Fraudulent changes on credit card
Noted charges originating from Serbia and Ireland which were not our charges. Patrick from Amex was competent, pleasant and professional.

Faulty Window
My wife and I had a rep from American Ext. Roxanne Fresques came to our house for new windows early Mar 2018 and we ordered and had them installed Aug 2018, we tried to get a hold by phone, Boise Id, Greenwood Village Co. but no response. I then read that the co. dissolved in 2018. The #'s 208-424-****, 208-338-****, 303-794-**** are all out of service. Life time warranty???Roxanne's #208-252-****, no answer!!!

We have a broken American Exteriors window that is broken and needs to be replaced; however, every contact number we were given has been disconnected. We need help contacting someone for replacement. Website I have doesn't work either.

Ive been trying to contact you for three hours. Every phone number is not in service. I want to talk toA human about repairing one of my gutters. You installed them two years ago. Im not signing up and paying more money for something you should repair.

Windows installed wrong now leaking
Well things were ok until winter time and then noticed cold air coming in. Called the company and they said no longer in business. This is bs. The company that took over said they didn’t take my acct over and that is messed up when it was sold as lifetime warranty. How do you honor that? Oh the other company basically said I am screwed and have to pay to have them fixed! Awesome work! May get attorney and go after previous owner cause this is bad practice

Company went out of business. The company that took over some of their accounts did NOT take over any in the midwest. Which sucks cause the windows were life time warranty

Are they still in business I know the Mendota Heights, MN office closed but I should be able to contact home offices in CO but can't get thru. We purchased windows in 2013 and picture window needs replacement. I have photos of problem but on my phone. Its fogging up on the inside...not in house or on outside...in the inside. Lifetime warranty so we should be able to get someone our here.

Our 6400 on a *** window job that they never finished
They have a message that says: We are sorry for your inconvenience, but we are now out of business (or something to that effect). Other numbers that were provided go to message machines for a different company that never returns calls

Spent $5000-**** on a window job that was never finished. They have hired and fired two contractors that both did a *** job and have never followed up. Now they have changed their number
Spent a lot of money on a window job that is still not finished a year and a half later. The windows are poor quality, leak a lot of cold air and the trim was never finished. They did a poor job of measuring so now the windows are all different sizes (3 right next to each other that are supposed to be the same).

Will Not Call Back .the support and SEVICE is the *** you call the Numbers and you get the same person on all the messages. on all the PHONE NUMBER. Not GOOD BUSINESS for your CUSTOMER!!

No Good Customer Service
I bought these windows and for the most part they have been good windows. However, they were extremely expensive, but I get suckered to much. Now my windows has a crack in it. And I have tried calling them so many times and either it doesn't answer or if I let it ring for 30 times I will finally go to a voice mail. This is not a lifetime warranty, it is a scam. Do not buy from this company. I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing. I am so bummed. $1000 for one window down the drain. I should have just gone to Lowes and bought a window.

Waiting, waiting, waiting....
Lifetime warranty windows. But, no service or followup when you need warrantied work. It's nearly a year since I first called to request repairs. Still waiting......

Poor quality. Horrible service.
After promising a skilled install team, they sent one guy to measure and install. Measured one large window wrong and we had to wait three months for replacement and ant installation at all to begin during a very cold winter. Screens are not square and one slider is defective. Having been waiting since early 2018 for repairs/replacement. In June they said orders for replacement had been placed. As of 10/11/18 no satisfaction and am not able to get in contact with the company. Have tried all numbers and simply get same voicemail announcement - "we will call you back." Hasn't happened yet. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Bad, bad, bad
In May one of their agents, Chris DeLay, came by our home to do an estimate for a new outside door, new siding and to replace some windows. We asked for some brochures, samples of siding and estimates for the 3 projects. He had no brochures or a business card, he had no samples of the siding. He wrote his name on a flyer but no local number. He never came back. American Exteriors just lost our business. $15,000 to $20,000. After reading the comments, I am glad he did not come back. Thanks for nothing.
