Them and DISH Network are the worst
I moved from Georgia to Florida due to my dad passing in 2013, and I called Dish to see if I could bundle their services were I was moving and they could not. They wanted $117 for me to cancel and get service with someone else, which I felt was not fair, so I talked to someone in their 'President's' office, and they cleared the charges. After moving a year later, I got a collections bill from Allied, who already by they way, filed with Experian I was late in collections. I had no idea of this until I received their letter, and decided just to go ahead and pay the $117. Little did I know, even though I paid the bill, Allied had already filed against my credit, only with Experian though, and thank God. Allied sucks and when I found out what they did to me, I let them have it like they do to people they try to collect on over the phone. They are the *** of the earth as far as I'm concerned. I have 2 more years of this until it's off my credit report with Experian. It brings me to 707 while the other two are over 800! Yes, I'm pissed at DISH and Allied both!!!

Tired of the constant calls
This number calls my phone everyday several times a day. No message left ever. Texted them and asked them to Stop calling.

This company has serious customer service issues. The representative was very rude. The worst part is that his communication was very poor SO IT WAS HARD TO UNDERSTAND HIM AND HE COULD NOT UNDERSTAND ME.

7 days a week calls non stop
It is a Sunday morning at 11:58 am. They just called me for the FIFTH time today! Next time they’re getting an air horn right into the speaker! Let’s see if they call again. I will be reporting them on Monday.

Absolutely garbage
These people from allied interstate have been harassing me from early in the morning till night. I spoke with them and told them I could set up a payment plan and the rep. I was talking to was trying to coerce me into giving him my bank account info and card information right away.I never even told him how I was planning on paying for all he knows it could be with a check or money order. I told him I would call back to review how I would pay and he wouldn’t let me get off the phone, insisting he needed it RIGHT NOW. I was appalled by his behavior and general lack of communication skills. What kind of person tries mob mentality as a customer service rep.? Needless to say I didn’t give him anymore information because at that point it was getting aggressive. So glad I did my research on this company after I got off the phone to see that everyone else has had horrible experiences as well. Time to get a lawyer I suppose.

Annoying but not horrible
I first started getting calls from them about a month ago and I never answered. I don't answer calls from odd numbers. Upon looking up Allied Interstate, I see tons of bad reviews about rude people and being cussed out. I blocked the number, I knew that i didnt have any outstanding debt. Tired of seeing the "blocked number" notification on my phone i decided to take them off block this morning just to see what and who they were calling for. Turns out they were looking for someone else, which i knew but didnt have a current number for. The lady i spoke with was nice and immediately told me that I'd be taken off of their call list, hopefully it actually happens.

SO RUDE
This is Allied Interstate a collection agency. The person I spoke to was VERY RUDE when I asked them for written verification of the debt. I do not believe it is a valid debt so I want to have written documentation to review and compare to my records. They are attempting to collect on a student loan. I told them I am dealing with another company on what I believe to be the same loan. He said that would be illegal, I said "EXACTLY! Which is why I want written verification." He tried to strong-arm me into making arrangements over the phone and when I said I don't do business that way, he said that is the only way they do business. I finally had to just keep saying "As soon as I receive written documentation of the debt I will call you back and then we can talk". He kept overtalking me so I finally just hung up. I love that they tell you it is on a recorded line....GOOD!

I have never in my life applied for any kind of satellite.
I was contacted by them and they told me that I owed them $1308.00. I have never had a satellite or cable network of any kind. I use only digital transmission in the air mandated by Congress to all major broadcast network. I think it is stupid to purchase anything I can get for free ie. TV . They would not tell me where I had supposed to have received this service only that it was May 26 2016. The same day they called me. They told me they would send me a package to object to the installation. I have not heard from them since. The only way that I known anything was by kredit karma. I hope they get what they have coming to them. Im disputing through them about what's on my credit report. What a scam.

Allied Interstate are crooks!
Allied Interstate tried to get me to pay money on a student loan account that was already paid in full through Progressive Financial. I recieved a pay off letter from Progressive that I kept for my records . Six months later I started getting calls from a {{REDACTED}}named Brad Pederson who worked for Allied. I told Pederson that the loan was paid in full but he didn't want to hear it. So after going back and forth with him for about two months, I hired a laywer who sued Allied. It cost them $2000.00 dollars and they had to sign an agreement not to contact me again about the issue. I learned that they are up to no good and when dealing with them, hire a consumer lawyer.

I have never known people can be so mean. I tried to email this company. The email failed. The agents are horrible. This company is verbal abusive to people. I don't owe this company student school loans and I have spoken with them about this issues. They are very very nasty speaking people!!!!!! This company calls my home after 9:pm. This company calls me early in the morning. When I have explained to them. That I owe them any student Loan payments.

Personal student loan that i have never done.
They called me and informed me of a collection of a personal loan. I tried to tell them that I never done put in for a student loan and then they tried to argue with me and said i was making payments on it from 2007 o 2012. ummm!! no never had done that. They are some of the rudest people. I was trying to explain but, they would never let me get a word in. They said that i need to talk to the original loan company which i did and they cant pull anything up I have to talk to the rude people again. This makes no sense what so ever. I may just have to contact a lawyer

Allied Interstate - Debt Collection Review
I recently noticed Jefferson capital on my credit report. They have redated my debt. I owed Verizon Wireless over $2,000 from feb 2012. It now says 2015. No one has contacted me but if this doesn't fall off my credit report in two years I'm getting a lawyer. My device was stolen, I reported it to Verizon and they never shut it off!!! So now my credit score has been in the gutter for several years. How do you run up a cellphone bill over $2,000 in less then 2 months?! So, now I sit and wait. Our system is so messed up to allow things like this to happen to people.

No response after multiple attempts
I have federal student loans that were turned over to Allied Interstate and they have been garnishing my wages. I have made several attempts to contact them. I have sent my income varification, proof of hardship and pay stubs to stop garnishment as directed by the federal student loan website. I have never gotten a response. This is causing more hardship to the point of losing my home. I am a single mother raising two kids on one income. I would appreciate it if I would get an email response from them so that this can get resolved. the only thing the company did is send me a folder with my student loans listed . I am aware of what I owe

This company is a fraud
I was in a car accident and was a little behind on my JC Penny account. Allied Interstate called me to set up payments to pay off my account. I set up payments for 6 months with post dated checks. My balance when this started was $241.16. I paid Allied a total of $294. They called me today and told me my balance with JC Penny is still $190. Where did all the money go that I paid them to pay off my account? This company is a fraud that takes advantage of people. I don't understand how a company can get away with this kind of fraud. They are not out to help you. They are out to steal from you.

Allied Interstate is nothing but a pain in the *** !!!!
They have called from at least 20 different phone numbers. I tell them to stop calling me and they persist. I'm tired of it and I am going to file suit on them. DO NOT give them any of your information. When I ask what they are calling about; they say in their middle eastern accent, that they cannot reveal any information until they have my file pulled up. I just tell them, then if they can't reveal WHY they are calling me, then why should I talk to them. THAT is *** !!! THEY call YOU and they won't tell you WHY they are calling or WHO they are???? That is ignorant. I would be a fool to tell them anything.
