Ripped off by this company

I ordered an airsoft rifle from this company. It arrived without some crucial parts. I contacted the company and they refused to ship me the parts. I now have a useless rifle and am out $335.80

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

I ordered a gun online, not a real expensive one. Got it in about a week. Shot the gun TWICE, then it misfired. Tried 2 more times, nothing. Popped out mag to see if bb was jammed, little pieces of black plastic fell out and you could hear more rattling around. Called store n they did offer a refund for gun but not on shipping which was a lot. What a rip off!!! All they could say was sorry dude. BUYER BEWARE because there is NO after sale service. Go to Fox Airsoft, they will take care of you. Don't even know why I strayed from shopping there. Lesson learned karma!!

Okay place

I bought a lancer tactical multi mission carbine from them two years ago. I was really happy when I received it because it took a week or two to get here, and I took it out shooting, and it stopped working the day I received it. I contacted airsoft mega store, and finally they got back to me after a few days and not answered phone calls, and I had to ship it all the way back to them to get it fixed. Overall pretty poor customer service, I had to wait for days to hear back from them, and they didn't answer the phone when I called. Then it took them weeks to fix the gun and ship it back. I had to pay $20 to get my new gun fixed... :(

I'm new but i love to play

i'm new to air soft and i love to play but i need more help with tips and tricks. i have all this money but i dont know where to got air soft guns or what air soft guns to get. so i need a lot of help with this. i love to play thou and try to play as much as i can and a lot of close friends i made on the air soft field. i'm a really nice guy and will learn what ever i can. i still dont have 100 words so this is just filler a a a a a a a a a a a a a one plus one is two can do with a man and a word to place to the man and flans fans cans bans two like the left side of my cat.

Shop Elsewhere

Consider Airsoft Megastore a last resort place to shop on-line. Be aware that their advertised Price Match Guarantee is meaningless. After making a claim regarding their Price Guarantee, over three month ago, they have yet to respond. Follow-up Email inquiries have been ignored. Their prices are the highest. Their exceptionally high shipping costs are outrageous. Probably to discourage Returns. Their advertising is misleading. An airsoft rifle we purchased was advertised to be “Licensed”. But it is not any more "Licensed" than the identical product, we also purchased from a competitor at less than half the total cost at Airsoft Megastore. Better to shop at competitors such as “Academy Sports + Outdoors” and “Evike Airsoft”. The merchandise would be less expensive and they ship free.

Gun defective

Purchased an airsoft elite force m4 for my sons Christmas gift. The guns stock was cracked upon opening the box. We tried to test the gun out regardless and it does not shoot. I have called, left voicemails, sent emails with no response. There was no return slip in box and airsoft megastore's return policy states you have to get a return slip from them to process correctly. This company is crooked, by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wonder how they are still open!

Stay FAR away from these people

Received defective product on Thursday. Friday, contacted them via phone, only after 21 minutes. Tech told me what was wrong, advised me to squirt oil in gearbox. Purchased oil, followed instructions. Item does the same thing all weekend long, no change. Called following Monday...3 times now,no answer. Used "chat", after 16 minutes, Jennifer said tech will call me. 3 days later- crickets. Called back, same old no answer the phone...used chat, after 11 minutes Careena responds...17 minutes later on chat...told me someone will call...end of chat. Called my bank, put stop payment on item. Researched them, BBB has an "F" rating with 59 complaints, the bulk unresolved. I should have researched them first.

No Costumer Service

I bought a Lancer Tactical Green Gas Sniper rifle. The rifle broke the first time I used it. I tried sending an email for support and never got a response. I sent several emails wanting to return the rifle. Never received a response. I tried calling several times with no answer. One phone number listed on the receipt is no longer in service. Another telephone number says the mailbox is full and unable to receive messages. My Bank of America Credit Card was not much help either. Save your money and aggrevation and shop somewhere else. The company is likely in China with no USA costumer service. I wish I saw the other reviews before purchasing from the company.

Airsoft Megastore - Gun Review

I contacted them about a laggy trigger and trigger response of a brand new gun on Sunday night. Yes they were not open but to my consent I think they were open Monday. It took them till Wednesday of this week to respond and their response was three options 1. Repair or replacement 2. Credit back on card minus 25% restock fee and a fee to ship back 3. Store credit minus 25% restock fee and a fee to ship back. None of those are within what I want. I should not have to pay a restock fee for a gun with a problem. And I should not have to pay full price for a gun that has to be repaired when I merely test shot the gun (might I note this gun was my main Christmas gift). You have to pull the trigger so hard for the gun to shoot and IF it shoots it lags extremely bad. I had confidence when ordering because my brother bought about the same gun and performs very nicely. But mines a turd. On top of it all plastered all over the website is "110% customer satisfaction guaranteed" which is BS I will NEVER EVER buy from them again. Customer service sucks. And they promised me a phone call yesterday been over 24 hours and yet still no phone call. I have called them every day since Monday and have yet to have someone answer. The one response I got said that they have switched owners and have little customer service staff. Look I get it. But guess what that's not my problem. That's yours. Get your *** together and do what you say you are going to do. That doesn't mean you leave your customers high and dry. I will be telling all of my frequent airsoft friends and will be writing many reviews on everything I can to warn people about the TERRIBLE UNACCEPTABLE customer service. Once again DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

DON'T BUY HERE - Product broke first day - NO SERVICE - NO REFUND

DON'T BUY HERE. The gun arrived pretty soon. It broke on its first use. We contacted Airsoft Megastore for the required return information, and sent the gun in for repair. We were given another order number, and a tracking number that was worthless. We've heard nothing for MONTHS. I've tried e-mails, and gotten no reply. I tried calling - they don't even answer the phone. They have the gun and kept the money. We have now contacted our credit card company to dispute the original charge (which I have never done before), and it appears we'll actually get our $140 back. Looking at other review sites, I've never seen ratings so low on any business and want to make sure as few people are hurt by this business's BAD behavior. My son has learned an important lesson - don't buy anything significant from web sites you don't know. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I have been waiting on an order for a month now and can not get anyone to answer the phone, return a call, or reply to an email. Terrible customer service... NEVER AGAIN I paid for the stuff ...send it to me, or tell me why you can't

No way to contact!

My son ordered combat pants and shirt in a small. It was very plainly written on the order and the confirmation email. We received a small shirt and a medium pair of pants that were way too big for my son. I have sent emails and tried to call numerous times and no response. When I call, I get "we are experiencing a high call volume, please email customer support." When I email, I get nothing in return. Very disappointed! My son was very excited about his gear but now he can't even enjoy it. Even the stores overseas will respond to your emails. It may take forever but at least you get a response! We won't be ordering from them in the future.

Bunch of Crooks!

I placed an order on 9-18-16 and was told I would receive a tracking number when it shipped. According to my account, it was shipped on 9-19-16. I never received a tracking number or any order confirmations but my credit card was definitely charged! On 9-23-16, I sent an email to customer service to find out the status of my order/shipment--no response. I tried calling the phone numbers and the first number rang and rang and finally answered with a message stating the "cell phone was not able to accept calls" and hung up on me. The other number answers with the typical recording of picking a selection or extension. However, after ANY selection, the message comes on that they are "experiencing high call volume" and "please call back later or send an email to customer service." I sent another email and still no response. I can't even reach someone to request a refund!! I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!

Moving to a new warehouse??!!

I placed an order on 9/18, and received confirmation with status "shipped" on 9/19. Today is 9/26 and no package or tracking number. Received a reply from verification@***.com saying the "shipped" status on my account means a label has been printed. Message goes on to say they just moved to a new warehouse (today is the first day there??!!) and that it would take a couple of more days to actually ship the item, which is when I would be able to see a tracking number on the order. Still waiting to see whether this is a complete scam. Will stop payment through credit card if nothing in 2 days.
