App login mysteriously stopped working
I have had trouble w/the AMC+ app from jump. EVERYTIME I open the AMC+ app, I'm prompted to "become a subscriber". I have been a "subscriber" for several years now. Then I find where I can sign in &/or reset password. It NEVER recognizes my email &/or password. And when I hit "reset password"... I NEVER received the friggin email. I have been paying nearly $10/month for a service I can't even use!! You cannot call to "SPEAK" to a customer service rep. Or online chat! The only way is to send an email??? WTFH!! I am attaching the email I just sent them. Let's see if they do anything to resolve/rectify the matter!! Blessings to ALL!! Below is the email I sent to the AMC Entertainment Customer Service email just before writing this review!! Please help me. Keep in mind that when I say "EVERYTIME"... I mean LITERALLY... EVERYTIME!!! Everytime I open my AMC+ app it's prompting me to subscribe. So I go to my Amazon acct/subscriptions to check if the monthly fee was taken for AMC+. And EVERYTIME... it has been. So please tell me why I cannot sign in to AMC+ or it turns out even receive a "Password Reset" email. My name is: Xxxx Attached is a screenshot of the first 3 dates of current pay history. You'll note that it's not showing a July payment. However, I'm also attaching a screenshot which shows 2 payments to Amazon for $9.73 each. One is for STARZ & the other is for AMC+. Would someone please let me know why I have so much trouble with watching AMC+. I mean subscription prices are ridiculous. So when I pay almost $10/month for a service that I VERY SELDOM ACTUALLY am able to watch... It is so very AGGRAVATING, IRRITATING & just down right RUDE... I am about to my breaking point. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE WILL SOMEONE HELP ME SO I DO NOT HAVE TO CONTINUE TO BASH MY HEAD AGAINST THE PERVERBIAL WALL THAT IS AMC+!! Every time I want to sign in through the AMC+ App on my TV I am ALWAYS having trouble signing in. Instead of getting the sign in page, I am getting Get started page. I have a current account with AMC+. Again and again my problem only gets solve temporary. I want a permanent solution. AMC use to be good now it sucks! I WANT THIS FIX!!!

My AMC plus was working this morning well and this late afternoon poor viewing. I was watching my program and suddenly it stopped. I tried to get back in and now I cant even log in. Ive been having trouble with this for the last week.

$8.00 of My AMC rewards will expire 7/8 .We Went to AMC theater 6/29.
We went to theater 6/29. I did not realize my rewards have an expiration date . Had I known I would have used the almost $8.00 which is due to expire 7/8. I called theater . Representative stated they could not help us and suggested I reach out to your Customer Service team

Charge my account after I canceled
