Can’t Find a Human to Talk To

Are you kidding me ? Ive spent 30 *** minutes trying to find a human to talk to . I have an issue with my tickets that can only be addressed by a human . Instead I just get bounces around !! Shame on you ! I need to switch the date of the Taylor Swift movie I bought tickets for . I still want to go with all 6 people, but I dont have a way of switching (getting refund for the original date). Someone please call me immediately. 646-710-****! Ive been a stubs customer for more than 12 years and this is how Im treated !

AMC app error

There's no way to contact a person in customer service. No one ever picks up the phone in the theater no matter time of the day... issue not resolved

Bad experience issue with employee

I was verbally harassed by an employee about bringing a water bottle into the theater. Instead of politely asking me to walk the bottle back out to my car, this male employee chose to yell at me. I offered to pour out the contents if that was the main issue, but that did not suffice. Then when I was completely agitated by the situation, he turned and yelled at my friend to tell me to calm down. He even threatened to kick us out of the theater. I did leave to go put my bottle in my car and I returned in a calm manner. My friend tried to speak to a senior manager calmly about how we did not appreciate this employees tone and the situation. However, this employee was standing nearby and yelled at us again for causing a scene and threatening to kick us out. We had to walk away. We emailed customer service while our movie was starting, but we wouldve liked to speak to someone directly. I couldnt get through on any phone numbers so hopefully someone emails back. Needless to say, we will not be going to any movies at Tysons Corner in VA for the foreseeable future due to this employees actions.

I was charged by AMC online plan but Im using AMC Stubs Insider which is free. I dont know why I got charged for $104.30. Is it a mischarge?

Can not get a human to help.

Credit card has been denied due to going out of date. Cant delete primary card, cant add a new card, cant get a human to speak to with the different numbers offered, no response to texts and emails. Cant even verify my complaint with yall.

Worst service in the world at AMC 14 in Rockford Il. Did mobile order did not receive food items and due to this we were late to watching the movie. Refund requested

Conditions in ladies bathroom

I have recently attended two of your theatres with a month of each other. I have writing to complain about the lack of cleaniness in both of of these theatres. the first was the AMC in Cherry Hill,NJ. the trash cans were not empties, stalls had not been flushed, no toilet paper. The second was the AMC in Deptford, NJ. It was opening day for both Barbie & Oppenheimer, at the end of Oppenheimer which lasted well over 3 hrs, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. No paper towels, trash overflowing, several stalls had no toilet tissues, the counter where you washed your hands was overflowing with water. To be honest this occurs frequently in AMC theatres, so much that in the past while i tolerated this situation, last night was the end. There were 5 people behind the candy counter with no one to wait one. May i suggest your try the policy of other businesses where someone is assigned bathroom duty on a regular schedule and sign off on the sheet the time the bathroom was cleaned. I understand that a lot of businesses lack staff to fulfill all the necessary positions, but when you have 5 people with nothing or no one to wait on it would seem to me that someone should be re stocking & removing trash from the ladies room. At this point it would take a very special reason and movie for me to return to AMC when i can go to Regal or Cinemark Sally Davis

Speak to a manager

My girlfriend and I went to the movies Tuesday evening. We had ordered our tickets and our food the day before using the AMC app. We were a bit hesitant to do use it the second time around, as the first time we tried to dine in and deliver feature, our food was late, cold, and one of our items was out of stock for the day, but we decided why not. Our movie started at 6:10, we requested for our food to be delivered at 6 pm. My girlfriend and I got there 15 minutes before that time, we ordered a drink in the concession stand, we confirmed with the cashier that all of our items were in stock and we would be expecting our food delivery to occur. 6o clock rolls around, and we didnt receive anything, although I did receive a text saying our food was going to be delivered at our requested time. At 6:20, my girlfriend decides shes going to ask whats going on, as its been 20 minutes without our food. Mind you, there was a crew member around trying to fix a chair, and when we asked about our food, he said he was only dealing with the chair issue. She came back, and said the kitchen crew didnt receive an order, but theyll see what they can do to accommodate her. At 6:30 pm, I went to the concession stand and asked to speak with a manager. This gentleman presented himself as the manager, and I asked him why it was taking so long for our food to get delivered, we had ordered it a day in advance, we confirmed that all items ordered were available with the cashier, we had been waiting for half an hour for our items. He then told me that ordering on the app was useless, as the kitchen doesnt receive those orders and they had no control over that. He then told me *** see what he could to get me my food. Eventually our food was delivered, with the wrong specifications, and once again, cold as *** My biggest take away from this is why do they have order ahead feature on the app if it doesnt work properly? Why have that feature where we can detail what we want, if theyre just going to ignore it and place what they want on the plate? And most importantly, why do you offer ordering ahead if the food is going to come out cold? Nothing about this food service was satisfactory. Nothing about the way the kitchen handled it was satisfactory. Do better

Hey refund for wrong theater and theater OK here's your phone number

We ordered and paid for movie tickets this afternoon. We arrived at the theater 15 minutes before showtime and they couldn't locate our tickets. Turns out, we had driven to the wrong theater. We tried to call AMC Stony Brook to cancel our tickets and the automated response said no one was there to answer calls. I will never order tickets for AMC theaters again.

Refund

Still have not heard a response back about my refund request and very difficult to get help! My order never came on time, I left the theater to check after speaking to three different staff members, and two managers. Missed parts of the movie. Food came late but salads were soggy and warm, food was over cooked. Drinks were missing. Had to get up again after asking twice for our drinks. Drinks and food came 10 minutes before movie ending. Managers didnt refund the orders like they said they would. Still would like a refund for food and movie.

Refund terrible experience

Orange park AMC gave me the wrong tickets the show time was incorrect and I missed half the movie and had to wait an hour for a small theater and on top of that they was rude I Also spent 65.00 for the Barbie toys and it not showing up in my AMC stubs

Audio Description Issues

To AMC Corporate Office 07/11/2023 After reaching out via email to Rockaway AMC 16 in Rockaway, NJ with this email and my concerns, I have not heard back from them neither through email response or by phone. I did attend another AMC theater Headquarters Plaza in Morristown, and again I experienced the same issue. Im hoping that by reaching out to the corporate office, someone will get back to me and ensure that audio descriptive issues be addressed and issues be taken seriously. Here is the original letter that I sent to AMC 16 in Rockaway. My name is Adam. I have been visually impaired since birth with optic nerve hypoplasia. I am a 24 year old male. The only way for me to experience movies is with audio descriptives, however, I have gone to AMC Rockaway 16 for the past 6 years and the devices have not worked on the first try or at all during each visit. Sometimes, I have had to go out to get it fixed 2 to 4 times before it actually works. I'm sure you can understand my frustration as it is already difficult for me to navigate my way around the theater with my visual impairment. When this happens I miss the entire beginning of the movie which sets the plot. My experience with this is immense frustration and some anger that the devices do not work. I would like to give a suggestion. Each individual seater should be allowed to update their fidelio devices when needed. I've been told by AMC workers that the devices are not updated because the "higher ups" do not provide the funding or ability to do this for each device in the theater. Also, when I go to customer service, the workers at the counter can not set up the device or fix any issues, so I have to wait for a manager for assistance. On one occasion upon leaving the theater I was in tears due to the fact that my experience was so gut wrenching that I felt extremely defeated and failed by this system that is supposed to enhance my experience and allow me to immerse myself in the film. Quite frankly I feel as though I will never return to Rockaway AMC 16 due to the fact that all of my previous experiences there have been appalling. The worst part about this is that I do not drive or have transportation to other theaters out of my remote area. I wish I was able to return to this theater with confidence in knowing that the devices are updated, ready to use and function properly when I receive it. Is there any way that you can assure me that if I were to return to the theater the devices would be fully updated and functioning properly so that I can have an enjoyable and immersive experience. Added Points to AMC VIP Stubs Card

Hello, My name is Derrick Leblanc. I have been an AMC Stubs member since 1992. I have never had a complaint or trouble with anything. But, on June 2, 2023. I went to see a movie. I stopped at the concessions stand and purchased something to eat.my total cam to $17.07. After paying I said to the cashier, "I need to swipe my Stubs Card. She then tells me. Oh, I forgot to tell you, the system doesn't work. I then asked, "So how can I redeem my points?" She then shrugged her shoulders and "I don't know." Since my movie was about to start soon. I said, "Well, I'll just call customer service and get it straightened out". But to my surprise you all are totally automated (big disappointment). I'm old-school and rather a live person to speak with. But none the less, I just need to know if these points will be added to my account? I have the receipt still and can provide it for proof of purchase if needed. I do hope this can be resolved. Thank for your attention to this matter. Derrick Leblanc

Food/Allergens

AMC advertises their popcorn is vegan. The Peoria Il AMC puts season that contains salt and cheese of some sort according to the workerafter purchasing the popcorn. They would not make fresh because they would have to dump everything out!!! Now I have popcorn I cant eat. So pissed! Everyone cant have salt/butter/cheesif theres seasoning on the popcorn it should be posted or mentioned at time of purchase!!! Very disappointedthis messed up my movie experience and the service for staff was awful!
