This company is dishonest, money-hungry and a fraud

I financed my hearing aids through Allegro Credit. Within 24 hours, I figured out a way to pay cash for that loan and sent a check for the entire loan. They chose to charge me a "service fee" of $28.80 immediately and then charged me that much again because I didn't pay that first service fee. I would retain charges of over $700 within one year if I didn't pay. Ridiculous. I will do everything in my power to plaster the internet with the truth on this company. Marlene Manown

Racist/Rude

I was waiting to talk to the receptionist About getting my child a physical. She had me standing 15 minutes and said we stop taking patients at 4:00. I was in the clinic before 4:00. I was the only African American in the lobby. You can tell that she was being racist and rude. Please beware. I will never come back this place

Missing Order - Unresponsive Customer Service

Ordered supplies and paid extra for expedited shipping to be received in 1-3 days. After five days, I followed-up. The link in email confirmation to check status of order did not have any info. Emailed customer service, but no response. Called twice and told it would be delivered soon. Very vague information. They did offer to credit shipping costs, but I really needed supplies. Finally after 10 days later, I called again and demanded a definitive answer. I was informed items were not in stock and on back order. Why did they not contact me or at least tell me when I called. If I knew, I would have purchased somewhere else. If ordering here, you will need to constantly follow-up as they are not proactive. Don't be satisfied with answers. Your health could be at risk.

Terrible dishonest service

I ordered a brace ($200) and paid for expedited service (overnight) and then was told that it didn't apply to the brand I ordered even though they charged me for it. I cancelled the order to get from somewhere else faster and they sent me the damn thing anyways! Multiple calls to get them to give me a return label, multiple calls to inquire why I didn't have a refund weeks later. Dishonest horrible customer service and practices. And after all that they didn't refund the expedited shipping they should never have advertised. Terrible.

Allegro Medical Chiropractic Adjusting Tool Review

I typed in chiropractic adjusting tool. I picked the picture I wanted and then they just sent me a piece if the tool. Apparently they had small print saying the tool is $150 more. I tried to return but they are making me pay a restocking fee and shipping for my return. This website is a scam.

Allegro Medical Customer Care Review from Cleveland, Ohio

Allegro Medical is a wonderful company! I have been purchasing supplies for over a year now and I have never had any issues. The items are delivered very fast, usually within a week for little to no cost for shipping. The enormous amount of products they provide are of excellent quality and reasonably priced. I enjoy the freedom of self paying for an ample stock of the supplies I need, and not having to rely on my insurance company to under supply cheap products at overinflated prices! Bravo!

Fraud

I purchased three different times in one month. All three purchased a different charge, more than the order, was charged to my credit card. I understand that the tax/shipping can change but never was a new adjusted invoice sent to me. I had to spend a half hour on hold and waiting to get the correct invoice. I even went back into my account on the computer and I could not locate the correct invoices. I did get them sent to me through email. This company is a joke. I will never buy from them again no matter how inexpensive the item may be!

I spoke to customer service today and they say the vendor messed up. They contacted the vendor and the order is being over-nighted.

This company has the longest turn around time of any I have ordered from, and I order a lot online. It's not a fluke, as this is my second order and it's turning out the same as the first order. I'll try to find someone else to get my syringes from. Lowest prices aren't the only factor in a company's rating. They need to provide reasonable service, and this company fails. I have entered way more than 80 words and this thing is still asking for 80 words and won't take my review, so I guess I have to give Pissed.com a bad rating too. I give up!

Good service until.....

I have a fissure wound, that won't heal. I tried packing, both with strips and calcium alginate, it still won't heal. I ordered a jackson pratt drain 10 fr, the size is perfect, but it did not come with the suction bulb shown in the picture. i called and a rep told me he would check on it with the supplier and e-mail me. it's been 2 weeks and not a word. I'm giong to find another medical supply company. Well, I guess since I don't have 100 words to say, they won't accept my review.... only the good ones who rant and rave on their behalf will be published. I'm a person of few words, but I will comply with their *** 100 word rule.

Misrepresentation of product

On July 7, 2015 the Allegro website stated "Braun Thermoscan Pro 4000 Thermometer and probe covers $15.27". Great deal, so I ordered it. The order just now arrived at my house, speedy delivery. However, the boxs contains ONLY a box of probe covers! No thermoscan! After reading many customer reviews, seems this false advertising is par for the course. I am so aggravated with Allegro. Maybe my post will keep others from being ripped off by their misrepresenting what you get when you order something. Beware of this site! If prices seem too good to be true, they probably are not true.

Charged for wrong splint. WOn't refund or replace.

They charged me for two splints and got them both wrong. I called when I got the splints and saw they were both the wrong ones. They Promised to email a reply when I called (twice). No email response. They sent No replacement. No refund is allowed. I am paralyzed and need the splints very badly. I Waited 6 weeks for them. NOTHING! They are THIEVES!
