Very dedicated customer care executive

Your customer executive not understanding me properly .i explain that your company call me and waived my bills and then reconnection a broadband connection and saying that generate new bill from today but after 2 days my connection suspended what's happening in your company

My data coupon is not working

I recharge two times with 65 or 58 data plan , along with these offers I get 2gb data extra but 2gb data coupon is shows and not redeem as I redeemed

I alredy paid amount but dth not working

I have paid for recharge and I have also received the transaction Id but when I make a call it always says that my recharge plan has expired and that I need to recharge again. I mean I have already recharge my money has been detected why would I recharge again.i also got sms saying that my recharge is done.

Payment issue

Hi Team, I have done my recharge of Rs. 239 on 20th of July through amazon payment and the payment got successful. But, the recharge hasn't been updated in my airtel account. Again I recharged through UPI and it was successful. The recharge that I have done through amazon pay yet not refunded from airtel side. I tried contacting the airtel customer service but they refused to take the reference number. Below I have attached the copy of amazon payment receipt and the reference id. I ordered Airtel black broadband on 23 july but didn't get it still

I have ordered Airtel black broadband day before yesterday. Still I am waiting for broadband. Nobody has visited my home yet.. I am so disappointed from Airtel . I can't with Airtel customer care.also

Regarding recharge plans

The company charge the full amount of 84 days unlimited pack but validity gave me only 77 days and already recharge have done but currently pack started when recharge done.

Wrongly Calculated Bill and its Cycle

Dear Sir: This is in reference to the Airtel Black ID # 101010****401**** and its bill dated July 12, 2023 vide bill number HT240910****7402 where in I made a complete payment of INR 1603.02 via paytm on July 11, 2023, wheareas the bill was generated towards incomplete payment of INR 642.40 for DTH account. Therefore, the bill was wrongly generated, resulted the more outstanding of INR 642.4 and in addition the obligation to pay the bill is immediate, it may be impacted to service shortly. In view, of this you are required to consider the complete payment towards previous outstanding and generate a fresh bill immediately. Thank you

Did not give Happy Code to anyone. Complaint has closed

Dear Sir, It has been seven years since I received service from Airtel. After starting with the 1349 plan, an airtel store employee suggested I change to the 1449 plan. After that, I changed locations from Valasaravakkam to Maduravoyal. In order to change my 1449 plan to Airtel Black (2099 Plan), I paid 4000 plus tax. My Registered Mobile Number is 915056**** My Contact Mobile Number is 938436**** When I get an internet connection in Maduravoyal, the speed is not over 70 Mbps. After that, I was compliant with 198, and someone came into my house and said that the modem needed to be changed. Wait, I'll come back and he'll be gone.Afterthat Nobody came. After a few months, I went to an airtel store and met a guy named Azar. To date, I have paid the full amount. He convinced the plan about 2299 after paying the amount. Again, I believe that person is the reason why I joined Airtel 2299 Plan. After changing the connection, the internet speed dropped levels from 22 mbps to 48 mbps. After that, I tried to complain to Azar, but he didn't answer my call. There was no response. At the Airtel store, he is not in the office. Then I complained to 198, and one person came to my house. There is a problem with the modem. You must pay Rs.800 plus tax if you want to change your modem. Within two hours, I will return and wait. He gone. Nobody came. I did not give Happy Code to anyone. However, Complaint has been closed. In 198, I complained again after three days, I received a phone call asking me "what is the problem?" In the phone call, I explained everything. Nobody came. I did not give Happy Code to anyone. Complaint has closed. Again, three days after I was called to 198, I received a phone call asking me "what is the problem?" In the phone call, I explained everything. Nobody came. I did not give Happy Code to anyone. Complaint has closed. Complaint has closed. Over the past five Years, I've been in Valasaravakkam, and Airtel's service is excellent. A lot of people in Maduravoyal say that Airtel is a waste of money. Deactivate broadband
