Rude, insults customers publicly

I tried to order an airsoft gun labeled "in stock" a week later they emailed me stating the item was unavailable, and they would issue me a store credit $40 less than what they charged my bank. After contacting the company to request a refund in full, they advised me their refund process took about 2 months. Two months to refund a product you never sent me? I spoke with Shina Daniel from "world tech toys" or "hobby tron" or "airsplat" whatever they want to call themselves. She was extremely rude. In the end I had to call my bank to do a "MERCHANT CHARGE BACK". I attempted to review this company, but they flagged it immediately with this response: "This customer did not purchase from Airsplat. He ordered from our sister company that does not have any ties with each other. He made up an order number to be able to post the review. Please advise." So I tried to review their "sister" company, although they have no ties with each other, here's the response : "This customer is is referring to multiple companies (Separate companies) in this review and the information provided was incorrect. In addition, we attempted to refund this customer after we advised him the gun was out of stock in the full amount he paid not the $249 he stated and this was after he asked for an in store credit to purchase another gun." This company sent me 1 single email notification. I never agreed or requested a different gun, nor did we ever have a conversation regarding a 2nd purchase.

Deepfire Samson Star Review

I have a batch of defective Deepfire rifles I bought from Airsplat. Unfortunately the sale is final because they were on sale. 5 out of 7 rifles are defective.

Lucky to get my money back 1 out of 3 times

Airsplat often claims to have items in stock, when they don't. On three separate occasions, I have placed orders with them that they suddenly told me would ship is a number of weeks. The most notable of these orders was the Tokyo Marui M870 Tactical, which I never got. Once I ordered it, they told me it would be 8 weeks. Once these 8 weeks were up, they called me saying that they "received the wrong model and have to ship them back in exchange for the correct model, which will take 16 weeks". When I asked for my money back, they said they would refund me. It wasn't until those 16 weeks were up that I got my refund. On two other occasions (about a year ago), I have ordered magazines from them, which I never received. Every time I asked about them, they told me they were "probably at the port in customs". They also told me this after I asked for a refund. Lastly, they are not upfront about these issues. They are highly inaccurate when they show what they have in stock. Perhaps they do this to deceive and scam people to make up for the profits they lose from the bargains everyone claims to get from them.

8 months and still have items on back order

I ordered some stuff for my nephew for his birthday. He told me about the site and said that is where everyone shops. On the first shipment, I got about a third of my order. After a few months and several unanswered emails, I got all but a few patches. It has now been 8 months(obviously did not make the birthday) and I am still missing the patches. This would not be that bad except they bill your credit card for the full order when placed. Most companies bill as shipped. They will never get a dime of my money or anyone I can tell about my experience.

I do not know what happened to this company?

AirSplat used to be a company I could trust but now they've become like so many other websites that I've explored where they list items as in stock and ready to ship and in actuality they do not even have the items in their warehouse. The strange part was that I was notified by email from AirSplat that the WE XDM IPSC Special Edition Gas Gun was in stock. I had this item on a watch list and I signed up for an email notification for when the item was supposed to be back in stock. Why did they send me an email listing that the item was now in stock when the item is still back ordered? Why is the website still listing the item as in stock and ready to ship. It took two weeks to get AirSplat to refund me for this item. It was a good thing I had the presence of mind to purchase through Amazon Payment. I finally had to go through Amazon to get my refund. I can not trust this company anymore.

Never received item!

Company is horrible to deal with!! Ordered a few items back in December 2014 and am still waiting for part of it as of Sept 2015..completely unacceptable! Tried contacting customer service multiple times and very incompetent! Will never deal with this joke of a company again! What a waste! Emailed customer service and said they would refund my account, tried to explain I have a new account and insisted it would go into that account?? How is that possible without the account info?? Called and spoke with a few people and still didn't feel confident they even knew what they were doing! Shouldn't even be in business!

I bought a l96 from this company and it sucks!

So I order the gun for $110 then I get and the bb's are already jamming in the gun. Whenever you take the mag out you loose at three bb's and the mag only holds 35 rds. And when it doesn't jam two bb's come out. Then I take the gun apart and the foam ring are all out of place. DONT USE .25g BB'S ONLY USE .20g BB'S. They will jam your gun so quick and then you'll end up going home early. I don't recommend any of the following snipers: l96, MK96, or the TYPE 96 because its really all the same ***.

Paid for shipping on an item not in stock waited a month to find out it was not instock!

I ordered what i knew was a hard to find magazine but it said it was in stock. they send me the package with a completely different magazine and charged me 15$ inshipping. they sent me the worng magazine and it was completely out of its packaging. when i asked for a return he would answer my email on friday around their closing time so he would not have to respond. he helped get a UPS pick up which i sent out to them and after he tried to get me to pay a deposite to get my actual item earlier. when i said i did not want that he simply stopped responding. i went through paypal then got someone named Dale. he said he would be helping me i asked for an update and another week later he still has not responded. my original complaint happened on the 20th of jan. at the time of this writing it is now the 20th of feb. and still no response. i called support over the phone and she finally informed me the product was never actually in stock. I asked for a full refund and they dont refund the shipping so i spent 15$ for NOTHING! so lets recap. they charged me all in all 45$ they were then going to charge a deposit of 30 for something they did not even have and he never said anything about it. i would have been out 75 until i found out it was not in stock which they never would have told me!

Customer Service, what customer service?

The Airsplat website promoted a savings code but the Airsplat store wouldn't honor the code. They said it was an error with the computer system and the corporate office was to blame, said they would have to contact them the following Monday. I sent multiple emails to customer service trying to let them know about the problem, since I paid much more than expected. All three emails were ignored. I called the corporate headquarters. All I received was an apology and the customer service rep. telling me there was nothing they could do, since they were unable to see the code on their computer system. Duh,the code had been removed by the time I made the call. First time and last time customer.

Airsplat STEALS money and cancels your orders with out notification!

I am an ELITE MEMBER . . . means nothing to Airsplat customer service! It just means I was *** enough to give them more money just to buy from them. I'll explain it at the bottom. Worse customer service ever. Airsplat will take your money and not send out the items. Airsplat will cancel your order and not notify you. . . then take weeks to refund your money if you call them everyday. Airsplat falsely advertises their coupons codes. Airsplat has the most confusing coupon codes and unclear conditions. While Airsplat's online shopping cart will permit, calculate, charge your account for the items, they will not ship out the items. Airsplat customer service has ZERO follow through. Airsplat's 8 Unbeatables are a LIE! Just one EXAMPLE: I was notified on 12/26/14 that one of my PAID FOR items is on back order. It will take 3 weeks to ship. It is now 2/6/14 and NO item, NO money back, NO info, NO contact from Airsplat. See attachment. . . . Being an Elite Members means that you can use your "Paid for" discount instead of any coupon codes. Any codes applied will VOID your elite member discounts. It CANNOT be combined with ANY other discount codes. You are better off waiting for possible coupon codes that MIGHT include what you are looking for.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FALSE ADVERTISING

Even after placing orders totaling over $900 I have been left in the dark about most of my items! ALL OF WHICH ARE CHRISTMAS PRESENTS!! Two of the orders (the main orders) were split and partially shipped without notice to me that they would be split. One item suppose to be shipped in 24 hours is still not shipped and it's been two weeks (no one notified me nor have they responded to my many emails asking about it). The other order that was to be shipped in one week supposedly got held up in customs and would not even arrive at Airsplat for 6-8 weeks. The only reason I know is because I emailed to inquire about the shipping time after not seeing it being shipped after a week as promised. They had no plans to even notify me apparently. Being that these are Christmas presents and as pretty much the ONLY Christmas presents my teens are getting I asked Airsplat if I could exchange the guns for ones comparable in price, that they DO have in stock ready to ship asap, so they would have something for presents instead of waiting until FEBRUARY. I found two replacements that were the same and lower in price than the ones I initially ordered. They refused to allow the exchange without me paying a couple hundred MORE dollars because the coupon code I used to make the original purchase had expired and did not fit with the newly selected guns! They wouldn't even make the exception because #1...this is just good customer service to do so....#2...their "guarantee" shipping was a lie...and #3...two kids will now not get their Christmas presents until February!! I was told they were "sorry" and that they would refer my issue to "someone higher up"....big surprise that it's been over a week and nobody has bothered to even contact me. OH...did I mention that one of the items I DID actually receive broke within minutes of being out of the box?? Yeah.....thanks Airsplat for being the Grinch AND Scrooge to our Christmas this year....bah humbug!

Changed shipping method after i selected

had UPS ground shipping selected and it switched me to two day air as i was checking out my order. So now instead of paying $31 for shipping im paying $154 *** dollars and I have received no reply on my email to cancel the order. The $1 gun for spend $150 is good, BUT NOT WHEN YOU SPEND 154$ *** DOLLARS ON SHIPPING! please someone cancel my *** order or at least change the shipping to ups ground. If I end up actually having to pay 154$ fo shipping im done with airsplat for *** good. this is just *** that should never happen

Traci Manager Promised to call but will not?? 2 minutes of your time?

Poor management, talk about ducking and darting. Funny Hi Traci! Well I am an Elite Member! You will have not called back! no more gun buying until you return my call. Airsplat sold me a lemon gun! Deep Fire not recommended I have bought over 15 guns from you and I ask for your help on three calls, and you will not talk to someone who only need a few minutes of your time? Why Is this how you treat business customers? OK do not buy a deep fire gun ever they are really a lemon in disguise! Again, Airsplat will not return calls as promised 3 times today! I called in march and asked for a return call and waited over 3 weeks politely!!! then called again. your associated said you need to do your research? how long does that take? Strange business practice~! Sincerely concerned,

Airsplat gave me the runaround. You've been warned.

Placed an order on 2-25-14. Notified on 2-28-14 that one of my order items would be backordered until possibly April. I called immediately and the operator assured me that I received this email in error and the item I ordered was going to be en route the following week. I waited out until 3-6-14 when I received another email notifying me that my order was still in fact on backorder and that it would in fact be until April that my order will be shipped out. I called to find out that not only was part of my order on back order that two items from my order wouldn't be able to be fulfilled. Not happy. Canceled order and ordered though another vendor and will have my product Monday. Way to waste my time for over a week. I will not order again from Airsplat

Airsplat.com Giving the Cold Shoulder

I ordered a few things online off of airsplat.com but they never came. There was apparently a technical difficulty between Paypal and their sales branch. A few weeks passed with no emails of conformation so I sent them an email asking what was going on. They informed me of the technical difficulty. Months passed with still no word of any change. I started calling the company about the matter. The first times, they said "yes we see the problem, we are working on it." The next times I called they said "to figure this out I would have to go to another building and I will have to hang up. We will call back." Well they never called back. This happened on 2 or 3 occasions. A whole year had passes and they have made no seeming attempt to fix my problem. The website requires an account, so I have an account on the website. On this account you can see your current orders so every time. However after about a year of calling and complaining, I'm pretty sure they locked me out of my account so I couldn't give them the order number for them to go "fix the problem for me". I say this because I couldn't log in so I decided to check my password. I got an email from the computer telling me my password. I typed it in multiple times and even tried copy pasting to make sure I had it right but I got every time, "there is no username with this password". Eventually Paypal canceled the transaction because the company was not doing anything. It has now been two years and I saw a commercial on youtube claiming they have 100% customer satisfaction. This is what really made me angry. Because I was a customer and I give their customer service a 0% satisfaction. So if you are looking to buy airsoft or paintball or anything like that online, don't use airsplat. A better option would be something like Hobbytron. They often have a lot lower prices than airsplat aswell.
