sold to somebody else and theres nothing they can do and that they would refund me the money 2 to 3 business days. He said, sorry for the inconvenience and for you to drive 2 1/2 hours away. Now I have to drive 2 1/2 hours back home. He told me if I went to purchase it through him not to come online this wouldve never happened. Not only waste gas and rented a trailer and canceled all my plans this Sunday so I can pick up this fridge raider for nothing. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company. I was going to purchase a dishwasher when I got there to match my fridge raider and the ones that they had was use. So an update on my way home. I decided to call customer service. Id explain to her what happened and she was able to look me up on the computer, confirming the purchase. she says thet this is happening a lot on online purchases. They are on the process of repairing the issue. But unfortunately, theres nothing she can do to help. She was very nice but no help.

Refund of my 5 year water so I can apply it to the next couch I am buying from you

I havent had my couch a year yet . I went through your warranty company and after 5 service calls they decided to refund my money because unable to fix it. So I went down to American freight in Newington,Ct. I asked them about the 199.00 5 year warranty can just go to the next couch and he replied cant do it. I feel because this is not my fault about a *** made couch set fell apart and I went through all the chains of command. So to some it up it should go to the next couch I am buying from you. It may not seem like a lot of money to some people but to me it is. .

Claim#C152040 Dispute

To whom it may concern, I received the following information concerning my claim. Dear Derrick Richardson, Thank you for filing a claim under the Manufacturers Warranty. Unfortunately delivery damage is not a manufacturer defect as a result the damage is not covered under the Manufacturers Warranty. Please contact your store of purchase for assistance. I didn't state that the items were damaged during delivery. I stated that the items' damages were noticed after delivery. When the items were delivered I went out of town on business the following day. Once I returned I noticed that both arms of the chair had holes in them (as shown in the pictures) which I thought was odd since no one was in my house to do this type of damage. Then upon putting the coffee table together I found that the main support leg was cracked as shown in the picture. I don't understand the logic that the determined the damage to the chair and the table was done during the delivery of the items. The chair was wrapped in heavy plastic and the coffee table was wrapped and taped as from the manufacturer so again I don't understand how you could attribute this damage to delivery. Recognize Stephen in Ocala FL

We went in Ocala, FL. Stephen was very professional. I told him I wanted to look around. He pointed me in the right direction and gave us personal space to look around. When we were ready he explained the options. I was very crowded so he told us about the cell phone option. We completed it went in and he got us out fairly fast. The delivery was scheduled. No call no show

Furniture was scheduled to be delivered today. I've called more than 5 times today, and still no call from the delivery driver or the store regarding an update. I've bought things from them in the past and I've never had this problem. Never again will I support this business. They take your money and don't complete the service.

Worst support from American Freight

The furniture that I purchased has manufacturing defect. There is misalignment of screws and holes in a table. There is no way that it can be assembled. When I raised a warranty claim, they rejected that claim by mentioning that this is delivery damage and cannot do anything. This is completely unacceptable.

I paid for mattress in full on Wednesday they sold them Thurs

Do Not waste your time I purchased my mattress on Wednesday paid in full. They was ready to bring them out front didn't have no one to pick them up until the next day. Go pick up the mattress the next day . These damn people done sold my mattress i paid for. How you gonna sell a customer order twice Then when i address the problem the Manger who is very unprofessional tells me i can go somewhere else How does that look for a Manger to be very rude and unprofessional . I think this situation needed to addressed to the corporate office And i did and haven't heard anything back This company is bad for business do not waste your time or money then you have to wait before you can get a refund. This company is bad for business Don't shop there

Delivery Guys Verbally Attack Elderly customer

I witnessed the most disturbing acts of aggression from two delivery guys working for this company towards an elderly customer they were delivering furniture to. Myself and others watched as the delivery guys yelled at and cussed at the customer. Afterwards they sped off in the company box truck and nearly caused an accident as they were leaving. I called the manager, Nate, to inform him of the incident and initially he tried to downplay it saying that he had heard about the incident and talked with the guys but then proceeded to act annoyed that I asked if anything more was going to be done. Those guys should have been fired on the spot! I would NEVER recommend using this company or allowing them in your home. They are disrespectful, unprofessional, and beyond rude.

Liars and Crooks

Lies straight to our faces. Sold us a used washer & dryer and claimed it was new. Did not disclose return policy. Refused to accept a return and give a refund. Employees extremely rude and unprofessional. AVOID like the PLAGUE!!!

I bought a new stackable washer and dryer for $1600 at the Nashville location and the washer doesnt work. They will not refund me or replace it.

Recently purchased refirgerator 03/25/2022

i have purchased right many things through you guys but i am finding that the quality of the product is really goin g down hill, I am not much on complaining but when i pay thousands of dollars for merchandise I kind of expect a little better than what I am receiving. My refrigerator shelves are falling off of the brackets. I have pictures to show but I need to know how I can send them to you. It seems like the glass was not cut wide enough on all of the shelving. With that said I have to constantly balance the shelves from falling through and breaking. $2,272.35 coming out of my pockets I shouldn't have to babysit my fridge this way.
