This company will not quit harrassing me with telephone calls.
This company has been constantly calling my place of business, for the last three months. Though they have repeatedly been asked to stop by both me and my employee's. It is a truly a sorry way to conduct a business. They have been downright rude and vulgar to one of my female employees in particular. They have been turned into the state now for the fourth time. If their predatory sale tactics are an indication of how they do their construction work I personally would not recommend them to even build a bird house let alone think of the horrible job they could do to your home or business and they lie and cover it up.

Please be warned American Restoration Fishers cheated me out of money.
I hired American Restoration Fishers, In. to put a 3 dimensional roof, gutters, downspouts and power wash my house on Oct 7, 2011. The job was sort of finished last month- - delays, lies and an unprofessional attitude. The roofers put on a much cheaper 3 tab shingle, argued about the downspouts and couldn't get someone capable of power washing a house. My bird bath and yard ornaments were damaged. I spoke to the company and a lady named Megan multiple times. I even talked to the 2 sales reps who had quit the company. They had quit because of these very things. These were the guys who I was working with when I signed the contract. They said one lady who signed a contract at about the same time as me still did not have her roof on. I agreed to accept $200 for the damage to the ornaments and wrong shingles; although that amount was not enough, I was just tired of dealing with them. They agreed a month ago and I have contacted them numerous times about where the check is. Megan concocted numerous stories and yesterday even said she had sent it fedex. A label was initiated but the package was never picked up. Megan finally came clean that I was not getting any money. They must have laughed their butts off the last month telling me "the check was in the mail". How do people live with themselves?

Carpet cleaners did not clean my carpet at all!
Advanced Carpet Restoration is a huge joke. I found them online. They had coupons available, stating 'Carpet cleaned for $99.95' for under 800 SQF.My home is only about 400 SQF.They came and gave me an estimate to clean my carpet for $536.Everything was extra.When I declined the scotchguarding & what they called "deep cleaning",he let me know that he could only get 30% of the soil out of my carpet.I paid $35 extra for 2 spots.It was like he used just water on the rest.I would not recommend Advanced Carpet Restoration to my enemies.I could have bought all new carpet for my small home for $536.It seemed like the advertised price of $99.95 was just for them to come over.They clearly try to make their money on selling you services you don't need. I was very displeased. I called and told them I was unsatisfied, and I would never refer them to anyone. Really? You come to clean my carpet, and the best you can do for your advertised price is removing 30% of the soil, unless I buy all these extras? Never again, American Carpet Restoration! Good luck to you!

American Carpet and Restoration from Hempstead Long Island, New York sold me on a mold treatment that was expensive and clearly not necessary. My basement was flooded this past holiday season. They arrived and recommeded a mold treatment to be done two days later (after the holiday). They left various fans for drying. I called them to cancel the treatment that they were scheduled to provide the following day given that water continued into the basement. I was left with a very big bill for fan rentals, water vac., and some spray that was washed away the day after their call. In the end I payed for nothing.
