Confusion regarding delivery
I received a text message as well as email this morning that my Ajio delivery attempt will be made today. I called the delivery person to confirm at what time he will be reaching my address. He said he will be here at 11 am and I replied that I am okay with it. Then I got a call form Ajio asking if I had requested cancellation of the order and I pressed 2 for "no". I cannot understand what happened! I confirmed with the delivery agent that I will be accepting the delivery today, so why did I get this call. I want the delivery. Today, if possible.

Regarding sending an fake product
Sir i ordered an pure cotton underwear brand ne jack and jones its dicription says it is 100 cotton but i rec dirrent color is same but stuff diffrent i called customer care they said they cant do any thong bec its tagged with no return polocy well tjeh are right but i dont know why i rec such product that i didnt order so my concern is just to replace my product send what i ordred

Items delivered incomplete
Hi Team, Very recently I Ordered Mothercare Bear faux fur Top and joggers set worth rs 1521.34 INR after discount. It was delivered on 28th June 2023, But I recieved only Top didn't recieve a Trouser. I didn't found any option to add under return option regarding partially Delivered.One person came to collect but didn't took return package because of not having whole set.Could you please check the issue now.make it correct.

Dear Sir/Mam, I ordered a Nike sports shoe on DTD -09/06/2023 and the delivery date is -14/06/2023, I received a wrong product and complaint to Ajio care with prove still not cleared. I want to say that my return request is declined many times and I talk with customer care, they told me create a new return, and we take immediate action and highlight the issue. Still my problem is not solved even clear with customer care. On dtd-19/06/2023 I talk with customer care, they give me an EAN no. for return and say put this no. The product will pick up very soon. Received wrong product
I ordered a night suit from marks and spencer and instead of receiving the same , I received a kurti that was nowhere in my cart. I have been requesting for exchange since a week and my complaint is falling on deaf ears . AJIO has turned out to be pathetic, though I am a past customer , I did not expect such response from them. The worst thing is there is no category assigned to such complaints in the AJIO app and they do not have any good customer support system. So please aware. I will never ever recommend to use this app to my fellow friends and family.

Return item mess
I had bought more than 12 items from Ajio, out of which I wanted to return this 1 item ( the cost of which was minimal). Ajios delivery partner picked up the return, after which they called and gave various reasons for not being able to return the product. They said tags were missing, but I had given the item in its original packing and all tags. after 3 failed attempts of returning it ( mind you all this time, the product was still with the delivery partner) they came and gave back the product, without any packaging, and with all tags missing. Very badly handled and botched up.
