Camera resets and color off

The sustem resets its self and it wont go back to the settings that we have programmed.I have to go to settings 3X a day. The color looks like a 1960s color on-line.

Malfunction. Could not find out why. Could not find a person to talk to

No live customer service. Was initially difficult to set up.password that was acceptable to the system even though I followed instructions precisely. For the most part, the camera performed ok. So after a long effort to get camera running, I gave up. Trashed it and bought another brand.

Because I need my service cancelled

My tracker doesnt work, And hasnt for mths. I requested a refund and for it not to be taken out of acct again and its still coming out of my account every month, I guess if something isnt done this time Ill just have to dispute it with my bank, I will use another tracking company next time that is more reliable.

Problem with notifications

Still can't reach anyone at Foscam and email replies say they have nobody to answer them. I'm paying $12 a year for e-mail notifications upon motion and in the last month it hasn't worked.

Problem with e-mail notifications

I pay $12 a year for e-mail notifications with motion. About a month ago I stopped getting those e-mails. Customer service number doesn't work. sent an e-mail and the reply was they don't have people to answer them!! So, no customer support of any kind!!! I'll be filing a dispute with my credit card company for the $12.

Because the service that I bought 7/19/2022 doesn't give me the service anymore.

FI9821 and FI8910

I have 2 cameras that used run on my windows 7 machine, it crashed and we rebuilt it back to windows 7 but I am missing something in adobe to let the cameras work. please advise if you can tell me what to load to restore these security cameras. I have a windows 10 machine, can i run them on windows 10

Could not get a Foscam Dome camera to recognize the SD card

I purchased one of their dome cameras for our back alleyway and liked it enough to ~1 month later purchase a second one. The first one I installed, seemed super overly complicated to set up -but after several tries I finally got it to do what I wanted. So when I had problems setting up the second one I was not surprised. But this one came up way quicker than the first one, for all the functions except record to SD card. I figured somehow I missed a setting somewhere, and kept trying and resetting and trying again for ever. I finally gave up and tried to get technical support and found you have to scour the internet to even find a telephone number of any kind. When I did find one the gatekeeper receptionist won't transfer anyone to any other department until you accept a $100 gift card (that I only have to pay $1.99 ). But in order to get this gift card I have to provide them all of my personal data so that they can send me additional garbage to buy. I said no thanks to that offer, and then essentially said gatekeeper hung up. Thanks to PissedConsumer I got at least email assistance and it turns out that the SD card slot was bad. Of course by email it took about 3 days to get there (you know the drill "Is it plugged in?" ect). But we now have a replacement camera on the way. Thanks PissedConsumer

Does not load properly the software to even to get started!!!!

Does not even get the first step accomplished!!! You can not even use the camera. I have hooked it up, it still does not load software correctly. I am right next to the router. !!! !!! !!! Help!!! !!! I need help
