I recently purchased and registered my new Akai MPK Mini MP3. I have a MacBook Pro M2/ 2023. When I try to download included software, etc. I have a message saying that there is no application set to open URL, I go to the suggested URL, having issues, I new help please

Bassline, Flavor pro and mini d give me the same issue when entering the serial number in the activate plugins sections on my mpc x. What's going on?

Im waiting on a part. Coming from Akai, through a third party. Third party has great customer service. However we are both having trouble with Akai. I also dont like that some of my old Akai gear has software no longer supported. Luckily the keyboard is still great for a midi control but thats it. The software no longer runs. Akai has *** tech support and no contact, so cant discuss anything. Cant get an e.t.a on a part. Cant tell if they can even follow through. Seems like they may be giving up on the old and overselling their new products. Or dont care and have lazy business practices after a product has been pushed.

I had got a mpc renaissance that do not work. When I plug it in all it's doing is blanking
I got this from my cousin that passed away and I just got a plug bc it didnt have one but I got it plug it up and all I got is blanking light which is shown in the video I send

Not being able to speak to a tech person when I called, has destroyed my image of your company. I got the runaround when I called and thats a bad sign.

Failure to follow through on warranty issues
Ive sent multiple emails and Ive been trying to get a hold of them about multiple products, hardware, failing, and they said that they would get me in contact with the US support service and send them my support ticket, and nothing has ever been done, theyre failing to follow through on their warranty and making it lapse by how long that is taking, it seems they dont really care about their customers at all
