Horrible. No one answered when I called. So nothing happened m. I reached our several times on live chat and was told to wait 24-72 hours and I called to get information, nobody answered, I do not even know why I am typing this review. Its a waste of my time.

Bad product received
Yiwu Evergrowing Cap Co., Ltd This company made 100 hats for me and the quality was poor, the tag was peeling off. I didn't realize their rating was 3.7 with their products. I ask to return the hats and get my refund, they said $50. They said Alibaba not going to do anything about it. Alibaba would be out of business if they listened to customers.

I tried to contact Alibaba trade through app, it's working on a bot and did not respond appropriately and then I tried to connect to the Alibaba cloud they are misleading that I need to contact Alibaba trade for my issues even though I tried to explain that with cloud technology operations are integrated and customer support is part of Alibaba cloud but they still insist that since the administrator and team of Alibaba trade is different I need to contact directly to them.

In the year 2019 I took some healthcare items from Alibaba, they said they need time to prepare and finish the product, and we agreed for 30 days time period, instead of 10 days. Today it's 2023, and in between there was corona and other issues, finally I had to ask for initial refund $604 along with $2000, but they are not responding either with Alibaba trade or Alibaba cloud (as today the operations of Alibaba is integrated to cloud technology).Instead they ask me to deposit remaining amount whereas at the same time they also say they have delivered the product to my home address, with tracking number. When I confirmed this number with the logistic company they say there is no such order with them.

I need a dispute i need to do a dispute. I have asked on complaint and chat no deal If so, I would have gotten my money back on pay pal.com !! The company !would not write me a dispute email so I can give to pay pal that ms how I paid the company sent request through Alipay . She said she will give me my money back. If I take the reviews down, there is no reason to hold my money and you have not given me an item nor do I have a tracking number or anything shipped to me whatsoever, I want my money.!!! 1,236.44 on Dec 23.2022 this company lied and made me pay $266 for shipping shower doors. I asked a number of times before they took my money was the order including shipping. They replied yes not letting me know there were more charges til a week later!!! All this time Im waiting for my order No money because I want a refund I have been asking for 6 months now !!! The manager of the company said she would refund me and has given me the run around for months.. I have ordered from Alibaba for over 20 years. This has never happened. The US is investigating I pray my money is returned Ineed it desperately!!! ALIBABA HELP ME !!!

I am totally pissed off about the way my case was handled and is being handled. I ordered items for 80 mothers for Mothers Day and paid for express delivery which is to Calgary. Since April 21st, today is Mothers Day I dont have my goods.I asked for a refund Alibaba didnt issue refund, playing along with the deceitful seller that says my good is in British Columbia. Why??? I paid for 7 to 14 days delivery. Im in tears today because I dont know how to face all the mothers weve told we are presenting gifts to and my money is not refunded too. How can Alibaba be so cruel even to mothers!!!

I have received a kitchen that I ordered through dechaab international. I have been in contact with the salesperson and company from day 1 if receiving the goods. My cabinets were delivered damaged and wrong sizes. I have been in contact with Jim Mitchen which is the owner for 3 months now and he made many promises on helping but hasnt done anything yet. I have been living with an unfinished kitchen for about a year now . Im so upset and frustrated and dont know what else to do. I have emails, text messages, pictures and phone calls if needed. Saya ingin menanyakan sesuatu hal perihal anak perusahaan Alibaba. Jadi suami saya mendapatkan penawaran perihal kerjasama. Dan mereka bilang kalau perusahaan KAKA Shop Mall ini adalah anak perusahaan dari Alibaba. Dan sistemnya adalah kita membuka toko dan barang yg kita jual mengambil dari distributor dengan cara setelah ada pemesanan kita yg membayar dulu ke Rekening Kaka kemudian barang baru diorder dan dikirim ke konsumen kemudian kita mendapatkan uang kita kembali setelah 3-5 hari kerja dengan profit sekitar 7% dari uang yg kita keluarkan. Tetapi semakin kesini semakin banyak kejanggalan... Setiap hari order semakin banyak dan kami harus membayar pesanan terlebih dahulu. Bila kami tidak membayar pesanan dana kami terbebukan. Ini sesuatu hal yang aneh. Yg memperkenalkan kaka shop mall kepada suami saya adalah ERIN WONG Senior Operation Manager Alibaba singapore. Speedy Flying and Alibaba have refused to respond to my concerns. . I am now a huge amount of money out of pocket without the ability to see these bikes as they are unsafe and dangerous .
