My luggage from MSY to CVG did not arrive on June 30, 2023. NO ONE has reached out to me concerning my luggage via text, email or any other means.

Unable to see details for my return flight tomorrow and have a question and can't reach an agent

Jay the rep acted like I was boring him and blamed me for everything because I booked the flight. The bag I fly down with in May I was told I could not use as a personal item charged me $50 at Pittsburg airport and I asked lady if it would also cover my return flight she said yes. I booked a round trip I added a carry on for me and never did it ask me or say that I needed it for my return flight. This will be my 3rd time flying you and will be my last if this is how you treat your customers. Waited over 45 minutes to talk to someone and then treated like a complete idiot. So thinking that I got a good deal turned out to cost me $140 more, very annoying.

Can I go to the counter and buy a ticket prior to flight takeoff?

I really just wanted to ask a simple question and it just takes so long to get to a real person. Theres no way to call directly and talk to somebody. I guess thats old school and Im just an old guy. Thanks for listening.

Canceled twice!

Flight canceled twice , IN AIRPORT12 HOURS. Rescheduled for three days later. Tried to lay on floor. No comfort measures given at ALL! Pain pump ran out and I went through agonizing vomiting and cramps. They gave me a bag to vomiting in and a cup of water to drink and a toilette to wash my hands and face.

Rescheduling

Flight Delayed three times then canceled. I waited in airport over 12 hours .I have a pain pump that ran out and went through withdrawal. VERY SICK and vomiting. No one at the desk offered ANY HELP! Didn't offer ANY accommodations for me to lay down somewhere a blanket to lay on the floor with. This company is ridiculous...

Flight 3232 4/30 from Northwest Arkansas National Airport to Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport. The flight was delayed multiple times and then, about 7 hrs later, rescheduled for the next morning due to mechanical issues on the plane. At that point, the gate agent told people - only the people who asked and never over the PA - that they would get a food voucher and a hotel voucher, and if the hotel did not provide shuttle service that we could contact our own Uber and then request a refund from the Customer service department. (I was sitting near the gate desk so overheard parts of multiple conversations) Multiple people throughout the day complained about the lack of communication or status updates. I get it, they didn't know when it was going to be fixed, so tried to be understanding of the stress this was putting on the gate agent. I did wonder why don't they just use the PA system instead of repeating the same thing over and over to the line of people that kept coming up to the desk. So they made reservations at local hotels for anyone who lived more than 50 miles from the airport and passed out the hotel voucher to take to the hotel. They did not give the food vouchers out at the same time. Apparently you had to ask for them separately which I didn't realize at the time. After I got home I emailed the customer service department to find out how to apply for my transportation refund, and asked if they would apply the food voucher to my Allegiant acct for future drinks/snacks on the plane (nothing is free). The reply I received stated "no compensation is being offered for transportation at this time nor are we able to reimburse you for any food or meal purchases." I get the food voucher thing, that's kind of on me for not getting them at the airport, but the transportation thing is a whole other matter. She specifically told us to get our own transportation and then contact customer service for a refund. I tried calling the customer service # listed in the email and after waiting over 30 mins the person who answered 'researched' the notes, and repeated verbatim the part I quoted above. That person told me that there was no way to escalate my call. No supervisors to speak to and the department I received the email from was the highest I could go. And nowhere I could complain about the gate agent lying to me (and others) So basically the gate agent lied just to get rid of everyone. And the customer service people don't care, and won't offer to let you talk to anyone else beyond their refusal to help
