Waiting over 3 hours

I have been waiting for over 3 hours for a tow. The first time I called to see why they had found out about who was towing me I was told they had found 6 different providers but the no ones they had already contacted didn't have the equipment to tow me which would be a regular tow truck. The second time I called I was told they were still looking for a provider and they would call me in 10-15 mins but it was closer to half hour to 45 mins. When they called back they said none of the providers had the equipment to tow my car. I find it hard to believe that in 3 hours not one of the providers they called had equipment to move my vehicle or wouldn't get my been information to come to me when they finished the job they were doing and not only that every provider I heard him say is in SC but I'm in NC which if they would have just called once of the 24 hr companies in my actual area then I could have already been towed. This is ridiculous ridiculous and no where near emergency roadside assistance. Not only that I'm a single female that was by myself except for my puppy that was extremely sleepy last night but anything could have happened especially it being dark and middle of the night. I got motor club for a reason and I don't always have the money for a tow out on of pocket when I need it right then that's why I purchased the roadside assistance plan. Something needs to be done about this situation because over 3 hours cause no provider has the equipment to tow me is *** They should have kept calling and calling ppl actually in my area about the tow and getting someone out to me in a timely matter. I'm very disappointed in this motor club cause I'm still waiting almost 4 hours later the providers the companies

Lack of response from several persons on phone representing Motor club

Kept getting phone call run-around. Sent same invoice for $195.00 tow bill incurred three time and called at least 8 times with no luck. Still trying as of 8-27-21

Need to talk to a person

I could not speak to a real person. Your notification said will go to main terminal. I attempted to call but couldnt get anyone. My agent at Allstate called. Ive been texting the driver. Told him where &; he still went to the terminal. Hes trying to find me now. > Very frustrating that the only way to communicate is online.

Need a tow

The driver got there in time loaded car and got to destroying decent time. The call to the insurance company was answered quickly information was transferred efficiently and I just loved it

Dissastisfactiom

Had a blowout in remote area of NC. Called 800 roadside asst from my old (not very smart) cellphone. No live person answered, and no help, unless I were to install and use the allstate app, which I could not access on my phone. Totally worthless to me during this one scary time when I needed help. To add insult to injury when I tried to cancel the membership, it took over 30 minutes of being bounced from recordings, to unhelpful people before I finally got a live person. I have had my car insurance with them for over 50 years, so this is disappointing.

Waiting to receive Motor Club ID Cards

It's been over 3 weeks, and I have not heard back about My Membership with the Allstate Motor Club, but my Bank Account was already charged immedietly

Sold car long time ago

Complaint was handled swiftly and correctly. My mother is 97 years ago and she sold her car several months ago. Im sure she didnt think or realize she had towing service through Allstate. She received a bill for this service and hasnt had a car or driven in several months. I call in and talked to your rep. She realized the situation and canceled the bill and closed her account. Thank you so much. Ray

Terrible company

My tire popped on the road. I called and scheduled service. I waited for 45 minutes and called back to find out it was cancelled without my knowledge. Then I waited for another 25 minutes to schedule another toll truck that they told me would take another hour. During the time I was waiting, people stopped and helped me change my tire. Horrible system and service. Thank you but no thank you. Never call me back

There was no attempt to clear up the problem. I was very surprised . I've been a member for quite a few years and I was hoping for a better result. Disappointed to say the least.

According to my records I paid the current bill on 1/20/21. It was paid by Visa credit card. My membership number is 32249****. Please let me know what the status is via email.

Cancel allstate motor club and refund

I have 2 other plans I just want to cancel this plan membership number 37340****. It took a long on the computer and calling to find out really who contact. Most numbers I called were not answering due to the power outages in Texas. When I did get the eight connection it did not take long to get an answer

Talk about the bill

YES I'M STILL TRYING TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE ABOUT MY MONEY I WERE CHARGES VERY DISAPPOINTED I don't know what the word till I use at least a hundred symbol symbol to what and where it is dumb I just want to be somebody to call me and tell me about my money..

Cancellation

Charged for unwanted motor club membership, dont even have Allstate insurance policy now! Have roadside assistance through USSA now, and didnt authorize payment!! That charge needs reversed ASAP! Not happy

Poor Starting Experience

Signed up and paid for Allstate Motor Club. App doesn't work and then put in a request online for trip planning. It said 5 business days. Now I get an email 3 days later indicating 14 business days. I'll already have taken the trip. Not impressed. Will most likely cancel this service and go back to AAA.
