Complaint

Discriminating, rude and obnoxious security officer named Javed, in Acme j.c plaza. Called a tow truck on my rv while I was shopping and there are half a dozen tractor trailers parked for days. This is not a way to treat customers and this is definitely not a way to treat traveling families. Alliance should do a better job then hiring these types of waste of sperm

Still charging my account 3 months after cancellation

I can not get anyone to answer my calls it go to a busy signal and then the line is disconnected the company is in Middletown ct but I cant find any company there for alliance security

I have tried for tweeks to cancel service but cannot get a confirmation or phone call. all telephone lines are always busy

We are selling house and new owners do not want serviice--please cancel now. We are getting very mad about your customer service.

How to cancel contact

To whom it may concern, We need to cancel our contract with you guys for the alarm system. The system was originally installed at 7119 W. Beverly Mae, San Antonio, TX 78229, but we had one of your techs come out and remove the system when we moved. Please let us know what steps we need to take to cancel the account. Thanks! Can’t contact alliance security system. Not right phone numbers

. On the 877-742-**** its not a working number . On 877-272-**** its a insurance company for Medicare Alliance is not answering phone calls . Either busy all the time on 877-727-****. If no number works going to stop payment on this company!

Security concern

Didnt feel safe with the officer on site at the Goodwill Construction Skill Training Center. Locate at 1335 Allegheny St. Officer Nina was very rude, unprofessional, and during a fire drill stated what she wasnt going to do.

Cannot reach them with either phone number or by email

Suppose to have working security necklace (which does not work) and trying to find out why does not work. I really need the necklace now for health issues. Tried to talk to someone over chat and they wanted to charge me to get an answer. I am already paying enough for the system that I was not told was a 5 year contract.
