I'm trying to book my son which he is only 14 years old

This will be my last time flying with you guys cause I was booking my sons flight and it wouldnt let me cause hes under age which he is 14 years old for the fare I found for $149 one way then I call customer service and try to book his flight and they added $150 more on top of the $149 for my sons fare. bunch of ripped off people smh very bad and poor service customer

Luggage intentionally left behind, then baggage lost

We landed in Miami from Seattle SeaTac for our Honey moon. 11 day trip in south beach. We left Seattle Friday 21th (MY BIRTHDAY) at 7:30am. The entire plans luggage was intentionally left in Seattle and not told until we landed in Miami. We were told we would have our bags delivered to us the next evening. The company van arrived to hour rental home without our bags! Again... WITHOUT OUR BAGS! We have had to spend over $200 just in clothes and hygiene to get by the first 24 hours. We have been wearing the same underwear for going on our 3rd day now. IM PISSED!! Real *** PISSED

Hello Team , I misplaced my mobile phone in the seat in Flight no : 1225s seat 24F on MAY 30th , I also filled a complaint with all the details. This is the lost Report ID: 2838****. Can you please let me know to track the status of the item. Also I filled the complaint on May 30 immediately after the incident , but no updates. Please help on it.

I am a severely disabled senior citizen who called because I needed assistance with getting my Service Dog Thunder Checked In, so that I can go to Seattle with him, so I can undergo an Open-Heart Surgery. I previously had gotten a medical release from my veterinarian for Thunder, and I had acquired a Department of Transportation Service Animal Transportation Form, and I was inquiring whether I had everything I needed to get my Service Dog, Thunder, prechecked in. Likewise, I am going to Seattle, Washington to have an Artery in my Heart Cleared and to apply for a Kidney Transplant. I requested Assistance with the Department of Transportation Service Dog Transportation Form to see that it was adequately filled out and nobody understood anything about it. In addition, I called over 15 times, I got constant statements from attendants that they did not know, I was given a constant runaround, and I got hung up on multiple times, nobody seemed to understand anything about the requirements for an individual that has a Service Dog to fly nor were they able to help me find Assistance locating further assistance. I have no suggestion because I was totally frustrated by the time I was done.

Will not answer phone to attempt to resolve my problem.

We missed our flight because of TSA not because of us we were here 3 hours ahead of time now they come out and tell us where we book your flight for another flight but you don't get no vouchers no hotel no nothing it's not taking care of their customers.

I bought my trip on July 26, 2022... I wanted to get my invoice but one of your representatives told me that you can not make it because noone had flown yet. Now I want to get my invoice and the page does not respond. I need the invoice ...my reservation code is BUQOZP it was a flight from SFOto BOI on December 25, 2022

Ak has a very old email associated with my account

I cannot get into my account to make new reservation. I have the app on my phone but cant access my companion fare on app. Also, security experts have warned people against using apps for booking.

Airlines split up our family sending to different cities

My daughter's young family was split up from ketchikan to LAX sending my daughter with 2 small children (1infant) to LAX then her husband and our 8 year old grandson to Boise where they have to spend the night not only being separated but the added cost of rooms! Big mess up! I can't believe ketchikan allowed this to happen

Reservation issue

Simple name change on champion ticket, resulted in lose of 3 seats next to each other. To me seating at the back of plane in middle seat. Return flight is mess up, I will have to board a cruise ship just return to mainland. What good is MVP!!!

Alaska online billing glitch

was charged 436.00 for my 2 tickets. Alaska breaks it down in 2 payments. so they took 2 payments of 218.00 from my bank acct right then. 2 days later i have another pending charge of 218.00. This caused an overrdraft, and a fee. Also was unable to access my money until the pending was dropped. so for 6 days now, i cant get food, gas, or my heart medications. My bank fully investigated and found this.. Alaska took 2 payments right away, then returned 1 payment, and took it right back.There systen FAILED to delete the payment they returned, and took back.This caused a pending charge. Alska has lied to me numerous time, Saying its your problem contact you bank. .So still waiting for my 218.00 no food gas meds. Alaska passing the buck, and lying has worse customer service and excuses then Amazon. Alaska will attempt to rip you off, if you dont watch them.Dont trust the online billing

Car rental

Recommend you do NOT Recommend you do NOT rent a vehicle through Alaska airlines Cars program. The manaditory insurance is just the beginning of paying for nothing. When you pick up your rental, you will be required to pay an additional amount for the real insurance or, you dont have a vehicle. Not a good way to start your vacation!!

Ridiculous seating

1. Having to file this under the heading of , pissed customer. Totally classless and shows the disregard for civility. 2. Asking for customer service and after waiting for 20 minutes my call ended up in Boise reservations. Still waiting for customer service after well over an hour. Hope to get an answer before my phone goes dead. 3. Flew from Chicago to Seattle on 9/06/22 on flight 329, seat 31f. Was seated next to a man who weighed 350-400 lbs who smelled terrible. Asked for a different seat, was the flight was full so I couldn't change. The guy overhung his seat by 3 or 4 inches on either side. Being a window seat I was trapped between him and the wall. I couldn't sit in the contour of my seat forcing me into a position that was very unnatural, couldn't lower my tray table, couldn't lower the arm rest to adjust my seat, and had to rub against him the whole trip. If I had wanted to use the mesh holder on the back of my seat because his leg was blocking it. When I got to Seattle I complained and was told they couldn't discriminate. How about discriminating against customers who don't get a full seat and are forced into contortions by oversized passengers. You have limitations on the size of carry on luggage but not people who make it impossible to fly in comfort. My back today makes it difficult for me to even stand.
