I was charged

I was charged $12.60 for a ticket I didnt even receive. I tried to purchase a ticket online & it said error. I never received the ticket or my refund.

Poor experience with server

I went to Alamo drafthouse Lakeline on 3/24/23. The server yelled at me and my family and said You were talking and I saw you talking . I told the young lady that I wasnt talking. I had only asked her to give me a refill on my sons drink. She then said that she was going to get her manager. She didnt serve us the rest of the night and only came by to to slam the bill on the table. I had to bring it to the front desk to the manager to pay. I feel very badly about this experience as I am also a professional African American woman and I feel she harassed me and my family because she was prejudiced. I hope that the server , Shae will be corrected and this never happens to anyone else that comes to your theater.

I havent seen my refund back to my account. We couldnt go in because we had manors and front deck said I will get my money in 24 hours back to my card

Incident at South Lamar Location

Hi- I bought my sister and I tickets to see Magic Mike's Last Dance last night at your location on 1120 S Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX 78704 for the 7:25pm showing in Theatre 2. Once the movie started I didn't see any waitstaff return and we were almost toward the end. I left to use the restroom and you only had one option which was further than I would have liked. Upon returning to theatre as quickly as possible so I didn't miss too much of the movie I finally saw a waitstaff member when I walked back into the theatre. I didn't want to miss the opportunity to order one last drink so I reached out and touched her arm just to get her attention. My touch was not aggressive or in any way hostile. I politely asked her if we could order one last glass of wine before the movie ends and she told me that pulling her aside was very uncalled for and walked out. I thought it was weird but I didn't want to miss anymore of the movie so I walked back to my seat. About 5 min later Duncan Lott came into the theatre and asked me if I could come outside to speak with him. I immediately followed and once outside he informed me that he was informed that I aggressively attacked one of his staff members and that I needed to leave the theatre immediately. I responded saying that was not true and that yes I gently pulled on her arm just to get her attention and it was in no way aggressive. He said it doesn't matter you have to leave. After less than a minute of discussion I told him I needed to go back inside and get my purse and tell my sister. We left immediately as honestly I'm not someone who is comfortable starting scenes and it was clear that Duncan has no interest in believing anything I said. He has to respect his waitstaff and I respect that but the entire situation was utterly ridiculous. I barely touched the girl and I was nothing but polite to her. I was planning on following up with Duncan directly about getting a refund for the tickets given I wasn't able to watch the ending and I was kicked out for something that wasn't true. However, that was before my sister received the attached bill totaling $122.49 via two separate transactions. We ordered one bottle of the Tree Fort Cabernet which cost $40 for the bottle and one order of mozzarella sticks for $10.95. Even with an 18% gratuity you auto add that wouldn't come out to anywhere close to $122.49. It is illegal to charge someone for things they didn't order nor receive. We need to be refunded immediately and we will be contacting our bank over the fraudulent charges. I would like someone to contact me to discuss my refund. Cassandra Anderson

Alamo drafthouse cinema online review task. They approach me in telegram and they asked me to some words for rating review for movie and I start they tell me they give me extra bonus for complete some 30 review I start with -10000 first I pay -10000 and they tell me you have Received superior task so you get commissions 5x you pay more money I pay agin they tell me same thing and again and again they received money -12 lac and now they want more -12 lac now I dont have money and they not give my money back

Get refund for gift card that I didn’t receive.

To whom it may concern; I attempted to purchased a gift card worth $75 during a 30% off sale. I paid $48.75 on a card ending in 3042 on 11:30/22 . I never received the amount in my gift card section online or mailed to me. This is my 2 nd attempt to get refunded. Please either put the amount in my gift card section on my account. Customer service correction

They opened late but, they are open. Issue resolved. The website should reflect the hours of operation so that customers are aware to avoid future confusion. They took care of me and I take back my bad review.

Location closed

I purchased a ticket (TX #318033) show was supposed to start at 1:55pm November 14, 2022. It is located at the (Woodbury, MN) location, and it is currently closed. There was no notification that this location was even closed and, I would like a full refund for the inconvenience of driving 20 minutes for no reason. Why would this company allow people to buy tickets if they know they will be closed? This is very unprofessional. I want a full refund not just partial payment but full.

No reply from email sent on app

I sent a complaint over the weekend & never got any kind of reply so sending it to you Im new to LA & found your theater about 2 months ago and now go every two weeks with a friend there even joined your movie pass program. But the problem I have is that I never able to get any refills last week they even came down and looked like they punched it in there tablet and still never came about an hour I got up to check no one was in the theater so went to the area in front of the kitchen (3 people were standing there) and told a guy about the popcorn and he said he would get it right there and then never came. $30 for 2 cokes & popcorn with no refills just seems kind of high & we can start eating before we come (just spend the 30 on some dinner instead I guess) but kind of a staple to the movies is popcorn & coke. So I email on the app and just like the refills I never heard from anyone back and was surprised, huge flaw but again if I dont hear back from anyone still will go and enjoy your theaters will just eat before so dont have this issue every time we go Thanks for your time (if someone actually reads these not sure now) James Abernathy 239 672 **** Jimabernathy447@***.com
