This is the SECOND incident where the SAME security officer has followed me around the store, making me feel violated. NEVER in my life have I taken anything, and I want an answer as to why this continues to go on after I have complained to the store manager twice now??? I have tried to call the main office and not gotten an answer just voicemail I am so offended!!

Wrongful fired
Thomas.e burns the supervisor for Greenville NC fired me wrongfully without any prior write ups or warnings. They was a harrasment case at the courthouse I was working at in Greenville for allied universal and I wanted to be remove from that site and was told I couldn't even after I explain that I didn't feel comfortable working after the incident and was terminated I want to dispute this and have the honor of working for allied again at a new location i still have my security license as well. I applied to Allied universal for a position they told me to wait by the phone that I had an interview.So I waited for over an hour my interview was for 3:30 this past Monday not only did they not call when I tried to call them all I got was a hassle and the run around.That is not good business.I already work for your company and I am ashamed to say by I do.

I Am Being Bullied And Harassed By My Site Supervisor
Jason Zaremba and deb. They are constantly bullying me every since I reported my first issue to J.P. Jason Follows me through my post almost everyday trying to stake me out to write me up for something and as soon as he sees me doing anything out of the ordinary. Emotional I am tired and I feel like they are racially discriminating against me and my fellow African American officers while violating our rights as workers. They document us (African Americans) for any and everything we do while other officers of a different nationality are free to do whatever. Deb only terminates black African American officers and for me that is a huge concern and supports towards my reason for feeling like I am being racially discriminated against. I dont come to work to be bullied and I wont tolerate being bullied at all. I plan to start a lawsuit against them soon for racial discrimination, violating my rights to feel safe at work, and also for emotional distress.

I am a Security leader in the field and would NEVER stand for an officer on my team to behave the way he did with me today.!
As I entered the Douglas County Court Building, an officer with the name tag BENDICOTT was extremely unprofessional and rude in an attempt to intimidate and control me, the customer! I was approaching the magnetron and this employee of Allied U. starting barking orders at me. My first response was to tell him to simmer down, which I did. He continued to bark orders at me as if I was a criminal. He clearly profiled me in my casual attire and did not expect me to be a security leader in the same profession. Furthermore, he did not use any type of salutation or greeting, he jumped instantly into ordering me around. I again, told him to stop telling me what to do. He didn't back down and was RUDE! I attempted to explain he was being rude, and his fellow associate defended his behavior. As I walked into the building all 3 officers were laughing and joking about the situation as I am sure the cameras will verify. I do not find this behavior appropriate, and it was insulting to me the patron of the courthouse. I will EXPECT a full apology for his lack of professionalism and expect you retrain him in customer service 101! Again, I am a security DIRECTOR, and I would never allow this behavior from a line officer. BENDICOTT was attempting to assert his authority on an average person, not knowing my stature in the security field. His behavior is terminable in my company, and I suggest you seriously consider his ability to work with the public! I do expect a response from the leadership, if not the owners of Allied!
