Need assistance

My order #126****. I order a mystery box that stated NO PISTOLS. I received a pistol. After trying to contact your customer service for about a half hour, I got Matt. I gave him my order#. He said no return no refund. He placed me on a 30 min hold. Tells me to send pics, I do. I got no response. I call the next day. He has no info about my phone correct order just wants the pistol back. Now he said it will be a week before I get an update. Can someone please help me. I am a new player to Airsoft really looking forward to playing more. Going by what Matt said that due to how busy your company is that it will be at least a week before I hear anything.

They sent me a broken replica, and I can't get in touch with them. Starting to feel like I'm not going to get it replaced

Terrible. Did they steal from me?

I sent 2 airsoft guns for repair. This was 3 months ago. I have heard nothing from them. Called 8 times! No answer on the phone, their automated system just hangs up after minutes of no answer. "We are sorry that none is currently available to take your call" And that's it! Did they rob me? I have no way of knowing, so will need to find out...maybe file a police report? I don't know. DO NOT use their services!

Canceling an order

I ordered a mystery box from their website and accidentally clicked the wrong delivery service (so instead of it going to my address, it is going to a store 10 hours away from me). I tried calling to cancel before the order ships and have had no luck getting anybody, Ive been calling throughout their work hours and have not been getting any response from them.

it has now been over two months since i tried initially contacting them about my broken gun.i have sent at least 10 emails at this point clearly this is a company that does not care about their customers at all

Absolutely terrible company. I have bought from them three times the first time was a good experience... the second time I preordered an item which was a huge mistake. They pushed the release date three times then on Christmas opened the item up for direct buy,when I confronted them they said that preorders only meant you were guaranteed to get the item at some point... The last straw was the most recent transaction. I ordered one of their mystery boxes. It came in and was clearly an open box used item that was broken. And now they won't even respond to my email asking for a return or store credit. I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone.

Worst customer service

My order came broken and they would not replace it or assist me at all. Worst customer service ever!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Terrible products and customer service

Bought some items here and both broke identically. I was a few days past their pathetic 45 day warranty from order date. The company counts the 7 days shipping against customer warranty. In reality your lucky to get 35 day warranty. I was in the 45 days from time i actually had the item in hand. Will never do bisiness here again due to these dirty tactics. Alot of money to spend then get treated that way. Sell junk.

A month to get a refund

If you cancel an order they try to get you to keep it. They also change up the price right before the item becomes available to ship. The longer you wait the more they drop the price, and they mess with the price so much, and wont match it once they put it on sale, and take it off the very next day. I asked for a refund on 3 items like 10 days ago, I have yet to hear back from them, or see my refund. I am going to have to call the incompetent customer service employees once again tomorrow. That is if they answer.

Didn't have the gun I ordered - messed up shipping

Ordered a rifle on Saturday for my son's birthday on Thursday - was willing to pay for expedited shipping but they web site assured us it would easily arrive by Thursday. Received a call on Monday saying they no longer carried the rifle we ordered and would have to pick another one. (why was it even listed on the web site?). On Monday, because now two days had passed, we went ahead and paid more for two day shipping. We received a message this afternoon (Thursday) that it won't arrive today after all. After calling UPS three different times, then calling Airsoft GI twice (the first time I was put into voice mail!), they said I could call them after the rifle arrives (presuming it does arrive) and request a full refund of the shipping cost. I asked them what they were going to do to make this right and they said they did what they were supposed to do, it was UPS that didn't deliver. When I clarified that they were the ones who contracted with UPS and therefore UPS is their vendor, not mine, all they said was they didn't feel it was their responsibility and reiterated that if I called them back after the gun arrived they would refund my shipping. I asked them again, what are you going to do to make this right? And they just said they can't really do anything. Unless you are willing to go through a process like this, I'd recommend ordering your gun through a different company or be willing to wait longer than expected for your order (which may or may not be what you originally ordered)

I bought an m9a1 for my son on this website and they canceled my order and back ordered it and I assumed that they would come through for a refund but they didn't so I requested a refund and they said it would take 7-10 business days and it's been past that and they haven't refunded me my 102.69... do not buy *** from this company and request a refund unless you wanna have your money stolen from you

WASTE OF TIME.

To keep it short, we had to return the gun for warranty repair 3 times. The first warranty repair shipment was free, as courtesy. Then we had to pay twice to send it back. This entire thing took place in a span of 3.5 months. $400 lost and the gun still would not fire. Not to mention, the way they pack their items is a disaster. They just use papers as fillers. You'll never be granted a replacement as well. If they do refund you, it will be as store credit. But don't get your hopes up, because you'll never have an option other than repairs. You could imagine how frustrated we are that we actually took the time to write this.

Really bad

We bought my son $360 air soft gun for Christmas. It was packaged terribly and did not work right out-of-the-box. We spent $65 shipping it back. They sent us the gun back six weeks later, it still did not work. Rather than spend another $65 in shipping, we attempted to have it repair locally. It could not be repaired. I immediately called air soft G.I., but it was approximately 10 days past there 45 day warranty. We think a new magazine would correct the problem. But they refused to do anything. So we have over $400 into gun that has never been fired.

Mistery Box Scam

I bought the Elite Force Mystery Box on 10/9/15, for $150, I got an Elite Force KMP basic M4 full metal, which was supposed to be $150 gun, I was ok with it until I got a newsletter email from Airsoft GI today 10/21/15 showing that that gun it's on sale for $99 , wow I am in shock, call customer service and did nothing about it. on their part I think it's genius, on my part I feel *** and scammed. Now I have a $99 gun that I paid 150. nice I will never buy anything else from them and I will make sure everybody knows what type of business they are. Scammers

Deplorable Customer Service

Bought a $180 AK47 that worked for about 2,000 BB's and the gear box locked up. I sent it in and had Airsoft GI fix it under warranty. They sent it back and it worked for about another 1,000 BB's and the gears just spun and did not soot. They told me it was no longer covered by warranty and the best they could do was give a courtesy inspection but I would have to pay for any repair. I took it to a local shop and they found the Airsoft GI fix was done properly and the gearbox and motor were loose. When I asked them to give me credit for an upgrade they declined and would not work with me at all. STAY AWAY from Airsoft GI!!!

Airsoft GI makes JUNK they won't allow you to return

My son used his bday money to buy an expensive gun that broke on the first use. When I contacted the company they refused to allow me to return the item. They would not let me speak to management and after an hour of disputing over the phone I finally hung up. I was told the owner of the company would return my call and that was 4 weeks ago. In my opinion the owner is a crook and hides behind the online screen. Don't buy from them. Go to a local store where they will stand behind their products.
