Still not working

Cant get it open to get the back off it to replace the batteries in it. It the round case is that the one I have

No customer service

for aMy father had the service, he died, i reported his death, sent them the death certificate, sold the property. Alder REFUSES to process a cancellation the account , six months , tons of phone calls, all they want is money all they give is the runaround. if there was any actual customer service would be better than the non existent service. have told them no less than 20 times that he is dead, supervisors are always in "meetings" , they have not once called me back, will not resolve the issue, they actually suggested that I get the new owners to take over the payments, or pay it with my money...

You are changing me for a service I no longer have

Service was canceled more than a month ago ! Went with ADT. You have done has much to send a tech to replace the equipment i didnt ask for!!

To cancel payment arrangements

The cancellation process was a bit rough but it worked. Number online isnt correct. Activation fee was completely unexpected. Rep worked with my financial situation. Spoke to two many people to cancel.

Because they don’t care about the customer they don’t want to try to resolve your issues to your satisfaction they wanna do it their way or the *** with you

For several months I have had issues with my system. I called to try to get somebody to take care of it. They do not want to come out to my house when Im home they only want to come when Im not there or when Im on able to be there Im not gonna continue to pay $56 a month for a system I cannot use and they dont wanna try to help me so the *** with them.

Rude representatives, Marie can’t remember last name

I asked to speak to Tyler and accounts she saw that he had just dealt with my case. I didnt trust the phone call. I said I called back. He asked me to request him and I did. I asked her five times and she refused to transfer or to let me speak with him. Then she calls me back after I hung up and I told her we did not get disconnected. I hung up the phone because I didnt want to deal with her and I told her again I dont want to deal with you since you wont connect me to Tyler, Ill deal with someone else. I do not want to be with this alarm system. I was unfortunately tricked into a five year contract, which will never ever happen again as soon as humanly possible because Im not paying ALDER any money to get out of the contract, but I definitely recommend it to all of my friends not to take up any security with ALDER SECURITY system, and the camera that I have still doesnt work and Ive gotten nowhere with this security system. Its stinks and sodas the company for getting someone into a five-year contract that they do not want to be in , Ill continue to pay my little bill every month but I will not and would not recommend anyone to ever get involved with this company. Im thinking about letting the Better Business Bureau know as well.

Trying to cancel service...

Was told it was a two year contract, paid for the two years, now they are trying to make me pay for five year...However they won't supply me with a copy of the "contract" i signed for five years. I have stopped payments and they will have to take me to court for the rest of the money.

Service has not worked the 2 years that we had service and they don't want to refund

My name is Jessie Mitchell and our church agreed to get a an alarm through ATT and it is with Alder and for two years and 31/2 months we have not had any service nor have they made any effort to make this right. Now they tell us we can cancel but they will not refund any more for services we have not received. Answer me why I would need a free month if I have not had service for 2 years and 3 months? they have given me the run around and refuse to rectify the situations.

I am not calling for a review

Someone supposed to come out and check out my security alarm so for I havent heard from anyone and it was supposed to be here at seven this morning so I would like to please speak to someone in person. Thank you.

This has been one of the worst security systems that I have ever had.

System has not functioned right in over three months. I am constantly having to reset the system and customer service sucks.

Rip off

Do not do business with Alder! They are scammers, thieves, and frauds. Our system was inoperable for 4 months. They had no techs in our area to fix it but they still wanted payment for services that were not provided. Sensors failed and they installed a 3G system and made no effort to upgrade until it failed. We informed them on the phone, email and mail that we would not renew our contract and to cancel it. Now they continue to bill even after the contract is ended and we unplugged the system. Endless hours on the phone and email with customer service, technicians and billing and we get nothing but a run around. The months that the system was inoperable need ti be credited and the contract ended. Over 1800 BBB complaints in 3 years. All the complaints and negative reviews don't lie. All the lawsuits from customers, competitors, states and employees show how terrible they really are.

The scammed me out of 367.96 and I've never received any products or services

The scammed me out of 367.96 and I've never received any products or services. I was transfer to them after I activate my att fiber account and they told me they could give me a door cam and window alarms for under 100$ and no monthly fee, and after I gave my card number they started mentioning more fees they were adding on. That's when I told the agent that I didn't want to go thru with the order and to erase my number and cancel my order, he said okay, told me I wouldn't be charged anything and he erased my card number, a week later my card was charged 367.96 from them. I never got anything from them confirming the order, no Information about it or the services or account, or products in the mail from them since I used PayPal to pay for it I dusbuted the charge with PayPal saying it was unauthorized since I told them I didn't want it and never finished the order and was told I wouldn't be charged. Then PayPal tells me that alder sercurty provide them with a sign contract from me agreeing on the charges. Witch I thought was strange since I've never signed anything for them it was all verbal over the phone. But since I couldn't provide any documentation of anything to PayPal cause I was never given anything they sided with alder Security, and didn't issue a refund, I tried changing the disbute to products never received since I never received anything from this company at all, not physically or electronically and PayPal tells me they can't change it and can't refund it and to talk to the alder sercurty company and when I called the company they told me I wasn't in their computer system as a customer and to call PayPal! I'm 100% disabled combat veteran who lives on a fixed income and couldn't and can't afford to have 400$ be stolen from me, and because of this mess, it messed up my whole banking and I got overdraft fees and returned check fees cause of them taking my money. And now I'm being told that there isn't anything I can do to get my money back? Alder sercurty took 367.96 after I told them not to and was told by them they weren't going to charge me and they did charge me but failed to send the products they took the payment for and lied to my card company and sent documents that were said to be signed by me but I never signed so they wouldn't refund me the money alder Security took from me. Well alder Security you should be ashamed of yourselves for using my PTSD to try to sale your products to me and when i caught on to your agent scamming me and trying to add on hidden fees after getting my card number, and after I cancelled and was promised not to be charged being robbed by your company, nice to know this his how your company treats a man who risked his life fighting for your freedoms and was injured while doing so. Your actions aren't American or ethical and you should be ashamed of your actioNs!
