Want update on my package
I called Amazon to get package update information on a package that was sent via Amazon logistics. The Amazon guy switched me over to Amazon logistics I was on hold for about 20 minutes. He gets back to me and says they cant give me any information about the tracking number. I asked the Amazon guy why not? He said they didnt say. I looked up this pissed consumer.com website. I called the number given for Amazon Logistics. Nobodys answering because the mailbox is full. This is not cool.

To complain about a delivery driver who decided to stop delivering packages before 6 pm and 5 stops from my house. I ordered merchandise for same day delivery and the driver bailed for no reason. Amazon customer service doesnt know why this happened. I want the driver fired.

Poor Delivery
For the second time, we had an Amazon package delivered in our front yard, instead of on our porch! For some reason you have a delivery person that does not deliver to the porch! Please replace this delivery person.

Dangerous driver-AZNG HV230**** i have video
one of your drivers (tractor trailer) was very inconsiderate regarding making a right turn. he came up from behind me, proceeded to go to my left to cut me off from making a right turn on rte 27 where there was road work being done. This occured in the early afternoon before he was entering the premises.

With held payments
My payments has been illegally with held for 3 months and I'm trying to resolve this without suing your company. I keep receiving emails from erelay@***.com, saying that a ticket was created and it would take 5-7 business days. The 1st tkt. email was in May and the 2nd one was in June, I am out if patience. We are owed almost $3800. and because of this lack of following protocol with updating our companies banking info. we have incurred damages. We are not only requesting our original payments in the amount $3800 we are requesting a fee schedule for missed payments for 3 months in a total of $3000.00. Please be advised that, if this email is ignored, I will be reaching out to news channels and all that will listen regarding this issue. In my investigation I found that Angelo Maxwell is the owner of this company and Andy Jassy is the CEO, I have not reached out to them as of yet, but I prepared to follow through if we can not get a simple resolve to our issue. Im a professional semi truck driver looked over to see a rahul semi truck driver hauling your trailer HV220* *** on 7/13/2023 playing on his phone while driving, man didnt even realize his blinker was on for almost 30 miles, we are professionals that should not be tolerated and its likely to get someone killed hauling your goods.

Packages not being delivered to customers
Packages are not being delivered to customers apartments. They are being left in an unattended mailbox area. My package was not there though. There were at least a dozen other packages there. I got the same delivery notice today, and that package was not there either. The packages there, were from Yesterdays Delivery. There were NO PACKAGES from todays supposed Delivery!!

Driver was very rude
I had no idea what the woman was doing in my driveway. She didnt have any thing on that indicated who she was. When I pulled up I asked her if I could help her. She was so rude and nasty. Her customer service skills are lacking and she has a terrible attitude

Okay since your mailbox is full and I cannot talk to anyone. I will try to explain this. I live in Lakeville Minnesota. Several months ago your Amazon driver turned around in my very expensive concrete driveway. I was able to talk to him and he said yeah I understand. Today possibly a different driver started doing this again. Turned around in my very expensive concrete driveway. The Amazon truck van is number 21. Today is Monday May 22nd incident approximately 7:30 p.m.Live in Farmington Minnesota I'm sure Amazon has a policy about turning around in driveways. I do not use Amazon. I do not order anything ever from Amazon. There's no reason why he would even be on my driveway. This is a positive message. Please pass it on to the drivers in this area. I have had more than one incident with your Amazon drivers turning around. Please stop
