Buyers Beware!

I purchased an airsoft rifle for my son on 12/12/17. Cutomer rep, Jeffery suggested I purchase a specific KWA and guarranteed it would areive before Christmas. 8 days later, I call him to follow up...Jeffrey tells me they attempted to call me via email that they sold out on the rifle I purchased. Why would you sell a gun you dont even have in stock? I asked why they didnt sent 2 other items I purchased, he couldnt answer. He went on to tell me that he would help me and find another gun similar to the one I had previously purchase, but I would have to pay $80 for 2 day shipping. I flipped! How the *** would you sell a gun you dont have in stock, I never recieved an email from them and why didnt you mail the other items i purchased!!! Now you want to charge me more money when you failed! NO! I CANCELLED MY ORDER INSTANTLY! BUYERS BEWARE, SMALL COMPANY, VERY UNRELIABLE!

Amazing selection and prices

I could not believe the prices on this site so I called in to see if this was a real company. I spoke with a Rep name Joe and was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was scared to order on this site after seeing some complaints on this site when trying to see if airrattle was a legit company, but wow was my experience amazing, thanks Joe. After I got my order I did forget to buy BBs so sent over another time and again all went well. I have had some bad experineces on others site, but trust me it good to go here and I would shop again with them.

Airrattle Airsoft Gun Review from Olathe, Kansas

Purchased an AK-47 air soft gun from them. Used it once and it worked fine. Next time it did not. I contacted them and they gave me a bunch of thing to try none of which worked. So I sent it to them at my expense. They "checked it out and cleaned it." It supposedly worked fine. "Oh by the way we used a different pellet than you bought. It works better with your gun." So I bought some. They sent the gun back at my cost. Gun didn't work. Called again. Gave me the run around for a week plus. Finally called PayPal and they got them to give me my money back. Airrattle.com stinks!

AirRattle - Airsoft Gun Review from Ashburn, Virginia

Opened gun on Xhristmas and tried to put together but gun never fired. Returned to air rattle after spending $18 in shipping to be told we violated their return policy because we manipulated the gun. Complete *** !!!!!! We never were able to put together and it never ever fired. Contacted BBB and air rattle sent them pictures of a gun with tape all over it. This is not the gun I returned!!!!!! Worst company in the world with zero ownership of taking responsibility for their inferior guns. I am out $125 total and am beginning a class action lawsuit as there are thousands of like complaints against this company all over the Internet

HORRIBLE Customer Service!!

Customer Service is AWFUL!! AirRattle sold me a defective gun. I returned it approx. 3 months ago, and I STILL have not received my replacement. I have emailed AirRattle Customer Service several times asking where my product is, and all they do is keep saying "It's coming soon." BUT it never comes. It STILL hasn't come. AND they have offered me NOTHING for the delay or my troubles. I recommend going elsewhere for airsoft products. It's not worth the hassle and delay.

LOST PACKAGE NO REFUND

Ordered gun $200 for Christmas from Airrattle ordered it early Dec. 2015 FedEx said delivered packaged left on my porch. However I was home all day according to tracking package would arrive sometime in the afternoon. So I made sure I would know when it arrived since this would have been same time my son would have gotten home from school. Didn't want to ruin the surprise. No one ever showed up for delivery! We have a indoor dog that barks whenever someone is near our house , goes crazy when they are at the door and there were no barks that day! I had the blinds to my front window open and I didn't see anyone from FedEx. I constantly checking my porch all day to make sure I didn't miss it. I immediately called FedEx about 30 min. after "delivered time" and all I got was we will call you back in 48 hrs for update. How is the driver suppose to remember 2 days later when it is the holidays and after hundreds of deliveries. I called back 3 days later and got nothing but excuses said there is no answer from truck driver called again another 2 days later, nothing yet. Spoke with the manager said he would file claim took down info. I called several days later for claim update said waiting for FedEx. Eventually after 2 weeks FedEx said count it lost. I was in communiation with Airrattle and at first they seemed very cooperative but then once I told them FedEx said lost there attitude all changed. Every time I called Airrattle the manager was in a meeting or not in that day. I then was told by Matt he didn't have access to my info had to speak with manager. I was finally able to get claim number and when I checked with FedEx in Jan. they told me they have been waiting for Airrattle for further info. and that the claim was done at the end of Dec not when manager told me! So now it's Jan. 8th and again called Airrattle and not to my surprise manager is in a meeting! However Matt did let me know that FedEx actually denied my claim because it was delivered to me (suddenly he has access to my case info?!?). I checked with FedEx again and they told me Airrattle never completed the claim process because they never gave proof of value so claim was closed!! What a scam!! Apperantly I'm not the first person to have this happen to and others have even metioned a conection between fedex drivers and Airrattle on these lost shippments. I never purchase things online for this reason but had no choice because this was the only place that had this airsoft gun my son wanted. Now we are out that money. Even if I would have given copy of my receipt to FedEx the claim would have gotten to Airrattle and since they really show how they care about there customers fat chance I would have received my money. AVOID THEM!!!!

THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS

I Ordered a G&G M4 Raider airsoft rifle from them. Rifle came on time with all promised items. When my son opened it on Christmas we took it outside and tried to use it but was not functioning properly. Tried making some adjustments, but rifle still did not work properly. After the holidays I tried to call them, but was told I had to send them an e-mail to get any kind of warranty support. When they e-mailed me back the told me they were very sorry for my issues with the rifle and told me I had to contact their supplier to get warranty coverage. I explained to them that this should not be my problem as the customer when I bought it less than a month ago, they did not respond to my e-mails after that. I called the number they gave me and was told that I could return it but I had to pay the shipping to get it there, they would cover the return shipping to me for the new product. AirRattle DOES NOT SUPPORT THE PRODUC TS THEY SELL. ONCE YOU PURCHASE IT YOU OWN IT AND HAVE TO DEAL WITH SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE BUMS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sent gbb pistol as a co2 pistol

bought an hfc m-190 special force co2 pistol and they sent the gas version with a co2 mag. and another co2 mag that I ordered for the gun, pistol packaging was damaged by fed ex, as the pistol and mags were shipped in a plastic envelope. I called to tell them about the damage to the shipment and that neither co2 mag would work in the gun. They emailed back a form letter about how rough playing airsoft can be on the products they sell and every thing would have to be shipped back in undamaged condition including the packaging, I told them I did not play airsoft ,that Icollect replica airguns of all types and this was my 2nd. airsoft pistol. long story short they shipped a greengas oistol with co2 magazines so the pistol never functioned and still does not function. DO NOT BUY FROM AIRRATTLE THINKING BECAUSE OF THE LOW PRICES YOU WILL GET A GOOD DEAL AND CHECK OUT THE BONE YARD GUNS BEFORE YOU BUY BECAUSEI SUSPECT THATS WHAT YOU WILL GET.NO BARGAIN THERE!!!!!!!!!!

They made good

I had ordered an expensive airsoft gun per ad, which stated it had a battery and charger included. When it arrived the battery and charger was not included. When I called, customer service said that the manufacturer had dropped that inclusion. Then suggested I buy $50 worth of battery and charger, despite fact Airrattle had advertised it as included. I asked them to send me what I paid for and they said they would ask the boss on Monday. I got a call today (Monday) and they have promised to send the battery and charger. I will check if they drop the ad or change it. It had not been changed on Friday when I notified them late in the day.

Bad ad, now want me to pay for things "included"

I ordered an expensive airsoft rifle. Ad said it included battery and premium charger. I got it, video-taped opening it...no battery, no charger. Called. Tech said "we did not know the manufacturer has stopped sending those, but, hey, they lowered the price." Huh? I told them that their ad said it was there. They suggested I buy a 25 dollar charger and 25 dollar battery from them. Wrong suggestion. I work customer service for a very well known US company, and am retired law enforcement. I said "I paid for what was in the ad, I want it, so send it". They said "Sorry, have to ask the boss, will call you back". Wrong answer again. Simple thing: You advertised then did not send what was advertised. I paid for what was in the ad. Send it. Without having to ask. I will update after weekend when I hear from them (I will call). And I missed the game I had promised my son this weekend. Lets hope they get it right and I will change to pleased.

Buyer beware!

My son purchased an airsoft gun from airrattle and the quality was extremely poor and we sent it back. We put everything back as it came, spent $18 in postage to return, and after 2 weeks they told us they would not restock it because it was missing a scope ring, which, if was true, was missing in the first place. Now they won't credit us for our purchase or return the gun without us paying for postage. Customer service has been non-existent. This site sells poor products and you are stuck with what you get. I will never do business with this site again. We consider this a lesson - it pays to research before you purchase!

Sold defective gun wont make good on it

My wife went to the airrattle.com web site to buy a gun. It came late after Christmas and it did not work, every email takes days to get back with an answer and they do not want to credit my card or pay for the return shipping. It is almost a month, we made all kinds of adjustments at their request and still no working gun or refund. It pays to spend a few extra bucks and walk into a store and deal with a real person instead of dealing with someone hiding behind an email. I do not recomend this web site at all, once they have your money your done

Airrattle customer service is appalling! Still waiting for Xmas gift

Ordered my son a $130 gun from Airrattle. Gun arrives a week before Xmas. I open the box to find the cellophane is ripped open and the gun is damaged. I notify Airrsoft immediately, sending pictures of damaged gun. Spend $14 to return. After sending 10 emails most of which went unanswered, they finally send a replacement 3 weeks later, which is also defective!!!! Their customer service is the worst and communicate only via email. Now i have a defective gun, waiting for Airrattle to return to office on 1/23 from a gun show of all things. I want my $$ back! I want compensated for the time I've wasted dealing with these inept alleged business people. Please help me!!! AIRRATTLE SUCKS!

AIRRATTLE.com SCAM. Sold DEFECTIVE product - I got robbed by Air Rattle

Airrattle.com is the worst store I've ever had the misfortune of buying from. This is a NEGATIVE review of air-rattle, the online airsoft store. I am a retired firefighter looking for a hobby to get into with my grandson, found air rattle airsoft online, and went looking for airsoft guns and some air-soft accessories like pellets, bbs, and masks. Long story short I was sent product that was either used or defective, and when I went about contacting them i couldn't get anyone to respond. I filed a credit card dispute, and then someone from their store calls me and starts cursing at me over the phone. I was appalled, this is the worst service i've ever experienced and to this day dealing with airrattle.com or having to deal with their ***-poor service makes me mad. In the end, I was still out about $70 (ROBBED BY AIR RATTLE) and learned my lesson to never shop at airrattle.com ever again. Rob

AIRRATTLE or AIR RATTLE - AirRattle.com Scam Rip Off False Advertising

Air Rattle, aka AirRattle.com, is the ABSOLUTE WORST seller of air-soft guns online. I purchased three guns for my nephews and they ALL broke. Aaron from Air Rattle support, who I later found out is the actual OWNER, is so rude it's borderline harassment. The products sold to us were used for less than 30 minutes before they broke down, they were electric and the gear sets in them broke due to poor quality -- despite the fact that I spent over $250 buying them. I respectfully asked to return the products so at least he could inspect them to verify the defects and was told too bad. When I told him that I should be entitled to at least return the products he told me to "f*&# off" and never responded to my emails after that, and always hung up on the phone -- it was literally like dealing with a child, NOT A CUSTOMER SERVICE rep at a reputable company. There are SO many better companies out there to buy Air-Soft products from, but DO NOT BUY FROM AIR RATTLE! Their prices are a LITTLE lower for a reason... because their service SUCKS and their products are JUNK. They also false advertise. Two of my friends each ordered one thing, only to get another. Aaron says they got "swapped" and too bad they have to keep them. What kind of service/business ethic is this? STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS FROM AIRRATTLE.COM -- They are a fraudulent company out to rip you off with no remorse. The only way to deal with them if you DO buy is to file a credit card complaint, and I'm going through that extremely long process right now (what a pain).
