LARGE PRICE CHANGE with no notice VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE

meds for my dog was 153.00 per bottle i had ordered 2 bottles in late Feb. price should have been 306.00 checked my bank statement today and see that they charged my account 550.00 went up over 200.00 called then and asked whats up they said the price went up i then told then that my price was to stay at 153.00 per bottle till April 3 then the csr said " thats the price do i want it or not " i then asked why i was not told that the price went up he do i agree or not i told him no told him again i don't think its right he said do i want it or not VERY RUDE

Incompetent and uncaring pharmacy

I ordered an antibiotic for my dog on a Tuesday, expecting to receive it in less than week. The pharmacy claimed that it would ship as soon as my vet approved it, which happened on the same day. On Thursday I followed up online to see if my order had shipped, but it hadn't--so I called the pharmacy. Didn't realize they only work 9-5, so I left a message. Nobody returned the call, so I tried again on Saturday. Didn't realized they don't work weekends, so I left a firm message imploring them to contact me Monday AM. Nobody returned the call. When I reached a pharmacist on Monday afternoon, I was told that the medicine was out of stock and wouldn't ship until the end of the week. WHHHAAAT? Someone should have called me immediately to ask me if I could safely wait for what would turn out to be over 2 weeks for an antibiotic. This is medicine, people, not a toy or shampoo that can be delayed. I will never use them again, and I advised my vet let all the drs. at her large NYC animal hospital know about this. reached a pharmacist that informed me that they were out of stock for my medication, and that it would be shipped out at the end of the week. WHHHAAAT? Someone should have called me immediately to ask me if I could safely wait for what would turn out to be over 2 weeks for an antibiotic. Credit card alert

The day after I placed an order with AllVetMed, my credit card was hijacked and bogus charges made against it with two other on-line vendors. It's a card that is used infrequently and used only online. Coincidence? I talked to an AVM representative and they claimed it couldn't be related. I notice, however, that in giving them credit card information, it is not done with https - simply a MacAfee shield symbol that I guess one should believe. If you must use this vendor, think about going through PayPal. There are a lot of other choices out there, however. If you have a similar issue, please report it.

Fake tracking, never sent product and will not email back

This company has stole from me twice. Never answers emails or calls and gives fake tracking numbers. I ordered my dogs novox and received an email confirming the order and paid by paypal. They assured me it would ship out. 9 months later and I still don't have my order and they still have my money. This company is horrible. Stay far far far away. This is not a good company. I see everyone else has the same problems. I bet they do this to everyone. This company has stole from me twice. Never answers emails or calls and gives fake tracking numbers. Ordered 7/2 never received product. Emailed about fake tracking. Was told the product was in a shortage, but will be sent soon.Charged my card. It's 9/11 With no word, there phone # sounds disconnected. ***

Ordered early July 2014 - Revolution

I ordered early July 2014 Revolution for my two Bichons. They took my money immediately, July 7, 2014 and did not send the medication. I called and called and listened to their music until after 20 minutes they hung up on me. I decided to send an email. I didn't think they would really espond, but they did and they told me they were having trouble getting the Revolution. I then cancelled by email. They confirmed the cancellation after I had sent several emails and then they said the refund would take 48 to 72 hours, that was on July 22, 2012. I have sent several emails asking for the refund, as there has been no credit issued to my debit card. There has been no response to my emails. I guess I will start filing complaints with every government agency I can find, Federal, State and City, as well as the BBB. This company should have their license revoked, but please help me get my $73.92 first.

This company is a sham DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET

I ordered vetsulin for my elderly dog. They took my money and did not send the medication. I called and called and listened to their music until after 20 minutes they hung up on me. I also opened a claim with paypal and contacted the Florida department of health - they are responsible for pharmacies - I decided to send an email - I didn't think they would respond. They did - they told me they were having trouble getting the meds - I then cancelled via email- they confirmed the cancellation and then they said the refund would take 48 to 72 hours - a week later I emailed again - they said it would take 48 hours - I wrote back and said that was unacceptable. I emailed again two days later - and told them that I was going to escalate the matter with paypal and I had filed a complaint with the Florida Department of Health. They were not impressed. I escalated the matter with paypal and received a refund the next day. This company should have their license revoked.

Failed to Ship Purchase

I recently ordered Revolution for Dogs from Allvetmed and was provided with a shipping number. However, I was unable to pull up any information regarding the shipment. I ended up contacting UPS and they said it was a valid tracking number but they can not pull any info on it either because it probably has not shipped yet. Doesn't make any sense to me. I have sent about five emails now and left about 3 voice mails with zero return correspondence. I have tried pressing every prompt on their automated system and still nobody picks up, not even the vet line. Only way I was able to talk to anyone was through there chat system. Supposedly the person's name was Paul who quickly disconnects when confronted with issues. I have since filled a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and a dispute through my credit card company. I will further file complaints through the BBB and the Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services. The FTC did mention if they receive enough complaints they can open an investigation. Unfortunately, I see so many complaints online regarding this company and so far my complaint has been only the second filed with the FTC.

No order, no refund.

I have ordered Revolution for cats, but my vet denied to renew my prescription, saying she must see my cat again. It is ok, i have take my cat to vet office for checkup. But i am not rich person and need money for that, so i have canceled an order in Allvetmed. They promised me 24-48 hours refund. Nothing like that happened. I waited 5 days and tried to call them. Nobody answered. I've tried online chat with their representative Paul. He said i need to wait another 5 days, because they have little money issue! So, i understand, they already have spent my money and are so broke, so they can't even send me my $73.98 back. Because i need my money now to pay for vet visit and very need this Revolution soon, because moskito season is in full blow - i tried to negotiate faster refund, but their representative cut off our chat, when was not comfortable for him! I paid them with PayPal, i have to check, if they can help me. Terrible, unreliable company. Stay away.

YOUR BELOVED PET IS NOT SAFE IN THIS COMPANY'S HANDS!!!!

COMPANY SENT ME EXPIRED PET MEDS. WHEN I CALLED TO OBTAIN REPLACEMENT THEY DENIED THAT THIS COULD HAPPEN AS THOUGH I WAS LYING. NEEDED TO ADMINISTER MEDS BY SPECIFIC DATE BUT THEY WOULD NOT REPLACE UNTIL THEY RECEIVED RETURN OF EXPIRED PRODUCT. SENT BACK PRODUCT WHICH THEY CLAIM THEY NEVER RECEIVED. HAVING TO RESOLVE GETTING MONEY BACK THROUGH CREDIT CARD COMPANY BECAUSE THE MANAGER ANGELA IS WORTHLESS AND THE OWNER IS WORSE--WILL NOT EVEN COME TO THE PHONE OR RETURN CALLS. THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE. KEEP YOUR PET SAFE AND WELL BY SPENDING MORE AT A REPUTABLE COMPANY THAT CARES. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. SAVING A FEW DOLLARS IS NOT WORTH THREATENING THE HEALTH OF YOUR BELOVED PET, NOR SHOULD YOU HAVE TO LOSE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME AND EXPERIENCE THE ONGOING FURY ASSOCIATED WITH A NON-RESPONSIVE BUSINESS OWNER. Horrible Customer Service- Not shipping repeatedly as promised!

I think these "good" reviews are all bogus and they paid some company to try to improve their online reputation- this place is a scam company and I dont think they stock a darned item! First time ordering and a month to get my item after repeated promises of "next day" shipping---- I thought was a fluke. Due to the hassle to get prescription moved, I thought it certainly could not be this much problem second time----wrong. I have dog with terminal cancer and another with kidney failure. These meds are very important- not just flea treatment or vitamins! I have been lied to so many times---- this last friday going into 3 day holiday and still no med I demanded a supervisor. Finally they said they would ship yet that day and guarantee delivery next day. That was all a lie and made up just to get me off the phone! Today 5/27 I call in and gee, no record of any of my past calls and nothing about this "shipping" arrangement that they now tell me they would have never agreed to. Now it makes me wonder if the drugs are even legitimate!

AllVetMed - Order Cancellation Review from Havre, Montana

I placed an order over 7 weeks ago. My credit card was charged immediately. After waiting a month I told them to cancel the order. My pets are to important to me to wait for what ever game they are playing. The told me my order had just shipped and they then emailed me a false tracking number. They are not responding to my emails. I will keep trying to reach them by telephone. Do not order from this company. Their deals are not even that good. Their are plenty of good companies out there that want your business and will treat you fairly. This is NOT one of them.

NEVER RECEIVED ORDER

ORDERED FROM ALLVETMED.COM ON 1-18-2014, RECEIVED AN EMAIL ON 1-28-2014, THAT MY ORDER WOULD SHIP OUT IN 24-48 HOURS, IT IS NOW 2-13-2014, STILL NO ORDER, ACCOUNT WAS DEBITED ON 1-28-2014, I HAVE TRIED NUMEROUS TIMES TO EMAIL AND CALL WITH NO RESPONSE.... i FINALLY GOT THROUGH TO SOMEONE TODAY, WHO SPOKE VERY LITTLE ENGLISH, SHE CHECKED ON MY ORDER AND SAID "WE ARE WAITING ON MEDICINE" I SAID NEVER MIND JUST CREDIT MY ACCOUNT, SHE HUNG UP ON ME!......AFTER GOING TO THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE AND POSTING A COMMENT, I RECEIVED A NASTY COMMENT BACK.... WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

"Pills too Big"

I have used Arthramine for years for my male lab and had no problems. When I ordered this product, it was about 3 times as big as the Arthramine of my lab, so I have to break it into 4 pieces and put it in cheese to get him to take it. My lab gobbles down everything, but he turns his head to this pill everytime. Our German Shepherd is 10 years old and is starting to have hip issues. I have used more expensive joint medication in the past. The product showed about 1/2 the effectiveness as other medicine.

Very efficient for low cost pet health care

I do not have lots of money to spend on my pet. I have 1 dog because my wife love pets..but his living cost is too costly. His med, food products, vaccines and his accessorize are wanting more money..One day I was surfing net and find Allvetmed. I go through the website. I find product price is very much affordable. I have purchased some products also.They are very quick. So for me it is very helpful and cost effective website. My wife is also happy to see that I'm caring our pet so much. :) .I would like to recommend this website to all people who are not able to spend lot of money on their pet..

Failed to notified non shipment of auto shipped prescription

I order some TEMARIL-P for my dog for her reoccurring allergies. The initial prescription took much later than other pharmacies but I figured maybe it was confusion with the Vet's order. The order was fine for the 1st 2 shipments but when it came to the 3rd auto shipment, I got an email confirmation of the order but nothing came. Since it was mailed via standard mail, I waited for 2 weeks but nothing came. I finally called them and they said the medicine was on back order and it was supposed to come in 2 days to their warehouse!! I was very upset- how can a company not notify the customer about this? This is medicine! ALLVETMED lack standard customer service. I was very upset and ask the customer service rep to expedite my order as soon as the meds come in. She was dumb enough to ask me if I want to pay for the rush order. I told her, it totally their fault and they need to do whatever needed to get the order to me before Thanksgiving as we are going on vacation! I would have done something if I knew the meds were backordered. 2 days later, I called just to make sure that the shipment is sent. When I called, they told me again it was back-ordered and will be available the following week. Again, NO ONE notified me! How is this acceptable? The dog was out on the last pill, Thanksgiving was next week and we were able to leave the country. Losing complete trust with them, I transferred the prescription to another well known pharmacy. AllVetMed was non responsive to the pharmacy's request, delaying the order processing for 2 days. If I had not transferred the prescription. I don't know if I would ever get my meds. This is resulted in higher cost for my dog's meds because I had to pay expedited shipping with the other pharmacy. The customer service with the other company compared to ALLVETMED is like day and night. AllVetMed was not at all helpful and the customer representative have no clue how to handle this. How can they be in the medicine business when there is lack of customer care of concern about getting the medicines to customers? They should be ashamed of themselves. Ironically, they have a 100% customer guarantee on their website. AllVETMED- I like to know how you are going to appease this situation?
