Bad Service
They fixed my roof in November 2020, but now as almost 4 months, the roof is leaking and starting to come off again. Customer service is also bad because they made us wait a long time and a long time for them to call back.

We had our roof done, our attic insulation topped up and our front door replaced. From the first visit from the sales rep Jimmy you could tell this company was very professional. They were a bit higher priced than the other quotes we had but they could do all 3 services we wanted done which no other company can do.

MY ROOF LEAKS MORE AFTER THEY WERE DONE
AM were 2 months late in starting. did roof in the winter. rushed the job. didn't install the drip edge properly. the roof leaks more now than before AM did the work.!!!!

Customer service is horrible. Consultant was late to the appt and quoted me triple the price of everyone else. Was also asked if my husband would be at the appt which made me second guess what decade these people are working

Great experiance
2019 we had a roof, siding and insulation front bay window front door replacement done by AM Group of Companies. AKA AM Roofing. Nothing but great things to say. Great office support every question answered. Very happy with the end result of all the work done. Also used there 3 year no interest payments and that process was seamless as well. Some of these other reviews seem like they are talking about a different company. They took the time to explain everything showed me products for all their different divisions as the work we had done was not just a roof. We didn't feel pressured to sign the rep used a computer program to show us all the different siding types and window colours and there appearance on our house. The rep left us prices and we decided to go with them cause they were the most professional. Very happy we did.

Excellent Work
I live in Sarnia, Ontario and saw a flyer in the summer from AM Roofing. I needed my house sided and they offered no interest or payments for a year. After I set up a appointment (their rep) Kevin came and gave my husband and I a quote. Kevin was great to talk to and didn't pressure us in any way. The price was right so we decided to go ahead and get the work done, but not until spring. However, I changed my mind when the manager of AM ROOFING called me and offered a percentage off if they could do the work in January. So for a week the crew worked in very cold weather and Aubrey (there foreman) was excellent. He made sure my husband and I knew the times they would be here and if there were problems what might be the best course of action. I can't say enough good things about the work and workmanship that went into making my home look brand new. THANK GUYS!! I'm your #1 Fan.

Muskoka Division Less than Stellar
I wish I would have found these reviews prior to signing up with them. I am not wasting anymore time on this company by detailing all issues we had but to sum it up quickly of all the trades that worked on our Cottage they were by far the worse. Simply put, I would never use them again and would never recommend them to anyone.

Am roofing beware
I had sales consultant from am roofing that quoted me $13,200 for doing my roof the *** guy was trying to convince me to go thru the insurance, I asked for an estimate sheet and he said that he would not disclose it with me perhaps I had other 4 quotes from different companies and they quoted a lot less close to $7,500. Am roofing is money hungry don’t go with am roofing beware .

They tell lies about what they are going to do
I have a friend who used to work at AM Roofing, after getting a quote I contacted him about the quote and how I almost felt pressured to sign even though it was twice as much as my other three quotes. Lie number one is most of their crews are subtractors and not inhouse. Lie number two, all men go through a twe week training program. He worked there for almost 4 months and never even had working at heights training but did watch a video. Lie number 3, they are the only ones that Owens Corning makes the duration shingle for. Its a special product that only they have. All in all they are just a high pressure sales company who sale a dream that will not come true. Go with the local more experienced companies and save your hard earned money. But do your research and don't fall for smoke and mirrors. These guys are very good at just that.

guys where great full safety was used and i couldnt be more impressed with the quality of workmanship performed on my roof, these other complaints seem very out of place, not the type of company they are have used them on multiple projects highly recommend if you want a company that will have someone come out review the issues spend more time then anyone else coming up with a solution and making sure you understand every piece step by step, very very please be very aware that alot of times this is a great platfrom for employees that have been let go because of there inability to comply with company standards so they go on and bash a perfectly capable company such as this one, it the last review you can see that it was an installer due to his industry terms that the average customer would not know so be very careful of the reviews you trust some people are just angry with life! great job AM Roofing no complaints from me

Wow AM group of companies . We set an apt and Troy Spencer was are consultant .
We have a couple of properties one in Owen sound, and one in Muskoka. We had AM come, Troy really took the time to explain everything in full detail , With thermo images video he really explained things in easy to under stand terms which made it easier for us. We also did are window , are insulation and are roofs. It was a great experience, and would recommend Troy and AM roofing to anyone. They are orginized and also been in business for a very long time. We found them to be one of the only real proffessional roofing companies out there. They follow up, the ladies in office are great to deal with which I’m sure they have many people to deal with, They really have this down to a science.

Excellent Service and Project.
I had AM Roofing complete my roof and insulation during the winter because of issues with leaks and ice buildup. Their sales staff came out to quote the project, out of 3 companies they were the only ones that bothered to look in my attic. I liked that I was given all the information to make the right decision for my home. Their office then contacted me to confirm all the details and schedule our project. Everything ran smoothly, and they did everything as they said they would, from clean up, to scheduling and invoicing. I can't wait to see the savings in my heating bills. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

I had called a couple of roofing companies as I was having condensation coming in my bathroom vent. Jeff the production manager came out to investigate. Not only did he diagnose the problem but was able to fix it on the spot. Thanks AM very much appreciated Carmen

Surprisingly awesome service
Roof replacement is not a project you look for, but when you need to replace the roof, you just hope that the roofers you hire will do proper job. AM Roofing were amazing from day one. The inspector actually took time, went in the attic, used thermal camera all to make sure he will diagnose the issue properly. The office staff was responsive and polite. When the day of the job came, the roofing crew showed up early, the foremen introduced himself, the covered all my garden with tarps, and the entire day they were extra careful with my garden. After they finished, they cleaned up and even done a magnetic swipe. My roof looks great, and I am happy I chose AM Roofing for my roof replacement
