Need to update wifi info
Agent was very helpful. There was no way to cha ge wifi and password from the Alexa website. I had to reset tht Alexa Show 5. Now it works.

Took way to long waiting online and problem was t resolved
Three ppl tried to help but couldnt fix my problem. It seemed simple enough. I just got new internet service and needed help pairing it with my echo device. No help whatsoever!

Alexas 20 number swap limit
Have an alexa dot and compatible car radio, and I can only make calls to 3 or4 people. The rest of the people are no longer in my phone. But alexa said that I have reached my limit for names to call. I have asked to reset the 10 that I am allowed to call with alaxa but was told that you can not reset. I would like to be able to use the 10 that is aloud.

Alexa problem not responding to smart plugs
Agent tried to assist in resolution however could not get 2 of the 4 smart plugs to be synced and recognized by Alexa in the group.
