Your Boneless wings are Terrible.
The boneless wings are terrible. There was no meat only breading they were dry and had to be the worst wings I ever had. I usually get the bone in wings. Ill never make that mistake again because the meal I paid $30 for something I could even eat them. The pissed consumer.

They close way ahead of the time on the website and posted on their door.. The assistant manager has no brain and hands the phone to the idiot head manager and she would not give me her name nore would she let me talk to the general manager . Very smart mouth over talked me and basically didnt care. The American Deli in Shelby dr and Winchester in Memphis tn.. NEVER I REPEAT NEVER GO THERE. They dont deserve our hard working money!! Let it close down and make the workers find a job they like since they give 2 cares about this job they have currently..

Disrespectful customer service, bad order
The cashier was Extremely rude, and my order was prepared incorrectly This is also the second time that this is happening we asked for a grilled veggie sandwich and got raw veggies on the sandwich.

Asked for a grilled veggie sub and got a raw veggie sub not even close to what I wanted. They need to get some better cashiers up in there. Very rude. Why come to work and dont want to be there. Quit stay home and do nothing with your life cause thats what I see. Will never go back and give ungrateful *** my hard earned money.

Location: Glenwood Ave... store 230... the person that took my order was very, very nasty talking, she completely curse me out... F...me,... the cooks was no better.. first of all.. she didn't type my order in correct.. I asked for no mushrooms and onions on my philly.. she called me all kinds of *** and threatened to fight me... I demanded my money back, and then she throw the receipt on the counter... this lady should be FIRED IMMEDIATELY...I'LL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN...

Very disapointed with my food order
On April 29,2023 7:34pm I ordered Beef Gyro combo. I also purchased 5 Honey wings combo with rice. My Gyro was horrible it had mostly all lettuce and hardly no meat at all. The fries was very old. They blocked my number
American deli in Talladega Alabama block my number for no reason and I feel like its bad business for somebody to be blocking somebody number. Asked for no salt fish and received extremely salty fish
3822 Salem Road Covington,Ga. Ordered pc tilapia fish only asked for no salt, gave me extremely salty fish on 2/14/2023. Had returned to work and had thrown it out. My BP was 141/108, I have high blood pressure but they dont want to refund me or make it over because I threw out the fish at my job. I have my receipt but that means nothing. Never will I patronize your establishment again, thanks for listening.
