Innovation snake

I purchased your innovation snake. I received it but it does not work. I charge the snake and I even bought new batteries for the remote. I would like a replacement or a refund. I am so disappointed because I bought other items from you before. Looking forward to your response. Sandy Canell

They refunded the money that I spent on the toy. They also sent me a coupon which, of course, I won't be using.

Much against the popular vote I normally avoid Ma &;;;;;;;;; Pa/small companies on line and stick with the well known sites. Why? Because I've never had good luck with the small companies. I tend to get screwed over. I'm writing this to warn you of this scamming company. I decided to take a chance and buy a cat toy from Amazingly Cats. It was kinda pricey but I figured if it does what was advertised, it was worth it. When it came I had some medical tests to take and it took me 4 days to get to it. I opened the box and read the instructions I figured it was easy. I put it together, put 3 AA batteries in and pressed the on switch - nothing. I replaced the batteries with 3 different ones and the same happened. I changed the batteries again - same thing. I e-mailed support at Amazingly Cats and stated the above. The response was "Heads up. You didn't order it from us." I realized right then that they are going to screw me over. I dug out the receipt, e-mailed it to them stating "Heads up. You're wrong." The next mail stated "I'm sorry you didn't get the instructions. Here is a video to watch." I never said I didn't have the instructions. Yep, I'm being scammed. I then explained to this Sheena person again what happened. She wrote back stating since I didn't contact them within 2 days of receiving the toy, they can't help me and I'm stuck with the defective toy. She did say she will give me $10 credit for anything else I was going to buy - Really? Did they really think I was going to buy more from them? - talk about cat-fishing (excuse the pun). I wonder if they are located in Nigeria? Now this is the prize example of being scammed. Send out defective toys knowing that 90% of the people won't be putting it together in 2 days and then keep the money. I've really learned my lesson this time. I'm sticking with Amazon, Petsmart, and Chewy. Buyer beware - stay away from Amazingly

Resolved: Order lost, no customer service at all

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. After I had had my credit card company reverse the charges the item eventually arrived after 5 1/2 weeks in transit.

I told the company that I would pay for the item but never heard from them again. Because of the lack of contact I probably will not order directly from them again..

The company can't be a complete scam because the first item I ordered a few months ago did arrive. I liked it and wanted to order another, which I did on February 4. The tracking shows it stuck at DHL in Texas since February 20, which is now 15 days. DHL has no idea where it is. Customer service said they'd give me a refund after 60 days---seriously? I actually really wanted that cat bowl for my elder cat, but now I will never receive it. Their phone # goes to a third party that tells you to email them. They reply eventually with rote responses, but no action to help is taken. They don't reply on Facebook Messenger either. No one is helpful. They obviously don't care about their customers at all.

I got a message months ago. Telling me to be patient. How long before something is resolved ? They had plenty of time to accept my payment.

Did not receive my puchase

I ordered merchandise on 8-19-2020 and have not received my order BUT THEYHAVE MYMONEY, when I called the phone number provided the lady very rudely told me she could not help me Ihad to go on email, ( my email is not working right) but she told me they could not call me because of the virus, I am so tired of people that say they cannot use the phone because of the virus, that is ridiculous, they can answer the phone, but cannot make a call ??????, DONOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE, YOU WILL JUST LOOSE YOUR MONEY

Do not buy from Amazingly Cat

I received the jumping fish 4 weeks from purchase date. The shipping bag was damaged and the charging cable would not connect to the fish. The power cable parts were not compatible. I sent pictures and video of problem to customer service within two days of receiving this item. They told me they could not help despite advertising 100% guaranteed satisfaction and a 30 day return policy. This company is in China, not CO, according to shipping label.

NOT A LEGIT COMPANY

Received a broken product in mail, sent the picture they required. They said I didn't have to return the product, but they would refund me 50% ..I have NOT received to this day. These products are from CHINA..SHOULD we expect any less?? Why don't they say that? OUT over $80.00

Fraud

This company is criminal. I placed an order on 4/12/2020, and on 4/14/2020 I received an email claiming the item was shipped. Now, some 60+ days and over 15 emails exchanges later, the item still has not arrived; the only responses I keep getting from their so-called customer service are all just the same caned responses: (e.g., allow 8--10 business days for your item to arrive, it's still in transit, etc). It is now abundantly clear this place is a fraud, and sold items they did not actually have available to sell; much like Ponzi schemes and other similar RICO violations. I am so incredibly disheartened and I've never been lied to so many times over by a purported customer service rep. And they cannot blame the COVID19 pandemic because I have literally ordered over 150 items during the COVID 19 pandemic and NOTHING was delayed to this extent. And, in fact, anything that was even moderately delayed was replaced by the sellers. In addition to the aforementioned canned responses, this company initially kept saying "don't worry" if the item is not received within 45 days after the ship date, then there is an "automatic refund." The purported "tracking information" also indicated the item shipped from a location less than 50 miles from the destination address. Yet, for some reason, 8 weeks isn't enough time for it to be delivered????? This company NEVER offered to send a replacement item, this company has YET to apply the refund I was promised would have been "automatic" over 20 days ago. And now, just yesterday (JUNE 10) I was told "don't worry" there is an automatic refund after 60 days!!!??? Ummmm I'm sorry, what? first it was 45 days, now it's 60? This is not coming from China. Frankly, I doubt it is coming from anywhere. I've been duped.... it is so disheartening and we should ALL bring a class action claim for Fraud and/or contact US Attorney's office to ask that charges be brought against this sham of a company under the RICO statute.

Really wished I had read the reviews on this website before ordering from Amazingly Cat company. It was one of the worst customer experiences I ever had. They sure have no problem being super friendly and no problem accepting payment. All downhill from there. It took nearly a month to receive the package, which, by the way was impossible to track (lots of error messages stating the shipper couldn't find my address). The over-sized fish shaped, cat kicker toy was suppose to contain fresh premium grade catnip + extra pouch. Instead, it had some sort of cheap synthetic fill with a few black/green flecks and fuzzy debris that resembles mold. It looked nothing like catnip nor did it have catnip's characteristic smell. Plus no extra package of catnip as advertised. I immediately deemed it unhealthy for my cat, and contacted customer service-always via e-mail since there is no telephone number by which to reach a live representative (hallmark of a scam)-to report my dissatisfaction, request a full refund, holding them to their written guarantee of a No Hassle Refund/Return/Exchange Policy. They asked for a photo of the product, which I provided, and then they ghosted me, after severalD attempts to contact them about processing a refund/return. I called my credit card company who granted a temporary credit and put in a claim. The dispute was settled in my favor. Not the end of the story: A few weeks later, I was notified by my credit card company that Amazingly Cat appealed the claim, overturned the decision and grabbed my money again!! The audacity of these crooks for a purchase under $30 is truly amazing! I reported them to my credit card company as a fraudulent business that doesn't adhere to their own policies, and I was credited once again. Thank you, Discover Card! In summary, this is a horrible company that sells poor quality merchandise from China, and appears to be a total scam. Buyers beware.

Scam- business based in China

I placed an order in March, 2020 based on ads seen on Facebook. My card was charged $68 and I never received any order. This company is based in China and after contacting customer service Kevin was able to give me some fake tracking info that is in pre shipment status. Ive contacted them multiple times and received no response. Beware. Do not order from them.
